I recently toured Enclave at Mira Lagos, and I was very impressed! From the moment I walked in, Jayden was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave me a detailed tour of the community.The property is beautiful—well-maintained with modern amenities, spacious floor plans, and a great location. The atmosphere felt peaceful, and the community areas were clean and inviting.Even though I was just visiting, the experience left a great impression. If youre looking for a new home, I’d definitely recommend checking out Enclave at Mira Lagos!

From the front office, staff and the Maintenance team they are wonderful. Living here has been one of the greatest experiences that I’ve had while renting an apartment. Everyone is friendly when any issues occur they handle them in a timely manner. This is a great place to live. I would recommend to anyone 10 out of 10.

I moved in as of November 1st 2024 and have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Enclave. Tyler in the front office assisted me through the whole process up until my move in date and still has my made my living experience nothing but amazing! Maintenance is quick, property is clean, work out room is huge, parking is never an issue and trash is not a problem either. I have had so many deliveries sit in front of my door for HOURS and no one ever touches or steals them so that is a major plus. Highly recommend moving here!!

I’ve been living here for 5 months and I can confidently say that I absolutely love it! The staff here is fantastic -Tyler goes above and beyond for his residents and the maintenance team are all friendly, professional, and super caring. Ive lived here for 2 months and will say, I love it. The staff, Kristin, Tyler, Jayden, and the maintenance staff are friendly, professional, and caring. The apartment complex is quiet and clean. In addition too, the Peninsula that runs in the middle of the property is beautiful. Also, the gym has new state of art exercise equipment. I will recommend my family and friends to Enclave at Mira Lagos!

I absolutely LOVED living here! Leaving is hard for several reasons (1) the staff! Brayanna & Annabelle (please forgive any misspellings) are both AMAZING! Not only are they amazing, they are consistent which really says a lot. They promptly took care of our requests and always did so with a smile. (2) It was home; I loved my apartment home and leaving is going to be hard. I would recommend this community to any and everyone. I felt safe at all times. Not only did I feel safe, my son did as well and that was very important to me. (3) Equally important was proximity and access to safe exercise options from running/walking/biking paths to the really nice onsite gym. All of these things were important to me and Enclave At Mira Lagos gave it all to me. When I read the negative reviews, all I can say is that my familys experience was totally positive. Minor issues will exist in any environment, but the good far outweighs any of the small negatives. Awesome place to call home!!!

I visited this community today for a tour. I was very impressed with the leasing agent Penny. She was very personable and professional. She was very thorough with the tour. She showed us all the amenities and was very helpful in answering all our questions. This is a very beautiful community. It is very quiet and clean and the office staff are very friendly. They made our visit a great experience. I will definitely be making Enclave at Mira Lagos my new home.

I recently relocated here from SC and I must say my transition was absolutely amazing. I met each staff member personally and they all went above the call of duty in answering all of my questions and addressing ALL of my concerns. I value customer service and Tiffany was my first introduction to Enclave. They definitely have the right people in the right place.As a veteran, I recently transitioned from the military and it was a blessing to know that the Assistant Manager (Dominique) who was able to understand my process (and relate to it) brought great relief to me! I was even introduced to the manager, Dr. Amber, who always greets me when she sees me come in! The customer service and the assistance that was provided was stellar! They also helped me get acclimated to the area. I feel like I have a new family here.Secondly, the apartment is beautiful, area peaceful, and the premises offered everything I needed and wanted: 24 hour access to gym, pool access, pond wrapping around the complex, state of the art grills.... I am glad to be in Texas, my new home! Thank you Enclave for having the right people placed here to truly make my transition smooth and sweat-less! My daughter and I lived here for one year and it was great. I never had any issues. A couple of times I needed maintenance for small things and they were in and out quickly. Reading the reviews I noticed a few were about spiders and parking. Yes, there are spiders, but not inside and not for the whole year. The apartments are near a lake and grassy areas and these are new apartments. They spray, but I also bought bug spray for the patio and killed them myself and they were gone. Parking, I had a garage so I luckily had 2 spots and it was great, which I would recommend. Parking is limited, but most apartment complex’s are. The people who lived around me were good, and I never had any noise issues. These apartments look and feel good, and I definitely recommend them for anyone looking in this area, It’s a beautiful area.

I enjoyed my 3-month stay. The community feels safe and neighborly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The finishes are on trend and lux. Relaxing outdoor area and excellent fitness center. Clubhouse was quiet and a good place to host my online meetings. The only draw back was it was never warm enough to take a swim in the very inviting pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

I’m a little surprised by some of the reviews here. I lived here for a little over a year, part of the first group that moved in. They were interesting times but all and all I think the staff handled things very well. Amber was the property manager then and always took care of anything that had to be addressed. The property was being built in 2015 when we had over 30 days of rain in almost as many days. Obviously this caused a lot of issues for the staff and builders that was very much out of their control. Thankfully my apartment was completed before my previous lease ran out with only a 1 week delay, which Amber called me personally to discuss - not an informal email. I recall another tenet telling me his lease did run out and the management company assisted with the inconvience. Again, it was out of everyone’s control. My husband and I were considering moving back here, which is how I found myself writing this review. The only reason I moved out is because we got pregnant and decided to rent a house. Now we’re over all the yard work and are looking to move again. We never had any issues with the staff, management or maintinece. Everything was addressed pretty quickly, even as more buildings opened and the place started to fill up, which happened quickly after the rains stopped. The staff was very accommodating when I was approaching my due date as I received a lot of big packages, even offering to carry them for me. There were a lot of bugs, I’ll be honest, but that’s to be expected when you’re living in a new build around a lot of land and a lake. They out number us and it takes years and years for the ecosystem to adjust. The complex always sparyed the apartments and dead bugs did get picked up. I don’t recall how often, but it happened. Either way, it’s unfortunate some have had such a poor experience as the property really is beautiful. The apartment themselves are very nice as well. I really enjoyed my time there.

Been here for 2 months now. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet, it’s your place. Property is clean and well designed. Maintenance is also very responsive. The only reason I would put 4 stars is for the lack of enough Visitors Parking. Other than that I haven’t found any issues. Make sure you are okay with natural amount of bugs in a lakeside place. :)

When I moved here 15 months ago, I have felt nothing but compassion from the entire staff. From maintenance to the front office, everyones goal is to make sure your needs are met. I loved it here and was interested in renewing but my family was needing more space. I was sad to leave. If you are searching for a new place to live, Enclave at Mira Lagos is the place for you.

I must say I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews before moving in here a year ago, but I must say that I absolutely LOVE it here! Its absolutely peaceful, safe, beautiful, clean, I can go on and on. Whenever I have an issue it gets resolved quickly. Staff and maintenance are great! I’m looking forward to the new renovations and ready to get inside that clean pool again! Definitely recommend this place. Looking forward to spending another year here with my family.

Love Love Love these beautiful apartment homes. Great and fast service with maintenance. Always kept up. Spacious and quiet. Great place to raise kids. Moved here from California, Enclave has made my family and I feel right at home.
