    So far so good! The maintenance team is fantastic—always quick to respond and very efficient with repairs, which makes a big difference. The property manager is friendly, professional, and truly cares about the residents. They’re approachable and make sure everything runs smoothly.The pool is another highlight—well-maintained, clean, and a great spot to relax. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live with a team that makes you feel valued. Highly recommend!

    Love living here. The layout is perfect for my family and we are blessed to have good neighbors. Orders are done the next day with an amazing maintenance team.     Wow! I am in the process of moving to TX and along with job interviews used recent trip to view housing options. The Delano at North Richland Hills surpassed all of my expectations! Starting with the office staff I could not have found a more welcoming group of people. The smiles were infectious!As we toured the property, we were also surprised by the way residents and staff greeted each other with such friendliness; a sense of community that isn’t always found complexes like this.Then there were the actual apartments. I can honestly say I was was surprised by the personality in the finishes used, the flooring, paint. I could easily see myself here and caught myself making a mental list of what would go where when I moved in.I initially chose to look at this property due to location, but what sold me on it was the feeling of welcome and pride in the property that the staff I met and residents I saw so naturally exhibited. I have no doubt that living here will truly give us that sense that we are home.

    I moved to The Delano close to a month ago and I am so glad I chose this property. It’s clean and well taken care of the staff is amazing. Every time I go to the office I’m greeted with a smile by Eden and Pamand the maintenance team ( my apologies I forgot your name) . Over all I’m very pleased. Office is really good and following up with an questions sent via resident portal. And the maintenance is by far superior. I put a work order and got a response and follow up emails until it was completed as they had to order the part. Would highly recommend this property to any one looking for their next home.

    Met with Pam who is the Community Manager and all I can say is thank you! Your customer service is top notch!! A lot of properties could take a page from your book. You were so personable and the unit you showed us blew me away, truly. You truly wanted to make sure all of our needs AND wants were met. Thank you so much for taking the time to met with us and show us around.

    Visited here while looking for an apartment in the area. Shalee was such a fabulous tour person! She took us to every single amenity and made sure to ask all of the right questions! The property was clean and was so quiet. Definitely living here when my lease is up in June!!

    When we visited Delano at North Richland Hills apartments I was drawn in by the peaceful surroundings. Being connected to a neighborhood made it feel even more like home. The separate garage space is nice and to have the garage open directly into the apartment was nice. The office staff were very professional and answered all of our questions. Not just questions about the apartment but the surrounding area for schools and shopping.

    I toured last week and Shayley was such a sweetheart! The grounds are nice and the apartment was very spacious! Definitely a step up from my current place! I will have to come back closer to the end of my lease!

    Best apartments I ever lived! Office staff ALWAYS kind. Maintenance staff always shows up same day or next day. Apartments are very nice and well maintained. Grounds very well kept. Neighbors super friendly. Pool very well kept. Gym has lots of equipment and free weights. Fun Community get togethers. I left my apartment in great condition and received my entire deposit back quickly. I can’t say enough about this place and I lived here 2 years. Definitely a great place to call home!

    I really enjoyed living here for the time that I did. After leaving a different complex by different owners in Arlington, the Delano welcomed me with open arms. Ms. Pat in the office is great. She goes above and beyond to get to know the residents. The community is quiet and I always felt safe here. One of the big selling points in selecting this property was the option for an attached garage. Despite being an older building, living at the Delano has exceeded my standards when it came to apartment living.

    I loved at the location for 3 years. Great experience! The employees, especially Pat, were always attentive and willing to assist and always with a smile. Theres just a certain good feeling you get when you come,in just to say hi and they know you by name and ask how your day has been. The apartments are great! Nice open areas. Great for family and even get together. There was always a sense of calm throughout the community and the neighbors themselves were always nice. Thank you so much for a great 3 years of living at your complex!

    Yes, I was really impressed with the attention that Chris had given me and my apartment. He explained what he was doing and kept me informed of his plans and progress on getting the job done. Sure really glad that I made the move to The Delano Apt.

