KEITH IS WONDERFUL!!!!! We’ve used Air Tech of Pasadena for many years for our AC service (formerly Miles AC) and love them. I cannot say enough good about them. Today, we had our first experience with another branch of the company, the Electrical service. Keith came to our home at exactly the time we had scheduled. That was the first pleasant surprise. He listened to what we needed to have done as well as make a few recommendations for things that would ensure the safety of our older home. He wrote it all up for us including breaking it down between real needs and other things we wanted to get done. I liked the fact that the prices were reasonable and Keith didn’t try to push us beyond what we were comfortable doing at one time, even if it meant more than 1 visit to get the projects done. More than anything else, we liked how comfortable we felt having Keith in our home. So well mannered and respectful. We accepted the estimates and signed up to get the work done primarily because we felt so comfortable doing business with someone of Keith’s caliber. We look forward to doing more business with him!

I had a very good AC service from Walter of Air Tech. At that time, my aircon suddenly shutdown, it was already late in the day. After reading a lot of good reviews from Air Tech, I called and was given an appointment that same day. Walter came in and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed my AC issue. He appeared very knowledgeable and experienced in checking what caused the issue. After a few minutes, he found out my zone panel was busted due to overheating. He recommended replacement. He also offered me a membership from which all my electricity, pipes, AC will be checked for maintenance twice a year, which i think will save me a lot on labor & repairs, as I was given the option to source out my own equipments or materials & diagnosing is free. Their customer service is very attentive to my needs too. Since it is family-owned, they make routine follow ups including schedule. Now we are enjoying hassle-free maintenance and equipments that are working well. It is also nice to work with a company I feel I can trust.

Thanksgiving day while prepping everything our sink backed up and was leaking all over the floor, but we were hosting the family - so the show must go on. We called companies all morning on Friday. Air Tech called us back and was able to come out the same day thankfully. This was our first time using Air Tech so we were a bit nervous, but Miguel was professional yet friendly. He diagonosed the issue, took pictures to show us as he explained what was wrong and how he planned to fix it. He gave us 3 options depending on our budget and went out of his way to ensure he got the job done right that same day. He then showed us with pictures if the final completed job. He was efficient abd tidy. We really appreciate him and his work. We would choose Air Tech again because of Miguel.

Not only was he incredibly friendly, patient, and professional, but he also came out in challenging weather conditions when there was snow on the roads. Given the circumstances, its understandable that others couldnt make it, but Derricks willingness to help during such a difficult time truly speaks volumes about his character and dedication as a worker. I don’t normally post reviews but I had to make an exception for John Canales from Air Tech. He was outstanding!He arrived when promised and was so thorough in his review of my situation. John was honest, upfront and made sure that I understood the options available. As a single woman, I didn’t feel taken advantage of.He did everything possible to get me the best deal and find me the equipment that was ideal for my needs. Choosing Air Tech was such a good decision!My new heating system needed an adjustment and Air Tech sent over Samuel Allison. What an outstanding representative for their company. He was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and so thorough! I felt very comfortable knowing that my system was in good hands. Everything was handled and working as it should.

We scheduled a quote request for dehumidifier and was surprised of Mr. Guajardo’s knowledge and professionalism. Although the quote was above our price range so we would need more time to make the decision, however, we can’t dismiss the fact that he went above and beyond reviewing our HVAC system, pointing out what’s wrong and how to fix/improve it as a courtesy free of charge. He gave us the impression of a person who knows and is proud of what he does, and we can’t wait to learn more tips and tricks from him. Hence, a year long membership is the least we can do to justify his service. Thank you!

It only gives me the choice of 5 stars BUT I would definitely give more stars if I could!! Unfortunately my parents needed a plumber to come to the house. FORTUNATELY, Pierce the Plumber was the man on the job!!! Honestly I dont even know where to begin. From the moment he walked in until the moment he walked on, Pierce was steady on the move doing an AMAZING job taking care of business!! After everything he did, he showed my dad the video he took of what and how he did it. He is so friendly and personable and didnt rush to get in and out. I read some of the other than favorable reviews and feel bad that they didnt get the 5+++++ star service that we received today!! We were very glad that we signed up for the membership and look forward to utilizing them in the future.

