I had the pleasure of touring Arden at Midtown, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. Sydney was my guide, and she went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed. I recently moved into my new apartment and had an amazing experience thanks to Sydney at the front desk. She was incredibly nice, kind, and answered all the questions I had about the apartment complex. I went with my girlfriend to check these new apartments out. First and foremost let’s talk about the assistant manager Laura. Her customer service was impressive. From beginning til end, she made sure we felt right at home and answered every question without judgement. She juggled a lot on a “Sunday” with a smile. Now to the apartment. This is what I’d call a dream apartment. Everything is so beautiful clean and convenient. You can tell they hold their tenants accountable and to a certain standard. Unlike where I live! Of course this will have some tenants upset, but they have to realize they pay a major role in keeping the apartments up. The amenities are breathtaking, it felt like we were on a resort.There’s plenty of parking and the location is in the heart of the new upcoming Grand Prairie. Needless to say my girlfriend canceled the other appointments for other apartment tours. Arden will be her new home!

Stopped by for a tour at Arden at Midtow and was greeted by Sydney, who did such an amazing job touring me around the property. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me during the process and very informative with general questions!The property itself was very chic and stunning with a warm welcoming vibe! Sydney did a great job showing me the community and provider excellent service during my tour there. Would recommend her again for anyone touring the property!

Once I initially arrived at Arden at Midtown my 1st interaction was with MS. Sydney Edwards. What a bright smile. She made me feel as if I was already home. 100% professional, and on top of her game on behalf of Arden. Ms. Edwards informed me that it was a great place and the Apt she selected for me would be great as well. So far a few months in she did not miss a beat. I love being a resident there. I haven’t had any issues that haven’t been handled right away. Appreciate it, SIDNEY. And thanks ARDEN for making me feel good about my residence.

We love having the convenience of valet trash—it’s been so helpful for those stressful days and you just don’t feel like walking your trash down stairs and to the dumpster in this Texas heat! Thank you BTS for servicing our community!Brand new apartments with a modern, clean feel! Love the location and the added amenities like the dog park and golf simulator. Staff has always been so supportive and really do bust their butts to maintain the property’s integrity

Was absolutely overwhelmed by the warm greeting I got from the assistant manager when I came to tour the property. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about and showed a lot of passion for what she does. She got me set up with brochures and gave me a soft over view of the property and their criteria while I waited for my appointment time. Avri was the leasing agent who showed me and was very in depth on the property information and was so sweet as well. Loved the energy of those girls and definitely will be recommending them to anyone else looking for an apartment out in Grand Prairie.

I wanted to share my recent experience at Arden At Midtown. This property is absolutely beautiful and offers amazing amenities. The ongoing construction may be a bit of a drawback for those without patience, but the final result will undoubtedly be worth it.While I was completing my paperwork to move in, I witnessed a situation where two applicants were denied because they had falsified information on their applications. However, they were unhappy and demanded the corporate number, taking out their frustration on the these girls when the criteria is very clear and I’m sure these applicants don’t read before applyingThroughout the 45 minutes I spent there, I was impressed by how the staff managed the flow of people coming in, many of whom were eager to move into a luxury apartment but didnt meet the necessary criteria. So I do advice make sure you qualify because these girls will catch it!The team at Arden At Midtown is doing an outstanding job, and their hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed.

I definitely understand why appointments are necessary on Saturdays. The office was a chaotic hub of activity, with people everywhere and even some moving in. Despite the craziness, it was impressive to see that only two agents were managing the crowd. Syd and Laura make a fantastic team—they handled everything and everyone so efficiently. You guys are so much fun!

I have nothing but great things to say about this property! I don’t know why they have bad reviews. Their experience might’ve not been the best. The process is different for everyone! I encourage you to apply if you happen to be in the market for an apartment. To Avri, Syndney Laura and Gabby great job on keeping this property it big and yes they are still under construction. So yes the alarms might go off they are testing electrical/elevators. Nothing crazy it’s only been once since I’ve been here. If you’re wanting a completely quiet and isolated place to live… then maybe apartment living isn’t for you… you should consider a house. Don’t get discouraged with the bad comments it’s a great place to call home!
