    Living at this apartment complex has been an absolute delight! The office staff are not just nice, but genuinely helpful, making every interaction a pleasure. Maintenance is fast and make sure issues are resolved promptly.The addition of food trucks and events adds a nice touch to community life, making it feel like a true neighborhood. The 24-hour fitness center is a game-changer, especially for my late-night workouts. During the summer the pool has never been closed for maintenance, donā€™t know how they do it!Overall, I couldnt ask for a better place to call home!

    I recently visited a friend that lives at The Flats at Westover Hills Apartments and I was very impressed by the community. Itā€™s such a well-maintained place and the atmosphere is very friendly. Everyone I interacted with was so welcoming. They were having a nacho night for the residents and I was invited to join them. I could tell the staff works well together to ensure the residents are taken care of. If youā€™re looking for a place that feels like home I highly recommend checking it out!

    This rating is for their customer service. I didnt end up choosing the apartment due to my locational preferences, but I chose to take a look at this apartment initially b/c of their positive reviews on Google as well as Apartment Ratings.com. The women working in the office were really patient with the questions I had and pleasant with me, which I appreciated. They will follow up with you promptly as well.

    Iā€™ve been Living at the Flats at Westover since the beginning of 2022 and itā€™s been a great experience, leasing management team are welcoming and Kind & great people! Freshly from moving to Texas from NY so it felt good to be welcomed by a group of people away from home! And if thereā€™s an issue they attend to those issues efficiently and in a timely manner.

    I often do not write reviews; but today I have to make an exception. We all know looking for an apartment is not always all itā€™s cracked up to be. Many times the staff can come across indifferent or as you are a nuance. That was not the case at the Flats of Westover Hills. I felt very welcomed , and the staff seemed genuinely warm.     Went in to view a new place since my lease is almost up. Looking over and over gets exhausting. But i ended my day here at the Flats westover and got to meet and walk with Amy Garza, by far the best to work with!! Fun and energetic and down to earth. She made my decision easy.     Being new to San Antonio it was scary looking for a great place to stay. My family and I have been the Flats at Westover by Cortland for a year and had an amazing experience. They have awesome front office staff, Brandi and Nancy are amazing. They also kept a clean environment and maintenance was very responsive. I have no complaints and I would definitely recommend.

    I havent moved in just yet but the process alone is very smooth and they are very helpful. Christina was so helpful and i couldnā€™t imagine going through this process without her shes such a sweetheart and you can tell she truly loves what she does.     Hi, I needed a place to move in ASAP and a coworker suggested several apartments in Westover hills. The flats responded to my inquiry first and were awesome all throughout the process. I applied around 3am Saturday morning and they managed to get me moved in by Tuesday around 6pm. Christina went above and beyond waiting Tuesday night for me to show up. My appointment was at 4:30 but I couldnt make it till their closing time but she patiently waited and went through the moving process with me well after 6pm. Thank you Christina I really appreciate the patience and support you gave me. I got a great discount too when I moved in,wasnt expecting it so that was an added bonus. My apartment is all I wanted and more. Im only a week old at the apartment but I think the service is going to be consistent throughout my lease period and if I dont move to a different city I will probably renew my lease which is something I have never said or done before.

    Nice apartments and nice staff, but not very well treated prior to move-in. Fleas everywhere, the carpet wasnt vacuumed, and there was a roach painted over in the air vent. There is also next to no notice of entry, and such isnt included in the lease. DEFINITELY have cameras set up to be safe. IF you have no issue dealing with these, the apartments themselves are quite nice.

    Toured as a walk in, the community was nice. The Assistant Manager Jazz made our experience very comfortable, I loved the the fixtures and hardware. I am actually taking being a resident into consideration the only thing that is having me wait on it is a personal preference on attached bathrooms but overall staff and area was very friendly and well kept.     We toured a 2 bedroom with Terrell and really liked the apartment. Terrell was really friendly and told us a lot of great details about the amenities and the complex in general. He was even able to show us where our actual apartment would be located if we chose to move, which was really helpful! We ended up moving in, and everything has been really seamless. The maintenance team is amazing! We put in a request and got the issue resolved the same day, which was wonderful.

    This apartment complex is sooo pretty! I originally had a tour appointment for 12 pm but I was around the area for another apartment tour and Jazz took me in almost 2 hours earlier with no hesitation! I toured their Krista floorplan and it is so beautiful. I asked so many questions and Jazz was so helpful in answering all of them as best as she could. I personally donā€™t like carpet in an apartment (especially the living room) and I asked if there was any way it could be removed if I did live there and she said she wasnā€™t 100% sure but that she could ask her manager and that sheā€™d keep in touch to let me know. She did mention that if it were possible there may be a $25-$50 fee added to the monthly rent, that was a bit confusing to me since the carpet was not going to be used and just removed but it wasnā€™t a big deal, at least theyā€™d be able to possibly accommodate my wishes. Their prices are pretty fair considering how spacious and gorgeous their floor plans are. AND they have washers and dryers included too, itā€™s so convenient! I hope there are units available closer to my desired move-in date because I will definitely apply and sign a lease if I hopefully get accepted!

