    BEST decision ever and I have Oliver to thank for it! Hanover Parkview is quiet, clean and exactly what I was looking for. Oliver was one of the best leasing agents Ive ever dealt with, and the other leasing agents at HP were wonderful too. My family and I had many questions throughout my move in, and everyone took care of our needs quickly. Thank you, Oliver, for making my move an easy one.     Its always difficult to move into a new community especially if its in a new country. However, we really enjoyed our first step of moving in as Oliver, one of the staff members, offered us the best support every time we needed help.All the other staff members are also very friendly and helpful that makes us feel comfortable and relaxed to stay here in Hanover Parkview. The lobby and other facilities are always clean and well-maintained. Very happy to start our new life here!

    Two weeks after moving into the building, my husband, and two dogs are all settled in and loving the Hanover. The staff is amazing. They were able to get us approved and moved in after selling our home. The process was as smooth as possible. Special thank you to Linda, Mitchell, Oliver, Marissa and Tiffany.The building is clean, very well maintained, and in a great location. The community has a huge dog following, which is amazing and Bayou Bend across the street is just an added bonus. We love it, are very happy here and highly recommend the Hanover.

The complex itself offers top-notch amenities and a vibrant community atmosphere, but the real stars are the leasing team who go above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home.Mitchel is a great guy who goes out of his way with his generosity.A special shoutout goes to Laura, who was my main point of contact during the leasing process. From the initial tour Laura was incredibly helpful and attentive. She took the time to understand what I was looking for in an apartment and made sure to address all my needs and preferences.     The staff here are great! Mitchell and Oliver in the leasing office handle everything with great care. They are the best when it comes to directing my guests for get togethers to my unit, ensuring my packages are delivered safely, and handling any maintenance requests. The best part is that they manage the complex perfectly whenever Houston has floods or freezes. If you are looking for a living space, Hanover Parkview is the perfect choice.

We have since signed our lease and are thrilled to be moving in to the building.     SUCH a great experience the entire time we lived here. Everyone was so kind and helpful, the building and area are beautiful and super convenient. Security systems are great so we felt super safe. We are really picky with apartments and had a ton of issues with our complex before this one so we really enjoyed Hanover! If we weren’t leaving Houston we would’ve stayed here for several years!! We loved it

    This is the only apartment complex I’ve ever resigned a lease at, and that alone says a lot! The location is amazing, and I love how Autry Park brings the community together with events for residents and local businesses. The amenities here are incredible, but what really makes this place feel like home is the Hanover Team—they’re always friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make living here great.Huge shoutout to Oliver—he’s always a friendly face and has been such a big help. Definitely love calling this place home!

    Update: I am so happy to call this place home. The customer service Tiffany and the staff here is exceptional. Retail restaurants are open! They hosted a HH for the residents at both restaurants and the food and drinks were complimentary & DELICIOUS. I can’t wait to see everything else opening. Location is perfect, I love my apartment, and I love the park.I toured 4 other properties nearby and this was my favorite so far! Tiffany was AWESOME!!! Hands down the best building with highest customer service.

