    Perla was amazing very informative, attentive, and a great communicator. She made my move in process smooth and stress-free. The entire leasing office team, including Emerald, Kim, and Sonia, is always helpful and quick to follow up on any concerns.The maintenance team is also top-notch Jose and Alex have been great at addressing any issues promptly and efficiently. They’re both very knowledgeable and always willing to help.The complex itself is well-maintained, always clean, and provides great peace of mind with its safety measures. I truly appreciate everyone here for keeping things running so smoothly. Highly recommend

    I had the pleasure of working with Alex recently, and I cannot recommend him enough! My dishwasher had been acting up for a while, and I was losing hope it would be fixed anytime soon. However, Alex arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and got straight to work. Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue, but he also took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He was thorough, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about dishwashers. After just a short while, my dishwasher was working perfectly again! If you need any appliance repairs, Alex is the person to call – reliable, friendly, and an expert at what he does.

    The maintenance crew and office management are top notch. I had a microwave go bad and the office was quick to respond and had the maintenance tech at my apartment the same day. A new unit was ordered and installed when they said it would be. Big thanks to Alex and his supervisor who did the install, very polite, friendly and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves leaving the work site as it was before they arrived to do the repair. Thanks!!

    I transitioned to an apartment from a house to be closer to work and have less to maintain. The leasing agent, Perla, is an absolute doll. She is kind and friendly and guided me through the process to get moved in with ease. I love the Unit I have. It is spacious and has all that I need. The property is nicely maintained. And the location is fantastic!

    I have been looking for an apartment in the Garland area and had a straightforward helpful tour with Emerald today. She explained how much my rent could be, which units are available and why, amenities, etc. and answered all of my questions. She even showed me around downtown and told me about restaurants and coffee shops and the like. I hope to move here soon even though it would mean a longer commute because this seems like a wonderful place to live (compared to North Dallas).

    Alfredo came through for me and my situation to allow working from home to not be interrupted. The breaker for the outlet in bathroom also cut off my laptop we found out, πŸ˜‚, therefore he had to come back next day on my lunch break in order for us both to maintain our work schedules!! It meant alot he kept his word and came back at exact time lunch break or it would have been impossible to do it and work from home too!Thank you AlfredoMs Pam

    Maintenance team has always been fantastic in my experience, I appreciate them so much! Love the neighborhood, the neighbors. Very friendly and overall has been a wonderful location. We dont live there, but we operate our photography studio out one of the Live/Work spaces and never want to leave this spot. Thanks to the whole team for everything you do!

    I have been living in the apartments for about 6 months. I am very happy and pleased! It has been a very quiet a clean place. The staff at the office are very nice and kind. They always make me feel welcomed and they always happy to help me as well as the maintenance staff. They do a great job when I needed their services. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO! I will greatly recommended this place! :)

    I can just say Thank you Ms Joslyn Smith!! she has been very helpful assisting me with finding a new place to call home. She accommodated me in every way she could. Her professionalism is top tier I wish every property manager could be more like Ms Smith. I love the property keep up the great work!!!

    ***Update: I renewed my lease here and I love my new unit! They made it very easy for me to move units. Brian in the leasing office takes care of me as well as Chelsea. They are great and always keep me updated on anything I need to know. I love these apartments! The interior is beautiful, all of the amenities here at both buildings, the area it self is AMAZING! I definitely plan on staying here for a while. My neighbors are great. Utilities are through the city and Ive never had to pay a lot of money for electric, water, or sewer (even in the summer). I definitely recommend this property! :)Just moved in and I like the apartment so far . Daisy in the front office was great to work with! She is very attentive and helpful. The pool is beautiful, great fitness center. I do have an issue with my specific apartment, in which I will be talking with management today in an effort to get it resolved, and then I will come back and change my review.

    Nice quiet place. Friendly neighbors. When I have needed a maintenance issue they are quick to respond. Found them with UMOVEFree with Denise. However, they did not pay UMOVE for the referral so I never got my rebate.

    Staff is always friendly and helpful answering questions concerning the property. They are quick and efficient in keeping the apartments inside and out a clean and comfortable place to live. Very convenient location. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

    Since the whole 3 hrs parking signs cause everyone to basically . With the little notice everyone was giving . Manager Smith was about to run and take time to speak to residents and what she would do to fix the situation. As ex retired military I was impressed.

    Best apt Ive ever lived in, hands down. This is the best deal youll find in the Dallas area (trust me Ive looked, multiple times). The apts are new and clean and arent over-priced. Very energy efficient (the lowest utility bills ever!) Great amenities. Safe. Cool little downtown spot by some restaurants & shops. Also the staff is awesome, theyve always been helpful and courteous to me, and from what Ive seen they treat everyone in the same manner. I was there for 2 years and wouldve stayed longer, but my wife and I needed to be closer to work & school. I cant say enough good things about this place, I loved living there!

    Lived here for a little over a year and a half and have got nothing but good things to say about the place. I had a studio on the third floor, which was basically a small one bedroom apartment; & loved it. Parking garage was very convenient, safe neighborhood, maintenance was awesome & downtown garland square was a minute was away. Donnell in the front office was great in helping me out with everything; from first getting the apartment, to the time I had to move out.If I ever have to look for another apartment in Garland, I will definitely look to go back to City Station.

    Despite having to deal with our downstairs neighbor I enjoyed my stay at these apartments. My now husband and I loved it and if ever needed to move from our house we would def go back. Chelsey was so helpful many times! Brian whom is no longer there was so helpful too!

    Lived here for about 3 years ending in oct 2015, this place was amazing perfect etc, as for price, i lived here with my mom as a teenagerSUPER spacious. lots of room and closetsclean clean clean!never saw a bug ever, felt like i lived in a hotel from day 1!!had a couple issues with management about our lease, we moved between units a couple times, nothing bigmaintenance is super friendly and very quick and efficientquiet neighborhood, good locationsome neighbors wouldnt dispose of trash properly and just leave them in the trash rooms or let the chutes fill up and be lazy and not take them downstairs but what can you donice parking garage and minimal problems with key fobs and gates, mostly just distance and fob range probably, if they were disconnected you could give a call to management and they would set it upclean nice beautiful pool and garden courtyard areayour complaints are probably minimal because this place is awesome!if you can afford definitely get! you can pay this or $500 for no parking bad neighborhood dirty neighbors and roaches!!!

    Overall a good place to live. Sometimes the smell of marijuana gets a little intense out on the street, and parking is a little bit of a problem when there are celebrations downtown, but nothing that is that big a deal.