    Upon arrival of my scheduled tour Terrell was super friendly and welcoming. I was shown the lounge, gym, and pool; all super great amenities, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The apartment I was shown was perfect in size for one person (587 sqft). It has up to date appliances, good sized balcony, modern temperature control thermostat, and most importantly; in-unit washer and dryer justifying the affordable price of the unit. After touring 2 other Cortland properties in San Antonio, Terrell sold me on living here

The office management is so helpful, so understanding and is always willing to go the extra mile.     Iā€™ve been at the flats for 6 months now and itā€™s been amazing! The staff here are so nice and make sure youā€™re taken care of. Maintenance is also a huge plus. They are on top of everything and get it resolved quick! The amenities are always clean and well taken care of. They also make sure to have events every month so we can mingle with our neighbors which is awesome. I feel like I just donā€™t live in a random apartment complex but more of a small community where we all now each other. Strongly recommend!

    So sad to have to leave the flats. But i loved my apartment complex! When moving in, the apartment was CLEANED spotless. I usually like to clean before moving in all my things, and i really only had to disinfect & wipe down. The deep cleaning had already been done, and that was a big plus for me! They are a legit company, and they care about the way their units look from the outside and inside. Always quiet, never any issues! I would recommend this complex to anyone, so sad we had to move unfortunately. Even during the winter storm, It was completely out of their control (understood) even though that time of the year felt forever (even with repairs) they were on it & no issues further after that. Going to miss it there, truly felt like home!My one star would go away only because, our upstairs apartment neighbors had ours smelling like weed every night around 12am on the dotā€¦. Im not against marijuana but when itā€™s inside of my apartment with my babies, i did really hate it! Not sure if they were warned, because It kept happening after i did have to complain.. but thatā€™s about It . Everything else was truly great! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

    I just moved in a few months ago and have been very impressed with the staff and upkeep of the property. I love the community outreach that they do and how they try their best to get to know their residents. Their Thirsty Thursdays are the best and so much fun. I also love how they do a lot of gatherings to make sure they know their residents and get us all involved in knowing our neighbors as well. All the staff is very professional and approachable, especially Veronica, shes always happy to help with any issues or concerns I may have. The maintenance is also great and very quick with any repairs or issues. The amenities on this property are kept up very well also. Definitely a great place to live!!!!!!!!

    This has been one of the best apartments Ive lived in. The staff including the maintenance staff are all great. They are very attentive, friendly, and quick when something is needed. The staff even gets to know each family and the family members. The front office staff even takes the time to learn almost every child that is on property to make sure they are safe especially after school. The staff makes the property feel like one big family!     The staff are so amazing! One of the ladies in particular, Amber, is extremely helpful and attentive. She is so kind, willing to answer any questions we may have, and will always make time for your needs. I had something that needed to be repaired and not even two hours later, someone was at my apartment to fix the issue and even addressed a couple others. The apartments are beautiful, yes, but the people are what make it worth living here. 5/5 stars for sure!

    Affordable pricing, comparable sizes, excellent offices and maintenance staff.I have lived here for a bit over a year. It is close enough to the highway to get to work and has a near by shopping center for groceries and restaurants. The office staff does their best to answer questions, improve the property, secure packages, and take suggestions from the residents. The maintenance staff is very prompt and courteous. The pool area is nice to lounge around at and the gym has enough to get a quick workout. I am not a fan of the outdoor washer/dryer units nor the weekly landscaping crew blowing debris on my first-floor patio; that is just the price of good grounds keeping and a ground floor unit. Look, compare, and lease. They quickly made my short list of more than a dozen apartments when I did my initial searches.

    I love living at the Flats at Westover Hills Apartments Homes. I been living here for 3 years. When I first moved in, I did not have the best credit, but they worked with me and I was able to moved into a 1 bedroom. I am now in a 2 bedroom, beautiful and spacious. The staff is friendly, and always show professionalism. When my dad was sick, I had to travel for 2 years. The staff checked on my apartment and collected any boxes I may have had delivered while I was away. If you looking for a spacious apartment home, look no further.

    Ive been here for a little over a month and love it thus far! For starters, Amber really helped me out with the application and approval process. She has been nothing but kind to my toddler and I since touring back in June. Since moving in, I can say that everything has been super pleasant from my apartment, to the pool, fitness center, the community lawn maintenance, and the community events. The leasing agents and management really strive to make everyone happy and comfortable as possible. Considering rent IS a pretty (but reasonable) penny, I appreciate the events, perks, and excellent customer service received. I was really skeptical of living super close to Marbach, but so far I feel pretty safe at this community. Other tenants seem very friendly and family oriented as well. Trash Valet is a plus for me! Looking forward to the rest of my time here.

