Super cute & affordable place. It’s quiet, clean, and close to everything in Port Aransas. We had an issue with our tv and wifi. The maintenance person was quick to come over to fix it. We will stay again when we come back!

I cant speak for all the condos as they are owner specific. However, we stayed in A-2 and will never stay anywhere else. It is clean, spacious, and updated! The office managers were friendly and very helpful to us. The grounds were clean. The pool was great. There is no maid service however, I planned ahead and brought my own extra towels. I seriously love this place!

Ill leave the caveat that I miss the old crew that worked here.However, i do know that the new team/management is working hard to make this nicer. They shut down a party that had about 30 people show up that werent staying here, so condo owners and guests alike were happy that was nipped in the bud.Rooms are all unique and fit the style and preference of the owner, not the management company.If you stay here, do your diligence and make sure parking will fit your vehicles, golf carts, and boats. Some units next to stairs are a pain the rear to park at.

We stayed in condo C-11/12 and had a blast! Great location! Just a short walk to the beach and quick access to so many great restaurants in the area. We were able to swim in the pool and fish right off our own dock. Condo was clean and staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Port A.

We visit Port A every summer and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Its well managed by friendly staff, family friendly, clean, fun, and very conveniently located to both the beach and marina. We love that there are boat slips available for our boat and the kids love fishing on the lighted fishing pier. There is something for everyone at this place. Highly recommend!

This is our 7th year staying at Bay Tree. We normally have a group of 15 and we love it. Deborah and Jane are so easy to work with and have always gone above and beyond with anything we needed. I appreciate the fact that the property is patrolled along with security cameras. The pier is fantastic as is the pool. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and beach. Already counting the days until next year !!

Amazing views! Awesome pool! Kids fished til they couldnt fish anymore off the beautiful lit pier. Caught atleast 25 trout each. Watched dolphins and turtles playing in the canal. Condo was super clean and staff were very attentive and friendly. Oh and the location is the best in Port A! Rent a golf cart and u r 5 minutes from the beach and all the great restaurants!

We just had a fantastic vacation once again at the Bay Tree Condos in Port A. My family thoroughly enjoyed C-11/12 condo. The a/c was blowing cold and we could watch the kids playing in the pool from our balcony. There are so many great restaurants around this place! Try Iries for lunch and Fins for dinner! Also, bring your boat b/c you can dock in your own slip in front. Awesome!

Love this place!!! We stay there 3-4 times a year to fish and go to the beach with our granddaughter. People in the office are all friendly and treat us like family. We especially love having our boat in the water at the complex. When we go fishing, we can be at the Jettys in five min. When we get home from a long day of fishing we really appreciate the relaxing wirlpool baths in the A7/8 unit (our favorite) and hanging out with our family and friends while grilling steaks or the catch of the day in the beautifully landscaped courtyard just downstairs. Occasionally we walk to the waterfront resturants which are only a couple of blocks away. Packing for weekends at Bay Tee is a breeze because the stackable washer/dryer in the unit allows us to pack light and go home without a mountain of salty sandy laundry. (Maybe some units do not have washer/dryers - ask when you book).We have been fishing out of Bay Tree in Port Aransas for over 20 years and we have seen many changes. About 8 years ago the entire complex was remodeled and most of the units we have seen are comfortable and clean. The new manager is very friendly and keeps the complex in top shape.From watching the dolphins play in the channel every evening to spending lazy afternoons in the beautiful sparkling pool, even the youngest members of our family find enjoyment at Bay Tree.

This is the best place to stay. Boat slips,swimming and walking distance to restaurants! Staff was very helpful with everything. Only down yall they dont allow pets, but most places dont in town. We Love the place 3x2 A13/14

Fantastic condo with great views. Great price, well maintained! Quiet even though on the Channel. We stayed in C-5 right above the pool and loved it. Everything you need for a great stay!

If you are going to go to port A, this is the place y need to stay, very clean and the pier is awesome, the 1st night we finished I was un able to drink anything because the fish were biting all night long 👍👍👍👍
