We have lived here a little over 3 years and it has been great. I feel very comfortable and safe. Never had any issues with my neighbors and everyone is very nice . Anytime we have ever had an issues management has been on top of things and gotten our issues fixed right away. Also, Loretta the manger is the best !!! She has changed this community in so many ways for the best and is always putting fun activities on for the kids and residents here. Overall my husband and i enjoy living here.

Great place to live!! I actually had to cancel my Gym membership, b/c this gym is awesome/clean/latest equipment -and included in my rent. This place has a lot of amenities, that I actually use. The property is large, well maintained, and clean. It was a bonus that management was very accommodating and communicative when any problems came up or maintenance needed. I highly recommend this place! It may disappoint though, b/c they are so liked that there are rarely many available units, however the virtual tour is very accurate. A big plus was the garage and really private entrance. It feels like a real home b/c you rarely ever hear your neighbors too. See you on the courts!

I have been here for a year. And Loretta the manager has this property running so well! It is clean and peaceful to live here . I am so happy to live here that even if it’s higher than other places - I renewed my lease . I cannot imagine being happy anywhere else. The maintenance team is always on point . Everything gets fixed and the grounds are always kept. IRT is such a well put together and high caliber management company. They clearly higher top of the line staff!

I moved to The Meadows at the end of July to get a peace of mind from my last residence and I must say that Ms. Loretta makes my new home worth living. The management team is amazing! I love this place! I have 0 complaints! If I could stay longer I would. They are quick to fix issues inside apartments if you have one. No bugs! Dont get me started on the Jacuzzi bath tub in the master bedroom! The walk in closets! By far the best management team I have come across. Please dont think twice about this complex! Move in! You will not regret it! Tamara and Loretta make it hard to leave, because, they are the sweetest team you will come across! I would definitely come back to rent if I am ever in this area again!

I am sad to leave. I loved living here. The staff is great. Great community and there is always someone displaying his master grill skills on the weekends. Id still be here if my wife hadnt gotten sick. The apartment managers work hard to make you feel at home. Mrs. Ida and Mrs. Roxanne always took great care me and my wife. The amenities are just a bonus. Free Gym! My Doctor loved that. You would be privileged you make this place your home. By the way, if ya get the chance, wish mrs. Ida a happy birthday in June. Running the place she rarely gets the appreciation she deserves. My beautiful apartment should be on the market soon. I highly recommend it! Mine had an L shaped balcony and overlooked the tennis courts and pet park.

Me, my husband, and our toddler have only lived here for about a month and a half, but we really like it so far. It’s very quiet and we feel safe in the gated community. It feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex.Our only complaints are the parking, the dog park, and lack of a playground.You get a garage and a little driveway with your apartment then *some* buildings have a row of parking in front of them that is constantly full. A lot of people use their garage for storage (we are temporarily until we finish unpacking boxes that are in there), but I feel like they should have built enough spots for each apartment to have two plus a guest spot. There’s no way to fix it, so we just have to deal with it.The dog park is always muddy and doesn’t seem like it gets maintenance. There’s also a gap under the gate where my small (8lb) dog can escape easily.We wish there was a playground but we knew that there wasn’t before we signed. Someone told me they tore it down to put up the sand volleyball court, but with the amount of kids here I think the playground would have been used more.Other than that, we love it here. A lot of grass and trees, and a walking path through the complex. It’s pretty easy to give directions to people and I feel like they can’t get lost as easy as other complexes.We were looking for a safe, nice, apartment that feels like home in a convenient location, and that’s what we got. The office is nice, the maintenance is nice and timely, and it’s in a great location.

Long post alert! Read the whole thing if youre considering moving into these amazing apartments**From the moment I walked into the office to check out these apartments, it felt like home. Heather and Cheryl really know how to welcome you. The apartments are beautiful and so well-kept, I signed a lease immediately. Where else can you find a gated apartment complex with an attached garage and 24 hour gym at no extra cost? On top of that, I never knew how convenient it was to have valet trash 3 times a week.When I first got my keys, I was greeted with a personalized card from the staff, a plunger, toilet paper, and other random goodies to help my move in be easier. They just get all the little things right. You dont have to wait forever for maintenance requests to be completed and both Cheryl and Heather are always available with a smiling face to address any and all concerns.Ive seen some reviews critiquing the gate and the valet trash, saying the gate is always broken and theres always trash everywhere. However, its not the apartments fault when people choose to ram into the gate. And of course theres trash outside on trash days.Ive never lived in an apartment where I had 0 complaints, and this one was hard to leave. The only reason I even left is to be closer to school. Otherwise, I wouldve stayed.Choose this place as your home! You wont regret it. Its in the middle of everything. 20 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from Arlington...with the quality and location, you just cant beat it.

