I came across Jason and TruView business advisors as a buyer exploring a potential business to purchase. Couple things I found interesting - I contacted several businesses brokers one afternooon. Jason was the only one that emailed and called right away - others called/emailed a day or even 2 days. The other thing I really like was how the package was put together - it was a comprehensive package that is put together with effort unlike others I have seen which are low quality. If you actually review the package - you will want to purchase the business - the quality of the business review package is that good. In general - very responsive - good answers. If I were to hire a broker to sell my business - I would hire them.

I recently requested a CIM from Tru View, which they promptly provided after signing the necessary NDA and confidentiality agreement. I was very impressed with the CIM as it was very thorough, very informative, without including a lot of unnecessary details. It was the best CIM that I’ve encountered, and I’ve encountered many of them, in terms of giving a very clear description of a business, with very thorough financials, and presented the business in a very clear manner which enabled me as a potential buyer to get a very good perspective of what it would take to operate this business. Very impressed by TruView and their broker’s professionalism. Don’t hesitate to use them for your business transactions.