    There were issues with the apartment of which some have been handled and others are in-work. My main concern is the fact that the FOBs we were given only opened the garage and none of them worked on the gates. Currently weve been given 1 functional FOB and were making due. I just dont think we should be making due when were paying a healthy premium for the location. The staff have been friendly and responsive and that is a plus. Overall Im pleased and happy to be here. I also wish the pool was functioning as its been down all but 2 days since moving. I also think there should be a little more organization of the trash and pickups. It seems no one knows what to do with trash and its left all over. Perhaps a more outlined approach being communicated to the residents so that all can be on the same level of process? Lastly, the landscapers seem to work all hours, Im not sure if theyre undermanned or if they have a schedule that theyre supposed to be on, but they are often working past 8pm. Course it is Texas and its been very hot, it just makes for a noisy evening.

    Maintenance is quick to act; is always professional and clean. If the issue cannot be resolved same day they explain why and give an estimated time when they will return. This does not usually happen unless a part needs to be ordered.

    Wow! This place looked so Presidential to me. I love when I visit a community and the community looks exactly how it looked online. Prepare to NOT be bamboozled! And the Leasing Agent Sha-Lee, Shaylee (Forgive me, I’m horrible with names) she was Top Tier.

    The Delano has been so gracious and kind to my husband and I. We come from a property that told us they couldn’t do anything to help us when the freeze hit and ruined our apartment. We were so stressed out, just trying to find a place to live. The staff at the Delano were AMAZING. They were open to questions, allowed us to look at the apartment multiple times (that we now live in), and were so helpful with paperwork. We come from a property that wouldn’t answer the phone, never returned calls, and were very far removed from the tenants. The staff at the Delano is always available, quick to respond to issues (which are few and far between), and were really a God send for my husband and I. Thankful for this property!

    I loved living here, but decided to move as the rent increase was well over $100 more. Nice property, always felt safe. It was quiet overall, but the neighbors that moved in halfway through our lease seemed to run a shop out of their garage. Drilling hammering and other loud power tools after midnight. The units are very nice and master bedroom is huge. The shower is giant also!

    This property is so beautiful and very well maintained. I spoke with Sean about leasing here in the future when my lease is up. He was so kind and informative. He seemed like her truly cared about my needs. He went above and beyond. For that I know this property is very well taken care. The staff truly cares. Thank you Sean for your wonderful hospitality.

    The management team has taken great care of me. There was an accident that occurred to my apartment and Alejandra did everything in her power to make sure I was well taken care of and compromised for. I couldnt have asked for the situation to be handled any better. I feel safe and comfortable in a place that I know management has my back.

    First and foremost, Miss Pat and Amanda are AMAZING. Hands down the best service we’ve received in a complex.The property itself is very appealing to the eye and the community is quite family friendly. Our maintenance team has been AMAZING, even showing up at 1 AM to fix a broken air conditioner.The 2 car garages are a huge perk and the square footage is the best! (My master bedroom is HUGE)Since we moved in during the pandemic, we haven’t been able to access the gym as much as we like. The hours of availability are the same as the office hours (and those are our work hours).Another conflict is the internet. You can ONLY get ATT and it’s not the best speed at all. With both of us working from home... one can only imagine that slight struggle during stormy days. LolOverall we’ve had a nice experience here. We really like our community!

    My fiancé had a great tour with Pat, while I was on FaceTime with him since I am states away. As someone who has worked in the multi-family industry for years - it is easy to tell when someone truly loves their job! She was sweet, knowledgeable, and we are excited to follow up with another tour closer to our desired move-in date. We have looked at other apartments in the area and did not have such great first impressions as we did here!

    You should check out this community. The staff treats us like family (if you don’t have a great family, well they’re great). Everyone’s neighbor is neighborly; there’s a real sense of community. Plus it’s close to most all the retail that you may need. My wife and I are very glad that we chose the Delano at NRH.

    I lived at The Delano for 2.5 years. Absolutely the best complex in DFW. Amanda, Pat and the entire staff were superb and I never had a maintenance issue that wasnt resolved quickly. After moving out of state, should I return, The Delano would be my first stop.
