The cleanliness of the property is outstanding and speaks volumes about the care and dedication of the management team. Everything from the common areas to the landscaping is so well-maintained. The location and value for the newly upgraded kitchens make this one of the best places to live in Houston. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I’ve been living here since October of last year. I don’t have any complaints or issues abt the property. If I put in a work order for something in my unit, it is fixed same day or very next day. Everyone is always nice and pleasant. The ladies in the office are both great nd the two maintenance workers are great as well. Happy here☺️

Been here over a month now and I am enjoying my stay here. Maintenance is quick since there are only 6 buildings on the property. Not in a food desert like other parts of Houston, so finding groceries is a breeze. Close to the highway, which is a plus (unless you’re concerned about health issues from highway pollution). Diverse part of town. My only complaint is parking, which is limited, but street parking is available for guests. On the bright side, everyone says hello to each other and the amenities are great.Overall, it’s a great spot.Edit: 7/6/2022 - I have been here for about a year now and I still love it here. By far the best apartment Ive ever had. Everyone is still nice and I have close ties with several neighbors. Maintenance is still awesome and the office ladies are receptive to the communitys concerns. Also, they have cool activities a couple of times a month involving food, games, karaoke, pool parties, and more. Its great here.

I dont really do reviews, but I must say I really do enjoy living here. Having access to the highway and the multiple food options is a plus. The staff are very friendly. Whenever I put in a work order, they handle it in a timely manner. Amber Tristan, who is the apartment manager, is also very kind and easy to talk to. Anytime I give her return mail from a past resident, she always ask how things are going and informs me on upcoming events at the complex. I can tell she is very invested on keeping the complex running smooth. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I lived at the retreat for years and years. But the rent increased so much we got a house instead! Very peaceful community. No roach issues. Maintenance guy was fantastic! Loved him.We had a first floor corner and it was pretty spacious and parking was never an issue. Management always helpful and kind.A plus was the pool and gym. Super nice and always kept up

I love this place, it is absolutely wonderful, it has very special details with its residents, the facilities are clean and well maintained, the pool is kept clean and always ready to use. Our current manager is wonderful, very diligent and concerned with the needs of the residents. The maintenance team, the best, are diligent and efficient people, always with the intention of solving any normal inconvenience that may arise. Thank you Westpark family, for always making our stay here the best in the area!

The best apartment I have ever lived. From looking for my apartment to living there staff experience has never been anything short of excellent. Any issues are handle in the quickest timely matter. Past apartments I could not wait for my lease to be up but here I am in love with my home and community!

This Community is one of the Best in Houston and the surrounding area. The community itself is very quiet. There is a balance of Diversity. Most are professional teachers and students .... The management staff are very professional as well, very responsive to concerns. The value of the community I would personally rate at 95%...very affordable with what is offered. Quiet, Clean, Comfortable all at 5 Stars.

The most thing I loved about living in this place for a year is the amazing stuff and management. The apartment I had was very big and super clean. They take good care of the garden and trees outside. They have effective system for insects control. Parking is a headache sometimes specially if you have more than one vehicle or visitors at the property.It will be even more amazing if more social events are organized by the management.It was an incredible year and thank you The Retreat at Westpark

Great place to live, good neighbors, close to highways, but the staff here is really exceptional. They truly care for the tenants, and go out of their way to make this place a home. Example, this is the first landlord that ever gave me a birthday card and when I complained about something, I expected the normal answer, Nope they went out of the way to correct it or explain how they are gonna fix it.

My family has called a few different places home over the past few years, but nothing has compared to the Retreat at Westpark. We have been treated with the utmost respect here. I cant tell you how impressed weve been with our community and our fellow Residents. The community manager Vincent has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He is by far the best community manager ive encountered. We had a few minor hiccups, and they have gone above and beyond to make it right.A few highlights:The outdoor area around the pool is always well kept including the grills. the electric starter works perfectly and is regularly maintained by the team. (residents are thoughtful and even clean up after themselves!)There is a Peacock who lives at the community named paintbrush and its always a pleasure to see it. (she loves unsalted sunflower seeds)Maintenance team is top notch, Chachi is a wonderful asset to the team. Shes always working with a smile!Nesha in the leasing office is very polite and we really appreciate her attention to detail.

I have been living here for little over year and half. It is very great place to live in. I am moving out because of personal reason. I wish continue to stay here for longer time. Rent is very reasonable. It is very safe and quiet. The important thing is management is awesome. Kendra, Jennifer and Trese are great. They are very helpful and prompt for any service. They are kind and get your problem solved quickly. They are very approachable. I definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Been living here for only 7 months and I love it mostly quiet and I love the small community, things get fixed in a timely manner and no kids running around playing in the parking lot all hours of the night scratching and/or breaking car windows by accident or on purpose. The Staff ladies are very classy and professionalThe only cons are you can only get AT&T internet here as if they have some kinda contract with the owners of this apartment complex which is not cool because AT&T is kind of expensive and that leaves you with no options unless your phones Wi-Fi hotspot is strong enough to power your other devices and this place is a bit pricey but I guess you have to pay for peace

Gorgeous LUXURY style RENOVATED apartments. Apartments are super spacious with great amenities. They are also kept clean and quite. Love, Love greystar! The staff is always amazing and attentive. Plus being off of Westheimer your in reach of some of the best food and all shopping Houston has to offer. Amber is a rockstar and together with the other ladies here you have an amazing team to lean on that make you feel like your speaking more with friends than leasing staff.

Just had a tour I really like the property .I would to lease here. for the time frame that I want they only have 3rd floor apartments which I am trying to avoid . I hope something opens soon .
