I found Dustin Stanush honest, reliable, dependable and very knowledgeable of construction methods and material available. Constructovate built a difficult cover with counter sunk steel beams and beautiful tongue and groove ceiling for my cabana/outdoor kitchen. The process was timely and Carlos and his team were so detailed in the woodwork that we ended up not needing a seam piece at a junction because his cuts were so precise. Absolutely beautiful.

Amazing company! Dustin was referred to me by my comptroller to help renovate several different areas of an older car dealership so that our customers and employees would have a comfortable and better experience than our facilities originally allowed. Dustin was great in developing ideas, adjusting on the fly and following up during each of the projects. The projects ranged from tearing down and extending walls, demolishing existing structures and creating a VIP lounge out of a small and severely dated (and smelly) central area. The last project was converting a completely dated, disgusting bathroom/locker room area into a modern, clean and inviting facility for our technicians. No small detail was overlooked and the project foreman, Carlos, was not only extremely talented, but also very communicative and asked questions and got verifications at every step to ensure that we were satisfied. I could not have asked for a better partner to update our facilities. Market competitive pricing and extraordinary people and technical skills. They will be the only remodeling company I call in the future as needs arise. Highly, highly recommened. We used Reliant Renovations to remodel our kitchen (all new cabinetry, granite counter tops, and new lighting) and replace a pedestal sink with a vanity in our downstairs half-bath. From start to finish, it was a great experience working with the owner, Justin. He was a consummate professional; responsive, courteous, patient (our first big project requiring a general contractor), methodical, and thorough. We were honestly a little worried about doing a project like this, but Justin and his site foreman Esteban were--simply put--amazing. The work was priced right, top quality, and done in a timely manner. Justin was also very quick to respond to questions, and to correct the very few small errors that occurred. We have more work to do on our house in the coming years, and if hes still around, he has definitely earned our repeat business.

We recently hired Dustin Stanush with Constructovate to help us with repairs to our roof after receiving severe damage from a hailstorm.Dustins crew promptly removed our damaged roof, ridge vents, vertical skylights, gutters, and insulation and replaced them with new, using top-quality materials. The installation work was professional, the crew was respectful of our property, and after the job was completed, the crew was careful to clean up and remove all the debris. The job was completed on time and on budget.We especially appreciate the attentive and genuine response to our questions and concerns during the process. Both Dustin and his crew chief assured us that they would take care of any follow-up issues that might come up with the work they had done.Constructovate put us back in our comfort zone. Constructovate did a PHENOMENAL job!!! I asked them to extend my pre-existing concrete patio slab to span the width of my home. They offered a very reasonable quote, and were true to their word when they promised to have it done that same week (I’ve had poor experiences in the past with contractors meeting their own suspense dates). I’m BEYOND impressed with their work and have already recommended them to a colleague of mine. I can’t recommend them enough. AWESOME group of contractors.

Dustin did a great job on our office patio and parking lot improvement project. Our office is located in a restored 1910s era home, and there were some old utility lines that were not listed on the line-locate that had to be worked around. We were pretty impressed with how fast things went once Dustin got things started as well as the quality of work and attention to details. The subs Dustin brought in for parts of the project also kept the site clean. We will be working with Dustin again for future projects. Thank you Dustin and Constructovate!

Dustin was very easy to work with. He provided me an estimate within a day. When I want to make changes he updated the estimate twice within the day. His estimate was competitive, detailed, and very easy to understand. The work on the bathroom began about a week after we agreed to a contract. Our project manager Carlos and his helper Juan were amazing to work with. They showed up consistently at 9 am every morning and worked diligently until 6 every night. They were respectful of our home, communicated with me constantly and did fantastic work. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure every last detail was taken care of and completed. Dustin also seeked out vendors for us that would give us competitive prices on countertops and cabinets. Our bathroom remodel was done in 3 weeks and we love it. The process was smooth, efficient and timely. I would highly recommend Reliant Renovations