I went in a feels weeks ago and felt like I was home. I was having a difficult morning but after talking with Cheryl, the leasing agent, and Lamar, a tenant, I felt so much better. And the strange thing is, we were talking about life, not an apartment, that came later. The fact that we could converse and enjoy community with each other was so refreshing!I was in awe of the concern that Lamar had in regards to some young men who were not following the procedure to access the property. Instead of being harsh or making assumptions, he asked questions and took the situation as an opportunity to meet their need.I was amazed that Cheryl could call each person we passed by name. And that she took time to encourage a tenant/student who has been working hard to achieve her goals. The community is amazing, well kept and neat. The people know, talk to and look out for each other (that is quite rare these days).Cheryl has called to check on me since, not because she’s trying to gain a tenant but because she’s a genuinely caring person!I will recommend this community to anyone that is looking for a place to call home!

This is my first apartment since Ive graduated from college. I was nervous to move here due to spending the last 4+ years around college students and campus living. I must say that as a young professional and graduate student I feel very comfortable living here at Regency on the Green.I moved here in mid July 2013. I remember going on a tour of the property and seeing people outside enjoying the cooling hours of the day. Everyone waved hello as they were either walking their dog or firing up their grill.The office staff are very accessible and willing to help. Whenever Ive had a maintenance request theyve attended to the request in a timely manner. They even installed a ceiling fan in one of my bedrooms.As I mentioned neighbors are friendly and Ive never been disturbed by loud noises (except on Saturdays by the Mountasia fun center music nearby and the evening fireworks from the waterpark in the summer). The buildings are built well so I never hear my neighbors. I had an issue with ants getting into my unopened cereal boxes but other than that there have not been any pests INSIDE my apartment.However, I have seen raccoons near the trash compactor at night on multiple occasions.There is only one entrance so it may seem like theres a lot of traffic. They recently added a new gate due to the old one kept breaking down due to traffic. It stays open during high traffic times otherwise it is closed.They only thing that irritates me to no end is people parking in places other than their garage/driveway. People use their garage as storage units allowing only 1 car to park in their designated driveway. Management has sent countless flyers out saying this is not allowed. This has caused there to be no parking for guests. When my boyfriend comes he usually has to park in the leasing office lot then I drive to pick him up. My roommate and I are the only ones in our building who dont have a junk-filled garage. This problem will not go away even though theres a storage facility on Blvd 26 within walking distance.I wish that Charter Cable wasnt the main company in the area. At&t is much more reasonable. Also, our carpet is an interesting color choice....its off white. Our stairs get a little dingy due to foot traffic. Its also in our bathrooms (half carpet, half tile).Overall, I can say that I will be renewing my lease in the next few months (if the price is still reasonable). Regency on the Green is a very pleasant place in an awesome location. I love coming home!*****2014We renewed our lease (July 2014) and it increased $30. Comparable properties in the area are still much higher than our monthly rent amount. This summer our utility bill was over $200 but the rest of the year its significantly lower between $100-130. Parking is still an issue 😓*****2017 Update*****We last renewed our lease in 2016. Each year it went up less than $100. Our last renewal we transferred to an updated apartment. All of the units will eventually be updated with subway tiles in the kitchen, white cabinets and grey hardwood style floors (just to name a few)The appliances are stainless steel facing so simply its black appliances with stainless steel on the front. The updates are completed to each apartment in 2 weeks so its not quality work. I was not impressed with the updates, however, thats understandable given these apartment are still priced pretty low compared to others in the area. Upon move in I noticed things like doors not closing completely and spotty paint. Our newest neighbors are extremely noisy. One neighbor allowed their dogs to bark on the balcony as early as 7:30 in the morning. Another neighbor is running a barbershop in his garage Thursday-Saturday sometimes until 2 in the morning. I like the apartment and I am moving due to my job has moved to another city in DFW and I cant stand the commute. In looking for other apartments this apartment is well priced at under $1300/month. The gym is AMAZING. I will definitely miss the workout room and the location.

Its a great place to live with helpful staff however parking is a nightmare. If you only have 2 driving tenants you will be ok because 2 spaces are built into your home but if you have 3 good luck because at night you will find yourself with nowhere to park even though you live here. This is because the rest is considered visitor parking however there are very very few visitor parking spaces considering the number of residents that live here and honestly I guarantee that most of the people parking in visitor spaces are tenants because theres just that few.Update: to the response- the parking permit was already explained when we moved in. It does nothing to address the issue that there is not enough parking for the RESIDENTS. You cant do anything about that except build more spaces, and theres not room for that if they wanted to- its a badly designed layout. Prettybut poorly designed

The staff at this community are very helpfuland quick to respond. I moved here a month ago out of state, ran into some issue getting here but they worked with me and helped me out as much as possible. Their were some minor defects with the unit but once notified it was corrected quickly, reason I still am rating this community a 5 star, along with all the amenities that come along with living here.
