These condos are to best of the best! We have stayed at multiple as we have vacationed and we have never had such a welcoming experience. The front staff was kind and welcoming and they have helped us with every question of card malfunction. AllThe staff is kind and welcoming to our two little ones and always wave and say hello. The pool is amazing and offers options for the adults, the expert kid swimmers and the timid swimmers. The access to the beach is by far the best we have experienced and love that it is gated and private. The kids (okay mom and dad too) loved watching the boats go in and out of the jetty. Our condo was well situated with a killer view of the ocean and pool. Kitchen, room and bathrooms are spacious and well equipped.You also can’t beat the game room, theater and the gym! All are fantastic perks and my son has been down everyday working on his pool shark skills.We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Our family had a wonderful experience at Sapphire. The space in the condo, the amenities, the location were all A1! Would definitely use this location again and also recommend it. Private beach for the guest and also access to Margaretville resort too.We had a great view of the ocean and the bay on the 18 floor.

We stayed at the Pearl. Older hotel, but it was a pleasant stay. Pool was fun, loved the beach access. I was not too happy about not getting the room I booked and downgraded, but of course it was cheaper, not accommodated for the inconvenience. We got the couples massage at the spa, and it was amazing!

The hotel was spotless, great beach access, pool was beautiful.When I made the reservation, the rep I talked to stated the resort was fully open with no limitation on amenities. There was limited restaurant hours, no room service, and housekeeping did minimal contact due to covid. I wasnt upset that these were limited, but only in the fact that I was told otherwise when they were going through what was available.There were a lot of families with young children. The pool area was large enough for all ages to relax.The rooms were loud, though, as you could easily hear your neighbors conversation though the inner door that would be used to combine rooms. I was in luck with drunken neighbors slamming doors at 3 am.

Super clean and organized. I watched the guys clean the pool and the area surrounding it early morning. The pool is huge and beautiful surrounded by palm trees. Very clean, looks like new outdoor showers by the beach. Above all they have 6 Tesla chargers, I was at rest that my car will be charged on premises. Also they enforce wearing makes inside to protect everyone. I highly recommend this place

Amazing! I stayed in 1402 through Patty and Isla Property Mgmt. It was nothing short of spectacular! This unit features two balconies, one for the ocean view and one for the bay view and the view was epic from both sides - best view on the island!Great Location, great facility, great amenities in the building! Super friendly staff, fast elevators, and the best pool on the island! The condo was extremely well equipped with a huge island in the kitchen, plenty of cookware, cups, nice silverware, nice appliances, and the counters were great. The entire condo had very high ceilings, plenty of really nice ceiling fans, great appliances, well-equipped bedrooms, and the primary bathroom was amazing. The internet worked extremely well and the balconies had great furniture for relaxing. There is an electric grill on the bay side balcony for a great option to grill a nice lunch for your guests. The beach is a very easy walk from the buildings and the decking is the really nice plastic decking that doesnt get splinters or very hot to walk on. There are extra tents, chairs, and other beach goodies available in the condo to use during your stay. There is also a large array of games, DVDs, and books to help keep you entertained.If there was any complaint - the towels in the condo are so nice that we are sad to not have those in our home. Beautiful facility with lots of amenities. Beach is clean and beautiful with hot sand and cool water. We recommend renting beach chairs from the Pearl - less gear to cart from your room.

I visit south padre every summer at the Sapphire and usually stay around the 22nd floor . The gym , outside bar and customer service with the staff is awesome. I’ve never had a problem coming here except from staying in the hot tub too late lol. But even then the security guards are always so nice and not too pushy . Plus pro tip you can just go next door to their pool because they stay open all night long . I love the condos and have never been dissatisfied. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a south padre experience unlike any before !

I visited the spa here. Rebecca was my masseuse and was excellent. I did a mud wrap and deep tissue. Very relaxing, clean, and friendly atmosphere. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice relaxing time.

Wow. Just awesome. Our room has sunrise sunset balconies. The room is stocked full of amenities, the closets are full of beach toys and boogie boards and all kinds of things. (For the people complaining about no coffee.) If possible book through Pearl and ask for Irma. She is wonderful and took great care of us. Also by booking through Pearl you get to use the Margaritaville resort as well which is right next door. 12 out of 10.

We just returned from our 8 day stay at Sapphire. Really a wonderful place! Very nice , clean and a great staff. So many things for all us to do. The beach is so close and well maintained. Pool was never crowded. Loved the pool! We had condo 703 . It was okay. Lots of things broken. (Motor in tub and ice in door). Just needs some updating. Pots and pans were awful. The washer couldn’t take much and the dryer is on its last legs. It made an awful sound when it was on. The view was wonderful and the TV was great . The other 2 families that went with us had wonderful condos so don’t let this review keep you from going. We will certainly go back. We loved the Sapphire!!!

