    Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The manager, Karla, was so nice and helped me move in asap, she was fast with the process and Im thankful for that. Maintenance is very fast too, resolved issue same day! Totally recommend 👌

    After being a resident here for a few years, myself and several of the neighbors have noticed a huge improvement since “Karla”became property manager. “Juan” the property maintenance guy works hard and quick to respond to the resident needs. I just signed my lease for another year and I’m happy to have Carla and Juan as property manager/maintenance manager.

    Karla has done an awesome job of cleaning up the complex since she took over as manager. The complex was starting to go down hill after years of different management companies coming and going. The complex is much cleaner and safer since her arrival. Juan has taken care of many of our maintenance requests in a timely manner.

    This is my very first apartment & I just resigned my lease for another year. Alejandra the leasing manager was very helpful when I was doing my paperwork. I got approved the same day I applied, she’s quick with responding to me & has the best customer service I’ve seen any leasing manager have.

    Alexandra has been very helpful since I moved in to my apartment and even in the process of getting it was super helpful. She was able work me and answer any questions I had. The apartment it self is very calm for the most part I havent had any issues since I moved inthis area its affordable its helped me a lot to get on feet.