I have been a customer of Air Tech for some time now but not used them for plumbing. Today I used them for plumbing as I had a leak in the copper line from our water heater. Derrick was prompt, professional, informative, descriptive, and performed an expert repair. This is the type of service that should be applauded and unfortunately not performed by other plumbers that I had used previously who were dishonest and padding their bill. I have even been informed that I am on the no service list by a prior company because their technicians onjected to my correcting their itemized bill. Speaks volumes that Air Tech has honest personnel and doesnt perform surprise billing. Also speaks volumes that a company would adjust the bill and then allow a disgruntled employee to retaliate bybplacing a member household on a listvtobrefusebfuture service. Alas, I digress. We will definitely utlize our combined membership again although we certainly hope we dont have to do so. Thank-you Derrick and thank you Air Tech for comprehensive and professional service.

I switched to air-tech after my new build warranty expired, I didn’t realize what I was missing out on. Both technicians I have had (Claudia and Micah) have been so helpful and kind. Air Tech to rescue!Heres my story...some other company (Im not going to name any names—but its a name) came out to do an annual AC inspection on my system. the AC was working just fine prior to the inspection. Shortly after the unnamed company left, my AC was no longer blowing cool air. Needless to say, something did not seem right.Heres where Air Tech comes in:MC, the tech, was awesome! Hes an expert and thorough—making sure to explain all he was doing. As it turns out, the unnamed company failed to re-connect (as in left completely disconnected) a compressor wire. MC located the wire, connected it, and the rest history.In a nutshell, I recommend Air Tech—even further I recommend MC as the tech.

They pay attention to the details, dont try and cut corners, and took the time to do the job right. We ran into a few issues during installation and they made sure that the work was done right and not just patch over it. He spent a considerable amount of time thoroughly examining the unit and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. I was truly impressed by his commitment when he spent over three hours on hold, trying his best to find a solution for us. When it became clear that he couldnt fix it, he didn’t just leave us hanging; instead, he took the time to recommend an alternative method to help us bypass the problem.What stood out the most was how he went above and beyond his job duties, patiently waiting on hold and explaining everything in a way that made it easy for us to understand the situation and how to navigate our warranty. Antonio Pruitt and Henry Brown came to our home to install a dual UV bulb and clean our air ducts.They did a great job! They’re very transparent and explain the process to us. They were also very respectful of our home and were very punctual. We enjoyed having them in our home and highly recommend customers request them as a tech in the future.One complaint is that we were told and sold on the idea that all of our ducts would be clean by a previous technician however, we were told the hoses Air Tech has are not small enough to fit all of the ducts that we have. We felt like if we have the standard size ductwork in our home then Air Tech should have the appropriate hoses to fit all standard size ducts.Our last complaint is again we were sold on and paid for a dual UV lamp to be installed, but the technician only had one because he wasn’t supplied with the dual lamp.This is quite frustrating and annoying because we would have gotten ripped off if we didn’t pay attention and ask questions.I would urge Air Tech to create a better communication system between the customer, the salesman, and the technician because what the customer was told and what the technician were told were two different things.However, like I said Andrew, Pruitt and Henry Brown, were very transparent about the process and made sure we were rescheduled to get the dual lamp installed correctly, and to have our air ducts fogged to reach the ducts that weren’t able to be vacuumedAgain, we highly recommend them. They did a great job.

As he discovered during his thorough inspection, the air ducts themselves were clean but we needed better seals around the vents and attic. He explained the source of the problem thoroughly and clearly. Mario Coronel completed this service for us efficiently and professionally amidst the distraction of my work-from-home setup. He was knowledgeable about the effectiveness of the attic tent in reducing dust overall and I could not be more pleased with the result—already I am noticing a vast improvement.

