    I recently had the pleasure of working with Oscar Roberts to find a new office space, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Oscar was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful. His amazing personality made it easy to trust him throughout the process. Communication is extremely important to me, and Oscar was always prompt and clear, making the entire leasing experience smooth and stress-free.

    Management was always responsive to our needs and took care to protect our IT equipment when another suite had a leak. We were tenants for 9 years and it was always a pleasure to work with them. The only reason were moving is our business was acquired by another and staff was relocated to another location. Thank you for all the help over the years!

    Great office building for reasonably priced executive suites. My main complaint is that many of the executive suites have open ceilings, so it may not be suitable for some businesses as noise travels freely between suites. These executive suites are similar to Regus with free conference room usage, but no bells and whistles or community that you would find with Common Desk or WeWork. There are also some other closed-in office options outside of their executive suite floor. The security officer who manages the building is very friendly and welcoming! The parking garage is gated, but one gate is always broken. There is a deli in the building across the street that offers breakfast/lunch, and the building is walking distance to restaurants at The Hill (about a 5 min walk). Very convenient location to all parts of Dallas. I am overall happy with my single person window office here at 10100 N Central!
