    I hired Winkley homebuilders to build a deck and portico at my home. The results were fantastic!!!! Tom and Ashton really know there stuff! They were patient and very helpful in providing unique ideas that really made the deck and portico stand out as a very functional and useful area but also as a show piece for our property.     I’ve worked with Winkley Home Builders on a handful of projects now. Franc and Jenny are extremely professional and communicate continually throughout the project. I never felt like I had to wait for a call back, because they were always on top of things. Their crews are also very professional and do great work. Great company that I highly recommend!

    I called Winkley this week to inquire about having a double deck built on my large home. I had a rude person answer, and was considering not doing business with Winkley. However, the owners called me when they found I had been poorly treated, and explained to me that it was a hired service they were using to answer calls, and not someone who works from their company. They promised to contact the answering service so this does not happen again. Now I am again considering using Winkley because they have been kind about responding to the problem.

    Franc, Jenny, and their team have been phenomenal to work with from start to finish. Their honesty, expertise, and follow through are better than any other company Ive worked with.For this project specifically, I had three companies come out to tell me what theyre seeing and recommendations to move forward– neither of the other companies seemed to give me the time of day. I was just another number to them.Franc was happy to sit down with me and walk me through each step of the process, what to expect, and when it should happen.I cant rate this company high enough.     We had storm damage and had several contractors out to survey the damage. Franc took the time to point out the damage and take me step by step thru the process. He went to bat for us to make sure we could get everything covered fairly with the Ins Co. The Winkley employees and contractors we on time, easy to contact and completely professional. I have refered them to friends and family who have had the same great experience. I look forward to using then again in the future.

    With all the other issues that came along with the damage from the storm, I was unbelievably surprised at how devoted they were to helping fix my home. Frank not only doubled my claim payout so I could afford to fix everything, but he drove the primary and supplemental claims through my insurer himself. He worked his butt off to take some of the burden off my shoulders, and both he and his team have been the absolute best to work with. Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back to Winkley Homebuilders.
