I lived here for two years and I cant say anything but good things about this complex. The office staff is so sweet and helpful. The maintenance crew is always courteous and they get things done in a timely manner. Everything is well kept and well taken care of. Pricing is fair for location and amenities. They even will have events for the residents. I would highly recommend!

I’ve lived here for almost three years. The apartment is nice and comfortable, but the property management is out of this world. Any concern we have is taken seriously, all of our questions are answered quickly, and maintenance is stellar. In a world where landlords ghost their tenants, Wildwood stands out. Also, very animal friendly!

Ive been living at Wildwood for the past two months, and I must say that so far, its been a very enjoyable experience. I have had more significant interactions with the management and maintenance staff at this apartment than I did at my last one; where I resided for over two years. Ashley, the assistant community manager, does an amazing job and has been incredibly kind and understanding throughout the process of showing the apartments, submitting an application, signing a lease, and moving in. Now living here for a little bit now, I Can confidently say that all the staff is incredibly helpful and the maintenance team is effective and timely. Considering how long this complex has been operating, the units are kept in excellent condition. Compared to other flats in the area, the cost is also extremely reasonable given the current state of the economy. Overall, Ive had an amazing experience and I am proud of where I live!

Ive been here for a few months now and its been amazing! The maintenance team is super nice and quick, and the units are always clean and look good for their age. The pools are also really nice and well-maintained. Plus, theres plenty of storage and cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen. the covered parking is also such a great perk! Only complaint would be the bumpy parking lot but I’ve gotten used to it haha. Love it here and won’t be moving out anytime soon!🌟🏊‍♂️🚗

Me and my wife have lived at Wildwood apartments for around 18 months and we are very pleased with our landlords, maintenance, and price. All of our maintenance requests have been taken care of in a timely manner. The staff here at Wildwood has also been here for quite some time and are very kind and professional. The location of Wildwood is also great as West Adams Avenue has lots of fast food, an emergency clinic, Walmart, and plenty of options for coffee.

Me and my husband have lived at Wildwood apartments for around 3 months and we are very happy with Wildwood as a whole. All of our maintenance requests have been taken care of. The staff here at Wildwood are very kind and seem to really care about the tenants. Wildwood is in the perfect spot- there are so many things going up on West Adams. You are less than 10 minutes from most things you could need! We love it here!

Wildwood Apartments has been my familys home for going on 10 years, and I hope to continue calling it home for at least a few more. I cannot say enough good things about the staff- they always have a friendly, helpful attitude!! Maintenance is great too, every work order weve ever placed has been fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Wildwood goes out of their way to create a sense of community with various events and activities for both kids and adults.

I lived here back in 2019 and it was truly a blessing. The apartments are well-maintained and affordable. I loved my experience there. If I hadnt moved out of Temple, Id probably still live at Wildwood and if I ever move back theyd be the first on my list. Staff and neighbors were friendly and its located closer to the newer side of town which is nice! I highly recommend and Im grateful I had the chance to live there!

I almost never want to move anywhere else. I moved to Wildwood after living in “luxury” apartments for a year and have had a much better experience. The management at Wildwood is so kind. They are truly there to help you with anything they can. I love how straight forward and knowledgeable the apartment managers are! I never feel confused and am always happy to communicate with them. My apartment itself has just the right amount of space I need. Everything works great, and if maintenance is ever needed, they show up fast! I will always recommend Wildwood!

They have prompt communication and like to engage with their residents. Some days in the Summer they bring in a snow cone truck for the residents!

We have been at Wildwood for nearly two years and have been so happy here! The apartments are older but have been maintained very well! Maintenance reply’s very quickly to request and are very kind. The management of Wildwood is excellent! Laura, Ashley, and Edward have always helped us with anything we’ve needed and are very kind. I’ve also loved living here because the rent isn’t outrageous. This is one of the only good quality affordable complex’s in Temple/Belton.

Very friendly quiet and spacious apartments with water included can’t beat that anywhere now and days! 2 pools 7ft deep a 24 hour gym and laundry 1.75 to wash and dry clothes. Different unit styles balconies, walk in closets and more ! Please visit WildWood if your ever in Temple area.

Lived here for the last decade. Every problem I ever have is solved quickly by submitting a workorder. The staff at the leasing office has always been super helpful and friendly. They host community events, take care of their pools, dont have a pest problem, and are affordable. Has the rent gone up over the years? Yes, rent always goes up no matter what apt. you choose. You do need renters insurance. The insurance itself shouldnt cost much and has the added benefit of protecting your stuff in the event that you actually need it. Im happy to call this place home.

My boyfriend and i lived here for almost 3 years. With personal things coming up we’re having to move. But wildwood is the best apartments to move in to. If your thinking about moving in definitely do it. Especially if it’s your first apartment or your just looking for something a little less expensive. The move in process was super easy. The management was always on top of things and very nice. Maintenance request would be done within a day in our experience. We’re gonna miss living here. It’s very quiet place to live. They also have cute events every month like game night, waffle mornings, pool party and etc. It’s hard to find an apartment availability here for a reason. They’re the best!