A heartfelt thank you to MC Perez of Air Tech of Houston for the outstanding professional diagnostic service on our air conditioning system. Your friendliness and thorough explanation of our options made what could have been a stressful decision into a clear and manageable one. This was the second time we used Air Tech in the last few months. Both of our older units getting serviced. Highly recommend, Mr. Perez, he worked late in the evening and you can tell he takes pride in his work and loves helping the customer. Air Tech is getting our coil replaced in less than one day. Install was done by Eden Maldonado and a helper. They did a very professional installation in about 5-6 hours replacing plenum and evaporator coil in our main hvac. Unit looks better than when the builder installed. Both were friendly and respectful of property. Over all great experience and would recommend their services to anyone.

Matthew was great! Professional, thorough, and quick. Like the rest of Air Tech representatives I’ve dealt with on the generator and two A/C units, at the end of the job everything is left better than they found it. I’m really happy with the technicians! I’m as happy with the scheduling. I wasted two days off when the schedule changed and no one showed up or informed me of the change. I understand things happen and the schedule can be fluid, but dispatch should be making sure the customer is informed. There were several times I was surprised when I was notified of an appointment the day of. Also, I’ve been waiting a week for the manager of generator sales to contact me on some questions I have concerning changes to the equipment.

Bladen Smith and a colleague came to our house to resolve a problem we were having with a water heater not turning on. They both listened to what we had tried to do and after several attempts concluded that the old water heater needed to be replaced and that the low water pressure in some of the faucets were due to our turning the water off in the house in preparation for a freeze and sediment flowing through the pipes when the water was turned on again. We have had high humidity at our new house. We contacted Air Tech of Houston on a Friday and they sent out Kevin on Tuesday of the next week. Kevin was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did a good job of explaining what he thought the issue was. I am giving four stars because the new AC solution seemed like the most extreme option. Ultimately, we paid $90 to have someone come out and tell us we need a whole new $20-27k system and no low price options to actually change our current situation.

I was very much impressed with Mr Chris Roberts professionalism. He came for scheduled tune up of AC system and he checked furnace as well. He answered all my questions and I wish that all technicians are as professional and knowledgeable like him. Thank you. I’m writing again about new AC installation by Luis Portillo done this Monday. 2017 Carrier AC compressor got bad and was out of warranty and unit already had repairs done , so I decided to get new Trane AC with 10 years old warranty. Luis with other technician arrived in time, explained me all details about replacement. He made photos of old unit and new one with SN and model name on my request. AC was on roof of 6 story building so they used crane to get unit up. So , I feel he is very good and professional technician. Today on 10th of August I had AC coil leak repair by Nicholas Raymond. He and other technician with him did wonderful job. They found problem and timely repaired it. Now my house getting cooler hour by hour. Thank you Nicholas

Buddy came out and did a diagnostic on our central a/c. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, respectful and most of all he was honest with what he found and informed us the needs of our a/c central system. He even told us what to do to get our attic cooler and left and estimate with us to help us decide. And best of all they have payment plans to meet our budget. Not only that but this company also does electrical and plumbing!! Super! We were fortunate to have Buddy come out to do the diagnostic on our system! There is nothing more frustrating than to turn on the disposal, having the pipes come apart and water all over the cabinet and floor. Air Tech sent Tim Gilpin and apprentice to repair the pipe. What had apparently been a DIY hodgepodge of pvc pieces is now a clean and functional masterpiece. Kevin from Air Tech was a great guy , we walked through the entire system and the Attic too. Outdoors we found one of our Unit needs to be replaced and the order was placed for a New Carrier Unit. All the Air Vents were inspected and the Filters were advised to be changed. It was something new knowledge to me that the Air Filters were to be changed Quarterly and I literally kept them for more than 6 months. Thanks Kevin for all your tips and suggestions. Great Team from Air Tech.Today 5 Aug 2024Eden & Javier came to install the Unit and they did a good job. Looking forward for another Team to come and fix anchor bolts for the New Compressor Unit to the Foundation as they had to cut the old anchor bolts. Waiting for the office to Register the Unit with Carrier so that we can have the 10 year warranty for the parts as promised prior installation.Today 8 Aug 2024Mario came to anchor the unit to the foundation and did an excellent job. He also coated the bolts with silicone gel to prevent from rusting and ease of removal in future. Air Tech of Houston kept their word and did the job in a Professional Manner.Today 10 AugustAfter installing the normal inspection of the system done by Kenya Robinson was he was great.
