I enjoy living in one of the cottages as do my neighbors. I like the privacy it affords me and I greatly appreciate the rent subsidy which makes it possible to live here.The overall landscaping has declined significantly while I have lived here. While that does not impact my personal quality of life, it isn’t good for marketing purposes and it doesn’t bode well for the future.

I enjoy living here, I started out living in the cottages back in 11/2016. My husband & I lived here a year before he decided he wanted to move to Duncan, Oklahoma. We lived there 3 months before he passed away. I moved back in 6/2018. It took me a little over 2 years to get back over here. I have been living here since 8/2020. I love the community, the different people & the staff here at Mariposa. I would recommend if you are looking for an apartment to look here, I think that you would enjoy living here.

Well maintained community I have only been here since November so haven’t attended any of the events but hoping with warmer weather and I have settled in can. And the people I have met are very friendly.Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I am very happy living here. Would like security cameras in the parking area as several cars have been broken into. Seems to be petty theft so far but we have no way to find out who is doing it.

Delores very friendly. Never met her in person but spoke to her on the phone right at her closing time but she stayed on the phone with me explaining rent information I needed for helping my mom find a new home. I wish my mom could move in there today but unfortunately they had none available. Not a lot of people would be that kind. Thank you.

I have lived here from the time they opened. I love my apartment, the manager is always very helpful if a problem comes! The office staff& maintenance crew are very polite & gets things done in a small amount of time! Follow the rules & you will love this place as much as I do! Thank you for everything you guys do to make this home!!

Suited our purpose well. It was the best accommodation in the area. We had plenty of space and it was clean. All that we needed was supplied for our family. It is not a four star hotel in a big city but gets the four star rating here for stay there and we will be going again. If you are visiting someone or checking out colleges in the area, you will be comfortable here.

My husband and I have now lived here 13 months and we love it! I feel very safe and secure here. We can be as sociable as we want or hibernate. Everyone is great about inviting us to all the different activities. My husband along with others planted all sorts of vegetables and we had a pretty good bounty with expectations for an even better one next year.I cant say enough about the staff here. I love each one of them! Samantha, the manager, Cassandra, Asst. Mgr., Tyler and Kevin in Maintenance, and Tabitha, the Apt. Housekeeping are the best both professionally and friendly. I love it here and plan to be here for a very long time. I highly recommend Mariposa and invite anyone to come and check it out and see for yourself!

Beautiful, residents were very welcoming. Only problem I had was NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY!!! You have to smoke outside the front entrance on the street. This does not stop a person from smoking at all. It looks bad for residents standing in front of the property smoking. Perhaps they should have a building for residents who smoke.

When looking for senior living but nothing available and no units to view all full. But ENTERING the lobby I was sold, it is BEAUTIFUL SMILE nice and clean. I met Brooke nice and pleasant and a Great smile, I felt I had a A HOME. 🤗🙏🏻

I wanted to commend the maintenance crew on responding to my work order in less than 24 hours. I submitted the request that night and the next morning they were knocking at the door. They were efficient and courteous. 👍🏽

Very pretty, outside areas are taken good care of, pool was condemned from spring into early fall by Tarrant County Heath Dept. Dont know about now..People in the office dont know anyones names in my view! Ive only seen 2 sales ladies never even seen anyone else inside or outside. Dog park is cared for..BUT all the things that should have been there for safety sake..such as spade for digging prickly pears and killing snakes..along with a grabber tool for getting hold of snakes.And a very nice aluminum tub for use with 1st aid kit for use around park as needed--these things have now disappeared!I have put 4 or more small cushions for the metal benches! What a crying shame someone has to take what was is his for all at park!! If you took them PLEASE PUT THEM BACK!!
