    As a long term tenant in the 1415 West Loop building, our company appreciates the communication efforts from the Boxer team. Katie responds quickly to any questions that we have and Jeremy, who managed pieces of our remodel, stayed on top of all vendors and kept us on schedule without interfering with our business. We look forward to many more years in the building.

    This Spring we moved into our new office on the 10th floor of the 1415 North Loop West building. So far, it has been a very positive experience. April Darner, who works for Boxer, was great to work with in terms of helping us find the best office space to fit our needs. April helped greatly with the build-out and made the process very smooth. She was always pleasant to work with. Since we moved in, the staff in the building have been very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend our building to anyone looking for office space within Houston city limits.

    April Darner at Boxer Property has been highly responsive, and very helpful in our move from our current suites at 1415 North Loop West, to new space in the same building. April has gone out of her way to personally attend to several of our concerns and questions. Her level of customer service has been great!

    Beautiful property clean & seemingly well maintained. But handicap access is NOT handi friendly. In a wheelchair you have to go around the building about 1/2 way. They need to install a ramp in the front.

    Recently moved into the property - easy peasy movein; Katie is an absolute Rock Star about sharing information, smoothing things, and making the transition simple. Freeway access for the building is outstanding even during rush hour.

    My eye appointment was excellent. Dr. Kevin Jung and his staff made u feel like u were welcome and important. Highly recommend them.

    This is one Ophthalmologist that takes care of his patients when they get in to see him, Dr. Mitch takes the time to help you to understand what is going on with your eyes. The nurses are very nice and very helpful to, if you need your insurance coverage checked give them a call.