This is the best apartment complex Ive lived in. There is a sense of community, work orders are addressed and finished quickly. The management and crew are very friendly and helpful. My apartment was very nice and well maintained despite the age. The pricing was great for the size compared to other places in the area. The grounds itself is nice. Its almost like living in a park on sunny days. Theyve put a lot of work into it since I moved in at the start of last year. Only downside I can think of is some potholes. I would live here again in the future if I worked in temple.

Couldn’t be happier here. Management is amazing (cake topper they love my kids and our frenchie) whenever I need Maintenance it’s fixed in such a timely manner, they let you know when anything is being done with plenty time to prepare for our dogs etc. definitely glad we moved in !

I absolutely love living in these apartments! Maintenance is very friendly and extremely skilled. The office staff is great and very friendly as well! I’ve never had a problem with them! I have lived there for the past 10 months and plan to continue to live there until my lease ends 12 months from now. I think finding an apartment in temple is hard enough and having to deal with people who don’t care about tenants is quite a challenge. When I found Wildwood I was both thankful and excited! It’s a very clean and quiet complex with plenty of activities and a caring staff. I am so happy to have such a fantastic place to live!

Honestly, I have had some issues with my apartment and staff is always caring and maintenance fixes them almost immediately. The events they put on are very fun and community oriented. The facilities are always clean and well maintained. I love that they don’t have breed restrictions and my dog can live here because she loves it! Very happy customer.

This is my first apartment and I’ve been here a few years and still am happy. When you live in a lower income place you should always expect some problems, but there’s nothing that’s not immediately taken care of. Renovations were done to the back creek and it’s coming around to looking way better and safer! My kitchen appliances were recently updated and I feel like I’m in a new apartment. Office staff is friendly and the maintenance crew is always so kind and helpful and they communicate exactly what they’re going to be doing. The pools are fun and clean, of course they could be a little cleaner, but that’s not the fault of maintenance or management that’s from careless residents. Just pick up your trash and follow the pool rules so we can all enjoy it!

I have been living @ Wildwood almost a year now, but I feel like its been much longer. It feels like home. The staff is so friendly and accomodating for even the seemingly smallest request. The rents are very reasonable, and the included amenities are better than most places in the same price range. PLUS every month they have a contest or giveaway to keep things lively(and who wouldnt like money off their rent or a free TV or free groceries?). They also have events for the tenants providing food, fun, entertainment, etc regularly to make our Apartments a Community of friends rather than buildings full of strangers.I have never lived in a place so warm & welcoming in my life. It is truly a wonderful place to live.

The staff office and maintenance are the tops. The maintenance staff consist of a number of team members which allows to have maintenance issues taken care of in a timely manner. They all make you feel at home, very friendly and polite. The complex is well taken care of and kept clean. In the three plus years Ive lived here I have felt at home. Great place to live, reasonably priced. If youre looking for a home this is the place.

Great place to live! Staff are really helpful and friendly. When you call maintenance they get to your problem as soon as possible sometimes right then. The neighbors are really friendly. The only problem I ever had with this place was my shower it was really finicky and when it rained it was hard to keep dry from the sidewalk holding water. Other than that I really loved it.

Ive lived here for about 5 years and absolutely love it! They have a 24 hour fitness center, two pools, covered parking, and water/parking/garbage is all included. Staff is very involved with their community and its nice to walk into the office and have them remember your name! Ill never pick another apartment in temple to stay in, my heart belongs to Wildwood!

Staff and maintenance are awesome. Have always taken care of any concerns. Maintenance was usually completed the same day. Outside looks old, inside is outdated, but spacious for the price. Never had any safety or noise issues and would definitely recommend to others. Staff and maintenance definitely stand out from other apartments in town.

July 7, 2017We moved to Wildwood 2 months ago. A few days ago we had air conditioning problems. The staff began immediately to fix the problem after letting them know. They have extremely caring staff, from the office to the maintenance crew.We feel so blessed to be here.Honesty and being true to your word is a hard thing to come by in this present world. We left Brentwood - Midtown because they were not true to their word.Come to Wildwood if you are looking for a trustworthy place to live.Nadine

I lived in these apartments about 3 years ago (2013ish)... I was desperate to get into a place at the time, and my friend had me check this place out. I couldnt be happier. I am a single female and I even miss living here. I lived here during a shooting a couple of doors down even! I would go back in a heartbeat if I still lived in Texas. The manager at the time I believe was Edward, but no matter who I dealt with, they were always very pleasant. Cheap rent, big apartments, pet friendly...multiple pools....what more could you want! My neighbors for the most part were decent...lower floor was much more normal. Neighbors on second floor with me were big drinkers so they were always loud...nice but LOUD! I do always look back on their web page just reminiscing...rent up in Washington is much higher for much lower quality & space. Take advantage of this place if you can.

Great apartment, pools, laundry on-site, weight room and wonderful staff is what helped Wildwood be my perfect choice. I just signed another year lease and I couldnt be happier.

I lived here for 4yrs and there isnt a single and thing I can say about this apartment. When I moved in in 2009, I thought I would only live here for 6 mo. I ended up extending the contract for 4 yrs. Maintainance is very prompt and fixed all the issues within 48hrs. If you have any issue and talk to the staff or the manager, they work on it immediately. When I moved out, my cat had damaged the carpet. Despite that, they gave me my entire deposit back (they didnt keep even a penny) under the pretext they had to change the carpet anyway. This is a very nice place to live.