My family and I came down for a mini vacation for the condo with 3 bedrooms. The interior was very nice, a good mixture between standard and luxury. We also had an amazing balcony view as we were on the 11th floor.The gym downstairs was pretty solid and a lot roomier than expected. There is also a game room which is nothing special but right next to it is a mini theater! You will have to reserve the theater and you can also bring your own DVDs as long as they are G through PG-13.The pool area was very nice as well and there was beach access not far away.All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. Nitpicks would be the size of the TVs in the rooms, and the A/C could have been slightly better than it was, though not bad at all. Other than that, I have mostly positive vibes and hope to return again next year.4.9/5

We stayed in a 19th floor, beach front condo this weekend. View was AMAZING! And the sounds of the waves crashing never gets old....so relaxing. The condo was really clean, and well furnished, and the staff was SUPER friendly & helpful.Due to COVID-19 most of the amenities were closed. The pool was open, the hot tub & pool-side bar were closed. And Im still it 5 stars!

My family & I have had the pleasure of staying in condo 2604 several times. Each time was fantastic. Looking from our balcony down to the pool and beach was breathtaking. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful. The grounds were impeccable . Sapphire South Padre had everything & more that we could have wanted. From a full service spa to an awesome fitness center.

This is a wonderful get-away to see a relaxing and soul-easing spot on South Padre Island beach. Its as with many moderately built-up areas meaning there is a little to some walking distance between the hotel and some local restaurants and areas to visit However, the hotels restaurant is very good and you can sit out on the beach or enjoy the comforts of the pool area and lounge. Also, it doesnt take much to walk along the beach to the inlet and enjoy fresh air and a lot of natural wildlife. On our visit, we saw sea turtles, dolphins, and many birds -- some rare or endangered! The folks and their hospitality are very good and this little piece of the world will allow you to relax and forget about the stressors of the more urbanized world! Enjoy, but I do recommend having a car so you can visit some of the areas more remote areas along the beach and estuaries! Have fun!

The amenities were exceptional and the staff were wonderful. I love the movie lounge and billiards room, we had a nice vacation here. The pool is gorgeous. My only dislike was that i had to walk aaall the way to the adjacent hotel for a drink, and their outdoor bar is filthy and smells of spoilt margaritas.

We rented a 3 bedroom condo over Christmas. It was perfect for our 7 member family. The room had a great view front and back. Our only issue was some lightbulbs were out in the hallway bath and one of the bedrooms. We told the front desk, not once, but twice, and in 3 days, they were never replaced. My husband had to take a lightbulb from the hallway so the bathroom light would work. It was a small inconvenience, but surprising that it never got fixed. Otherwise, great room.

Beautiful residence and so close to the beach the pool is amazing. Just wish we would have known we could have used The Pearls pool since you cant play music at the Sapphires. The condo was beautiful, extremely clean, close to everything, the view was amazing right on the beach. We choose this location for our 5th annual no boys allowed trip because of the location and the advertised sleeping accommodations. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything youll need, full sized washer and dryer. Lots of beach toys and bags ect for your beach outing. I would have given this place 5 stars except the sleeping arrangements were not what was advertised. It had 1 King bed, 2 full beds and a twin trundle bed. The beds clearly have reached the end of there life cycle. And if you dont get good sleep, your often tired all day. I would stay at this resort again, but I would have to get recent updated pics of the bedrooms.

What can I not say about the sapphire that was amazing the poolside area is just Divine there is so many areas you can just relax the pool is long enough. Not to mention if you walk all the way towards the end of the pool they have the kitty area and showers towards the back which is super convenient if youre going to go to the beach and walk back. But then as you thought it got better it does you can walk over next door to the to The Pearl order food and drinks come right back and be able to still relax in the area where you want to be 😍😄🖒🤙

Great place to stay just dont take baths! It was excellent until I decided to take a bath in the tub for relaxation the button to turn on the bubbles wouldnt stop. The Sapphire on South Padre was amazing. The rooms were very luxurious and the view was incredible. The prices were reasonable, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. The pool was great and access to the beach was only 100 feet away. This is the only place I would stay in South Padre.

I rented place for christmas and Ive got to say, I was very impressed with the place. As soon as I got there, everything was freshly made and there wasnt a long line for checking in. The beach was easily accessible and There were alot of amenities. The rest of the location was easily accessible and it was never loud. Overall a great place to stay for a getaway especially if you are a couple without kids. The place is great for kids as well, but probably not kids less then 13 or 14 years old. Its a great bet for your money and a great place overall, I literally cannot say enough, But Im pretty sure if I say anymore, You might as well have already stayed there. It is also pet friendly as I brought my puppy there with me. My pupper is trained so that wasnt a problem but I probably wouldnt bring a pet unless its trained. There was a shop nearby where I could get anything Id need.

My hubby got a deep tissue massage and raved about it all week. I opted for a mani-pedi and was treated like a queen. Ask for Esperanza when you go. She is detail oriented and takes her time. Actually, everyone we dealt with while there was awesome. They deserve 10 stars. Were making this an annual trip.

Otherwise, great amenities including a seemlessly infinite infinity pool, hottub, 20+seat cinema, spa, gym, game room, beach access, and more. The ammenites from their neighbor are needed here. Swim up bar, food and drinks. Dont mind spending. But I (we) do mind the walk. More umbrellas are needed for the Condominiums as they were all booked for the owners.
