Mr. DeBerry and Poiema did an amazing job with the renovations on my home. As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the process but Austin was there to help through every step! They did everything from demolishing multiple walls, some of which were load bearing, to reflooring the entire house. Not to mention promptly responding to my text messages and phone calls all along the way! It was a pleasure to work with such professional and considerate people!

Great experience with Poiema Construction and working with Austin and his team. We had a pipe bust and our entire home was flooded. After mitigation, Austin came in, assessed the damage, and worked with our insurance company to get our home back in shape. Poiema’s designer Ashley was a huge help in picking colors and finishes to make our home brighter and feel more spacious. We had started the process of buying a new home when the pipe incident occurred which put a small damper on things before we could proceed. The Poiema team was instrumental in not only repairing our home and putting it back better than it was, they also provided materials and workmanship that made our home very appealing to potential buyers. One family commented how lovely the home was and how well all of the color choices made it not only beautiful but like home. When looking to have work done in your home, I highly recommend Poiema for all of your needs!!!

We purchased a new home in Frisco and wanted to construct a small workshop in the garage with AC and heat. I spoke with my realtor for suggestions regarding a construction company to do that kind of work. She told me about Poiema. i had a couple of other quotes but when I met with Austin & Caleb at Poiema, I felt very confident in using them to do the work.Caleb and his crew were friendly, efficient, and gave me just what I asked for at a reasonable quote. The work was done in a timely manner and any issues that I felt needed to be addressed were taken care of without trouble.Great work, good experience. I highly recommend them!

Great team to work with. Had some issues at the beginning, but Josiah Johnson handled it professionally and with excellence and we ended up with a fantastic new roof paid for mostly by insurance.And we have definitely noticed a change in our heating bill over the winter. Far more savings this past year compared to the prior one. It took over 25% less to heat the house than the year before.

My wife and I had dealt with contractors before and had been burned so naturally we were apprehensive to sign with another after our house flooded from a burst pipe after a freeze. But Austin was awesome, he handled everything as quickly as he could with the amount of damage throughout the entire area since it was a natural disaster that affected a lot of homes. The people he had service our home were all professional, cleaned up well and left us with beautiful quality work. He also worked directly with our insurance so we didn’t have to deal with the financial part of it too much but he kept us involved every step of the way so we knew exactly what was going on. Highly recommend him and all of his teams, we will use him for every future project.

Austin DeBerry of Poiema Construction helped us with repairs to our home after the recent Winter storm. A pipe burst and flooded 7 rooms in our house. Austin was on site the same day we contacted his office. He wrote and submitted to our insurance company the most professional review of our damage Ive ever seen. The insurance company never questioned any of his requests and our claim was fully funded within days. He had people on the job the very next week and finished within a few days. This was during the time when people all over DFW were begging for help. We were extremely happy with every phase of his business model and would recommend Poiema Construction to anyone. This team is amazing! They have done so much good quality work in both my home and my office/warehouse. They’ve put in new attic flooring for more storage space that didn’t exist in my home. They’ve insulated a nearly nearly 3000 square-foot warehouse that was not insulated before. They remodeled all the bathrooms in my office, and we are currently in the design phase of a new outdoor patio/kitchen. The attention to detail is top notch, but more importantly the people are honest and amazing to work with.

Our AC unit kept getting louder. Squeaking and banging it was awful. My husband contacted Josiah Johnson and he was able to find someone and send them out the next day! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it same day! I’m so grateful for such great customer service.
