    I really like living here. My place is super cute and the three bedroom floor plan is exceptionally well laid out. Five star service from the maintenance technician, Jesse. He is friendly and efficient. There is also new leasing management. Christopher helped me with multiple technical issues and now I can open the front gate from my phone and control my Nest thermostat from my phone also. Excellent, friendly, responsive, professional.

    I’ve encountered a few issues with follow-through and clarity. As a property manager myself, I’m familiar with how some of the processes work, and I’ve found the service here to be a little lacking . However, I do love where I stay—it’s peaceful, and I enjoy the overall environment.

    The customer service and staff at Villas at Birnham Woods are great. Julio and Jake are friendly and accommodating. They make you feel right at home and allow for a simple and easy process. The property is beautiful and well kept. Jess is the head of maintenance and responds quickly to maintenance requests. Highly recommend to anyone that is considering moving here.

    Jesse!!! He is the best maintenance person I’ve ever dealt with he is very professional, and has taken care of all of my appliances in a timely manner. He has changed my mind on apartment maintenance. I recommend this property to anyone looking to move in. Great amenities and location. Manager can have a attitude at times but maintenance team makes up for it.

    Wow !!!These rental homes are awesome. Having your own private backyard is awesome. There is a real feeling of home here. Love the pool and fitness center. By far, the nicest apartments in the area. Dont believe me, go look.

    Went to visit the property Jake the manager and Julio in front desk were very nice and informative about the property. Both were able to answer any questions i had about making this my next home. I also was able to meet the maintenance worker Jesse who gave me all the information needed to ensure maintenance concerns would be addressed in a timely manner. After meeting staff and informing myself about the property I knew instantly this was the best choice after viewing many other properties this would be the perfect fit for me and my family.

    Went to tour this place today and it was really cute! Julio gave us a great tour and he had a great personality. Everything was clean and felt brand new.It is a nice place to live and they work hard to resolve any issues you may have! Nice place with great management! 10/10 recommend

His swift response and expert knowledge quickly identified and resolved the issue, ensuring our comfort was restored promptly.Jesses professionalism and reliability were truly impressive. His extensive experience was evident in how efficiently he diagnosed and fixed the problem. Moreover, his dedication to ensuring everything was in perfect working order before leaving was commendable.His commitment to his work and property is exemplary.     I have lived here for 2 months now and every one has been helpful. Jessie is always quick and efficient in fixing issues. Jake and Julio have always been helpful with any questions I have or anything I needed. The residence is beautiful!

    Love living here always so many activities the front office does for us. My kids love it and they are sooo involved they plan and attend the events and get to know us residents . Jake was so fun to get to know and the others as well. Keep doing a great job here !

    Been living here for over 4 months and can say this place is beautiful. Office staff Jake and Julio are so great they are welcoming and always so helpful! The maintenance man Jesse is always helpful and you can see him smiling no matter how hot it is outside.

    I recently visited my friend and this entire property is beautiful. Talk about your own garage, spacious rooms, very nice kitchen and your own backyard! They have so many properties but I can assure you that at night is so peaceful. I spoke with Julio that works there, he was so polite, so patient & he answered all my questions. I honestly can’t wait for my current lease to be over so I can complete my Application. I will Make sure to speak with Julio, the best part is his bilingual !

    Great place to live!Leasing staff and maintenance team are very friendly. We looked at several places before moving here and are glad that we chose Villas At Brinham Woods! There are workout classes onsite, social events, weekly food trucks, along with all the necessary amenities. The landscaping is kept clean and beautiful. This is also just a great location, close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores within minutes.

    Amazing ! This beautiful rental homes are so beautiful. Private backyard, upgraded kitchens, safe neighborhood, and a really nice pool are some of the few perks this apartment complex offers. Julio really took the time to explain the ins and outs of this facility and is definitely one of my favorite choices. Julio really made us feel like home ✨

    Great location. Called prior to my visit and spoke with Julio and Jake. They answered all of my questions. I was able to meet with them and do a visit. While there i also met the maintenance Jesse. He was really friendly. Overall a great place and one of my top choices.

    Luxury and affordable best describe my new home, Villas at Birnham Woods. Julio Hernandez was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation. Overall office staff/management was nice and attentive. Amenities are top of line. If you have furry friends no problem these homes, come with a private backyard where they can run or even enjoy the sun. I would definitely recommend these homes.

I just gotta say that the times I been over I’ve never seen a difficulty situation that isn’t fixed, And the office staff and maintenance?? They are really amazing and helpful. The properties there are really beautiful, the neighbors are super friendly. 10/10 planning on moving here soon!

    This is a beautiful and quiet property. Upgraded units and a gated community. I feel safe when I come home, the staff at the office is amazing. Thanks to Julio that helped through The application process he was very helpful and friendly. The application process was really fast.

    I love everything about The Villas - My home has a large yard for my dog, and the finishes in my home are updated and beautiful!The staff is always doing wonderful little events for us, and they are friendly and the maintenance is always ON POINT with top notch service.     This is an amazing place to live! We moved here 6 months ago and have had a great experience with the staff. When our unit’s AC wasn’t working, the team made sure to get it fixed ASAP and followed up with us diligently. We enjoy the amenities as well. The gym and pool area are always clean. This is the place to be if you want peace in your life 😊

    I am in love with this place !!!I just so happened to come across the instagram page soooo nice you instantly get a feel for the atmosphere of this place. I called and spoke with them 2 times first spoke with Julio who was so nice and extremely well mannered. He answered my question without any hesitation. The second time I called and spoke with a Jake. He was super nice to me. I had questions on what I needed income wise and he went in to great detail. Letting me know first hand what was needed as well as anything that could potentially lengthen the process. Most properties dont put in that extra effort they just want to get you in. Not this place. The best part when I went to view!!! Its gorgeous!! It has such a forever home feel on the inside of this place. The rooms are so spacious. The layout when you walk in is so spacious as well and really nice spacious parking. I cannot wait to make this my home and move in thank you soo much for the hospitality who ever is doing the hiring here the people are the right ones they are who we first come in contact with and that first contact is what got me.

    I am new to the city saw the reviews came to take a tour and we were greeted by Julio was very attentive and answered all our family questions the manger came out introduced himself jake I believe was his name super nice guy seemed like he really new the area he told us about places we could shop and eat and how the neighborhood was he gave us a tour super nice guy seemed down to earth this is definitely one of our top places we saw we also met the maintenance guy Jesse he was on site he even stop to say hi and Introduce himself Definitely 💯 very nice place a must see if you looking

    We love our new home! The townhome itself is beautiful with an amazing backyard! It’s also in a convenient location less than 5 minuets from grocery stores! And the best part the staff is amazing! So nice and friendly! You can really tell they genuinely care about all the tenants living here, which in my opinion is uncommon to come by. We’ve felt at home since the day we moved.

    After reading these reviews I was quite surprised because I went a few weeks back it was towards the end of the day and they were getting ready for a valentines event and even though they were busy I was greeted by Julio who did not rush me but answered all my questions and showed me floor plans and was very nice and down to earth after giving me a tour I fell in love with the open floor plans the grounds were so pretty large closest LOVED the closet space after tour there event was in full swing and I was able to meet the manger Jacob and he was even kind of enough to invite us to stay which was nice we got to talk to other people who live there and hear there thoughts and experiences I think this could be our forever place it has left a good feeling do your self a favor and go look you won’t be disappointed
