Our Broker, Pam Vincent was referred to us with high regard. The selling of an independent restaurant at this point in time has its difficulties, and only the operators can understand the struggles they have endured since COVID. Pam had our best interest in mind as we all waited almost a year for a suitable offer. She was excellent communicating buyer/seller necessary due diligence. Things became fast and furious as we neared closing. As a husband/wife ownership, staffing struggles led us to the decision to sell, and finally reverse our decision looking far up the road at our financial future especially planning a college future for our 16 year old daughter. Backing out was NO fault of Pams. She knew the final decision was personal and she was there to communicate, answer concerns, and coach us on consequences of our change of heart! We only thought retirement was a possible happy solution at this time in our lives. So back to work we go, bussing, dishwashing, and cooking.