    I would highly recommend this property to anyone. My sister lives here and shes constantly telling me how much she loves the maintenance techs there. I was over one weekend when her AC went out and Ralph went over and was super sweet. He assured her her AC would be fixed in no time. My sister just had a baby and it was very hot, Ralph had her AC fixed in no time and even made polite conversation so it wasnt awkward. My sister was very pleased and I will be moving here when my lease is up.

    I love my apartment complex. They have great playground for my son to play at. The pool and gym are always clean. Treā€™sha and Amber are amazing leasing agents.     I have lived here for about 15 months and while I wish there were better construction materials used to make the place I have to say the folks who work here in the office and in maintenance dept. are awesome. The community is nice and quiet. Grounds are kept nicely, they have landscaping team out twice a week. There is valet trash service 5 days a week. A pool, fitness center, weekly events, a computer room and kitchen inside the club house. So its not the most high end luxury apartment complex, but its quiet, clean, and the people who work here are great.

    This review is based off of the entire experience at The Flats at Westover hills Apartments. Being that my lease is up and I am moving out on the 8/29/2016 this place is in a fantastic area with everything at your disposal from Restaurants to Gas Stations, HEB,Target, Emergency Rooms right across the highway and list goes on.The Day to Day living has been the best part. It seems that everyone around me is to themselves and extremely respectful to the fact there are only walls separating me from them. The Car Ports are great, they saved me from the amount of hail that came down this past year. And they are friendly to animals lovers which I am. And the residents that have pets are always taking care of there outside mess.Management has proven to be the biggest help in my situation since the day I moved in. I have had no problems with Management or other Residents and the one time I had an issue Management went beyond the set rules to make sure I continued to have and leave with the same great experience Ive had my entire time here.What else can I say, its been a phenomenal experience, I will certainly recommend and be back if im ever looking for an apartment.Ask For Jenifer and Stephanie they have been extremely helpful throughout my stay

    My and my family just moved in 2 weeks ago and I have nothing but great things. From the first moment we went to tour our assistant Chloe was polite and always had a smile and was quick to answer any and all questions we had even till now when we walk in to the office to ask a question every single assistant that is working alway gets up and greets us with a smile asking how they could help.     Best move that we have made in a year and a half. Every apartment that we lived on, has been horrible and a headache. The leasing office is always willing to help on anything and they always try to make their residents are ok. I have never had a leasing manager sit with my and ask about my day or even have a normal conversation. Work orders get done with in 24 hours and the maintenance employees are available at any time, even during air hours. The prices might be a bit higher but these apartments are worth more than my rent. I really recommend anyone to move here because I assure you that you wont want to move anywhere else.

At Sequoia Cable Ranch, we only offer 12-24 month lease terms; we do not offer short lease terms. However, we do have an option to Buy-Out your lease contract, which entails paying a buy-out fee of the equivalent of the market rent and any concessions (specials) given to you at the time of leasing; these monies must be paid within 14 days of providing your written 60-day notice to vacate the apartment home.2.     Apartment is beautiful! The fridge has an internal water dispenser which I havenā€™t seen at any other apartment in San Antonio. So I donā€™t have to buy water bottles anymore.     I worked with Jo and Oswaldo to find an apartment at their property. Bottom line: They were superb and helped me find exactly what I needed. I arrived late to the main office because I had been traveling all day. They were getting ready to close but they didnt hesitate to get me taken care of. The paperwork lasted no more than 20 minutes and I was in my apartment by the end of the hour, super fast and convenient. They went out of their way to take care of me. The apartments are renovated inside and I would definitely consider them luxurious with stainless steel appliance and granite counter tops. The property is also conveniently located to all the shopping centers and the air force base. I highly recommend these apartment to anyone thats in the market. Be sure to ask for Jo or Oswaldo, they are great people!

    Iā€™ve lived at the Flats at Westover Hills for a couple of years now and love it. Itā€™s very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The staff always takes good care of my home and keep the community looking nice.

    Everyone at the Flats at Westover Hills staff is amazing! Especially Amber Ybarra, she helps us with anything and everything. She is the main girl that I go to for all my questions & concerns which is hardly ever but still I know she is always there to answer them for us. :)

    From the moment I stepped on property it felt like home. With it being my first apartment I had alot of questions. Brandi and Nancy answered all of them and put my fears to rest. Iā€™m sure Iā€™ll be living here for a very long time. Thank you ladies for making the transition so easy for me.

    The Flats at Westover Hills is a very wonderful place to live. I have been living her for 6months, and I havent encountered any problem thus far. The staff are very friendly, and try there hardest to accommodate to everyone needs.

    Chloe Mae was very friendly and helpful during the move in process and get everything sorted out to make it feel like home. Maintenance is also very quick to get whatever needed fixed. Same day for everything I have submitted.

    Very nice apartments. Close to I-410 and major stores, such as HEB, Target, Loweā€™s, etc. Nice pool area. Staff is very nice and responsive whenever maintenance issues or other needs arise.
