Nice place! Little flaws but looks like always repairing and updating so would recommend! Pool is like 88 and hot tub 104 so nice and warm compared to alot of heated pools at 78! Awesome people running the place very helpful!

The room we stayed in was awesome! Great view and very comfortable. The bad parts are the stairs are pretty steep all over the facility, so very hard on a person with joint pain like I have.The location is a bit far from the nearest stores, but not too terrible.

Our stay there was so beautiful! It is close to the beach and it even has a pool with a hot tub. Awesome time spent with family and friends there. The only negative thing about this location is that next to the resort there is just SO MANY BIG HUNGRY MOSQUITOES . Just be sure you spray yourself really good with repellent.

Location is convenient to both Corpus Christi and Port Aransas. These STR condos accept dogs and they are relatively convenient to the beach. We have stayed here several times and will likely to return.

This small scale condo community is a hidden Port Aransas gem. It has great amenities as well as large heated hot tub and pool. A short walk to the beach and short drive into town. The best part is leaving the craziness of the island at the end of the day or going home and less island to leave. Our unit was updated and had a beautiful deck with an ocean view and view of the pool at the same time. Love it and plan to return!!

We rented room 209 through an Airbnb. The room was VERY clean and was the most well stocked Airbnb room we ever rented. There was a little bit of road noise, plus when the A/C was kicking on. Overall, we were very pleased.

We had a great time very comfortable place. Holly was easy to work from the day we reserved our room and until we left. Great place to stay not crowded at all good size pool has a rec room for everyone. You can walk up to the beach from there which was great I would recommend this place to anyone thanks holly for making our trip awesome....

Currently staying here with visiting in-laws and were having a great time. Were in a two bedroom condo with all the amenities. If youre staying for a while and youre planning on cooking your own meals, youll probably want to bring dishwasher soap, as they only provided about two loads worth.Other than that, this place has a private road to the beach thats easily walkable, a hot tub and pool, a recreation room, and plenty of parking.Balcony is very large and great for relaxing.

Private sandy drive to the start of the boardwalk. You can drive or its a nice walk. The resort is very nice. Great pool and hot tub. Grills for your use. A game room, but I did not use it and cannot provide any feedback on it. The unit I stayed in was nice. There are a few which the owner needs to address, but these things did not affect my stay in a negative way. I have taken the time to document what I feel should be addressed and sent it to the management company as they have a vested interest and a need to know. Each unit is individually owned so each has its own story from folks like us. I was in unit 205.

Very comfortable! We had a 2 bedroom unit with 7 adults and one teen and had plenty of living space. And just a short drive to the boardwalk to the beach. Pool was clean and grounds were well maintained. Short drive to Port Aransas amenities. Only negative was other guests or owners not cleaning up their dog messes. We will be back for another visit!

Staff was friendly. Great beach access in the form of a car path directly from the condos parking lot. Our condo was clean and had a nice layout for families. Each room has its own balcony access. The fixtures were all in good condition and the rooms have a lot of storage for unpacking your things. The beds are decent but bring your own pillows. Free WiFi is included as well. Overall a great experience.

It was probably one of the nicest condos weve stayed in so far. Great location, Easy beach access. Well furnished and equipped. The building itself is starting to show a little age with a few cracks and a hard to close patio door. I wouldnt mind staying here again

The condo was nice and well maintained. The management staff was very friendly and accommodating at check in. The private beach access is very nice and not too crowded. We could see further down the beach and there were double or triple the number of people. The pool area was nice. The location of the condo was kind of far from the main stuff in town, but it still only took about 5 minutes to get to all the restaurants and shops.

We were in unit 208. It was perfect! Clean and updated. The kitchen had everything that I needed to prepare food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for 4 days. The units are accessible from the outside which we prefer because you do not have to walk down a hall or take an elevator every time you need to go outside. The pool is a little small, but it helps if you have smaller children with you. Be warned that Sunday morning is a popular check out time. I was going to go to the grocery store and it was going to take an hour to travel what would normally take 15 minutes. The beach was nice and clean (except for seaweed from the tide) and was mostly patrons from Mustang Island Beach Club or neighboring facilities.

MIBC unit 215 Fabulous!!! Clean and comfortable; great location; large patio with table and chairs to enjoy watching the sunset. Pool and hot tub on the property. covered parking right next to unit. Didnt want to leave :)

We made a reservation on line and it was extremely easy. This is a motel style rental. A reservation here was made through Silver Sands rentals in Port Aransas. We handle all of our payments through email and we were kept totally aware of what we needed to bring and do to enjoy our visit by email. The staff at Silver Sands was very efficient and our emails were very clear what we needed to do. Our unit was totally furnished. We had a two bedroom two bath kitchen dining area living room and little study area. Both of our bathrooms had showers and one had a stack Samsung washer and dryer. They were very new and did a good job. The kitchen was completely stocked with kitchen utensils pots pans dishes silverware everything. We needed absolutely nothing but food. All of the appliances were very updated and clean. We were able to check out on the mobile app. We had a very good time and the right was very reasonable. It is a destination that we would go back to.

Nice location. Boardwalk to the beach. The hot tub was broken the entire visit so that was not fun. The game room was nice ping pong and a pool table. However the pool table has been ruined. I saw people spraying it and the pool balls with lysol. So the balls dont roll. Still a nice gameroom off the pool. I was disappointed with the number of dogs off leash in the game room, at the pool and in the common areas. Also at the beach. I never encountered so many dogs on vacation before. Most were friendly, just not what I expected. There were many dogs on a leash and very considerate people with them.

Nice condo. Your condo may be different. This property is not on the beach. It aint even close to the beach. There is no elevator so if your disabled ect, look elsewhere. Our condo was rather nice, the internet worked great and everything worked just fine. Just remember. Not on the beach, no elevator. Other than that... It was great. Plotted. Scouts Out.

Unit 207 is absolutely wonderful. All the amenities anyone would ever need is in this condo. Its the perfect place for relaxing and just kicking back. The view is outstanding.

They are remodoling still but It was a nice stay. Although the was Paint coming off walls from paint over inside and roach was crawling on wall needs alot more work and would be better if you could get to place with golf cart from beach but you cant its a good walk

Cons.. walls thin, can heard above unit..we had ants in kitchen..no wash cloths or bath mat..Pros.. interior nice...large deck..3 doors out to deck.. im enjoying less people to deal with cause complex is smaller..Id stay here again

Great place right on the beach. AC worked great... So good we actually had to turn the temp up a few degrees. The other cool thing is the golf cart beach access so you can get directly on the beach with your golf cart instead of having to drive around to a beach access road

Prior to Harvey we celebrate Thanksgiving here 2 years in a row. Kids love it and find the ocean wonderful we boys love the many areas we can try our luck fishing a short drive away. Not to close and not too far from port A. Very family friendly, very laid back, everything you need, maybe more, nothing you dont, for a great ocean get away. looking forward to coming down later in the year or early next year.
