I lived here for 3 years and absolutely loved it. I became close friends with a lot of my neighbors and was so grateful for the dependability and efficiency of the maintenance staff. (Joel’s the best!) The property is in a perfect location, close but not TOO close to basically every freeway and only 10 mins from downtown. The pool is always well maintained and the grounds have such gorgeous mature oak trees. I lived in a ground unit and my yard was my sanctuary. I was so grateful to have found this spot when I first moved to Austin.

Can be a nice place to live with many perks, no frills but I like it that way. We lived here three years. Here was my experience:Cons: The complex has no amenities other than a dog park and a fairly unimpressive pool. Amenities dont matter much to me, but the cost to rent here does not reflect what is offered. Additionally, the AC struggles to keep up in the summer (fairly common for older builds in Austin) and the dishwasher was never fixed in the three years we lived here. We also had an issue with our toilet seat that was makeshift repaired with a rubber band but never permanently reattached. Other than that, no maintenance issues. My bike was also stolen with a U-lock on it at this complex, so I recommend storing yours on the patio. No other safety concerns, very safe other than that.Pros: the complex is very cozy, safe, and green. It feels more like an actual home than an apartment complex. The trees are gorgeous especially in the summer. Loved our big, beautiful balcony as well. The neighborhood is super walkable. We also had many nice appliances such as gas stoves, fireplaces, light fixtures, and a lot of finishing touches put towards making the apartments feel like home. The front staff and maintenance team do a great job.I signed my lease in July 2021 and my rent went from $1616 to a renewal offer this year of $1900 for full transparency sake. We have a 1050 sq ft 2 bed, 2 bath.Though we are not renewing to take advantage of rents lowering around town, we enjoyed living here. Be mindful of the cons, but they are not a dealbreaker. I would consider signing again here since it meets so many of our needs.

Ive lived all over the country and have experienced both ends of property management companies. Ive lived at the Quest for the past year and a half and Tramor is definitely one of the best. The office staff (specifically Audra) does a fabulous job with customer service, response time and communication. The maintenance team has never taken more than a few hours to respond to a request. Furthermore, they are always on the grounds doing upkeep, which is much appreciated as the property is covered in beautiful trees. The property itself is older, but well taken care of and most units, I believe, are recently renovated. The tenants are quiet and respectful of each other. The first floor units are great if you have a dog and want a small yard to let them out! I did have one small issue with seeing a few creepy-crawlies, which is to be expected when you live on the greenbelt and under tree coverage, but the pest control team was out the very next day to help me figure out a solution. We havent had any problems since. If you are sensitive to sound, chose an upstairs unit and be respectful of the people who live below you. Overall, a great experience in a great location with a great staff!

I just wanted to leave a review about my leasing experience. I was on a very big time crunch trying to get into my apartment before I started my job. Zoee went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to move in on my desired move in date. The staff is awesome and kind. The property is great and is reasonably priced for the area. I don’t think you can find a better place! Thank you to the staff for making my move in easy and stress free!

I leased an apartment there for 6 months. I have had a wonderful experience. In the office, Audra has been amazingly helpful getting me set up, and then was incredibly responsive when anything needed addressing. She was wonderful. And the maintenance staff are also amazing -- incredibly caring and responsive. The facilities are great, but the people on staff make it a tremendous experience.

Tranquil community set back from the main road. Flexible lease terms and payment options. Very helpful maintenance staff. Close to public transit and a couple grocery stores and gyms, so I found it livable without a car.

We absolutely LOVE living here. The apartment is very spacious and has been updated with beautiful hardwood floors. Grayce and Sarah in the leasing office have been so helpful and always respond to my emails almost immediately. We will definitely be renewing our lease!

Tramor at the Quest was a great location to live. Me and my brother fell on hard times and the management team was very responsive, professional and helpful with a quick move in, shout out to Audra! Unfortunately, COVID did not permit us to utilize the pool but overall it was a great experience. This was my first time living in an apartment since I was a toddler and I would recommend this location to a friend.

Tramor Properties was very helpful when my partner and Is apartment burned down (through no fault of Tramor or us - construction next door caused it). They made the transition from Tramor at Oak Run, which we loved, to nearby Tramor at the Quest seamless. We were in a new apartment 4 days after the fire. They took care of the paperwork and transferring everything while we dealt with our renters and car insurances. The office staff at The Quest, especially Audra, were also really helpful and quick about helping us get set up in the new apartment even though we didnt have anything. Tramor did a lot to help when we were in a bad place. Highly recommend!

I lived at the Quest for 2 years however rent was getting too pricy for what was offered at this complex, in my opinion. Overall I had a good experience living here.Pros> Friendly staff including Pest control guy> Maintenance is fast> Location! 5-10 mins from anything you need or want to do> Gated dog park on site> My unit was nicely renovated> Friendly / respectful neighbors> Quiet complex> Backyard for first floor unitsCons> Older apartments, so poorly insulated (hot in the summer / cold in the winter = high utility bills)> Pedestrian gate at entrance does not have a lock or code for entering - building 4 has had some people come back here looking around and trying to get into backyards> *****Child daycare behind building 4 (they are outdoors by 7:00am and can be VERY noisy)> No amenities (no gym, no business center, office is not on site, dog rinsing area)> Small washer / dryer in unit so had to wash bulky items like bedding, blankets at a Washateria> Big spaces between wooden boards of patio and entrance. Don’t wear heals - I learned the hard way...> Last 6 months I had a Pest problem - I believe roaches were from big trees> No irrigation system as website states

Great location and great staff. Sarah and Grayce have always added a personal touch. Maintenance was prompt and always very kind as well.Loved the upgraded countertops and the balconies that face a beautiful greenscape. Never had issues with crime. Plenty of parking space. Loved biking to work and Zilker, usually stopping by Wheatsville for something fresh on my way home.Had to move north, but I would have loved to have stayed and moved to a unit with a backyard. For the price, this is 5 stars. If you want a place for your dogs, this is a must see.

Absolutely loved living here! Great location and Sarah and Grayce are awesome. We never had any issues and the price is right considering how expensive other apartments in the area can be. Calm and easygoing neighbors! We only left because we were moving cross country, otherwise we would have gladly stayed. Thanks Sarah & Grayce for all that you do!

Lived here for three years. Worth it if its a 1B1B for less than $1300 including utilities. Higher than that, find somewhere else. I had my bike stolen