    UPDATE: Just wanted to give an update now that we are about to renew our lease! The neighborhood is growing a ton, which we LOVE. There are so many fun restaurants now! We are really excited about Doko (sushi) in particular. The leasing office staff has always been amazing, and I have to give special shout outs to Laura and Mitchell for being the kindest, most helpful folks ever, for fielding my random questions, and for always giving little Addie (our pup) treats! Edgar from the maintenance team also deserves a shout out. The couple of minor issues we’ve had, he has shown up right away and fixed things promptly. And he’s super sweet! We very much recommend Hanover!I did see one resident mention a recent break in in the parking garage. I do not want to be dismissive at ALL, but I did want to provide a counterpoint as security and safety were a top priority for us in choosing a place to live, and we have been very impressed with the security at Hanover. We have lived in three complexes in Houston and both of our previous complexes (which were luxury apartment buildings) had car break ins and vehicle theft with alarming frequency (especially the first complex we lived in, which had so many issues, I was just waiting for the day I walked to my car and saw it wasn’t there), and while hearing about a security incident was disheartening, it was the first time in almost a year of living here that we have heard of any security incidents. No apartment complex is Houston is immune to property crime, and almost every complex has tons of reviews complaining about constant break ins. Hanover takes security measures that we had not seen in other complexes we toured and we both feel very safe here.We moved in in mid-May, and weve generally been pretty happy. The location is phenomenal, the neighborhood is GREAT, the leasing office staff is lovely and helpful, and maintenance (the one time we needed it for something minor) is super efficient and helpful. Our move in went very smoothly and the leasing office was really helpful. Special shout outs to Gerard (who gave us a tour and has been great) and Laura (always super helpful and kind). I will also note that I recently had a huge mirror delivered that sat in the package room for a few weeks as I was working 70 hour weeks and wasnt able to get downstairs during the leasing office hours to use the cart to bring it upstairs (and honestly I was stressed and forgot). Joseph called me to ask if I was planning to pick it up and when I profusely apologized for not having gotten down there and offering to immediately come down to get it, Joseph brought it up to our apartment himself without me asking (and in fact me telling him it wasnt necessary!). This was above and beyond his job duties in my opinion and incredibly kind.A few other pros are that the apartment is VERY quiet and I cannot hear my neighbors at all (we work from home full time, so this is important) and that we have experienced zero property crime whatsoever (such as car break ins), which is a major issue at many Houston apartment complexes. These were our highest priority items as working professionals who work from home, and the complex has been perfect in that regard. I will note that I have lived in several complexes between college, law school, and now as a professional and this is one of the best complexes Ive lived in.The one con is that there is zero free guest parking. While I understand Hanover doesnt control parking on city streets or at the retail level, free parking could be offered on the top floor. Its not a big deal for a few hours but it does suck if my mom wants to visit overnight and has to pay like $20. But generally a minor issue.The leasing office staff is really great and always super accommodating and responsive.

    We moved to Hanover Parqview one week ago and so far we are loving it.still getting settled but we can count on the Concierge presence and tips, specially Oliver, whom since the day one has been such a good helper, showing us the whole complex building and facilities, helping us with the trivial things to Americans (but not to us Brazilians), such as to get the shades from Ikea, a good bamboo mattress, how to get delivered packages form Amazon and so on, and even sending us a list of favorites Thai Restaurants because we mentioned we would love to go.So thank you so much to Hanover Adm and specially to Oliver who we already consider as a friend.

    Ive lived at Hanover Parkview for almost a year now and Ive been meaning to write this review since i moved into my new unit a few months ago!The Hanover Parkview team are incredible and have gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions.I was living in a beautiful two bedroom unit here when i decided to make a pretty big career change that came with a significant pay cut, I didnt want to sacrifice being in such a safe, friendly and beautiful neighborhood so i reached out to the leasing team about helping me transfer to another unit that i could afford with my new salary... and they delivered!! Gerard and Tiffany were able to get me in a great unit just a few months later and Im so grateful.A few weeks later i ended up testing positive for Covid and was so ill that i couldnt hardly get out of bed, let alone walk my trash down the hallway (nor did i want to risk exposing anyone) when i called the leasing office and asked if i could have someone come by and grab my trash Lauren was so accommodating and also expressed to me to call for anything else i may need help with, as someone who lives halfway way across the country from family that meant A LOT!Mitchell is always so kind when he sees my puppy and very helpful when i cant find a package in the mail room.Yall rock!

    Im a resident at Hanover Parkview. I chose this place post seeing a couple of other places due to the friendly professional and respectful atmosphere. My studio is beautiful, the view of the resort style pool is amazing and the area is tranquil with many places to go nearby. Theatre room, events, state of the art gym, water, meeting rooms..love it! But I particularly enjoy the staff who are always nice and attentive when needed and whom always greet me when I see them which makes you feel more at home. Sonia is super nice to me and my guests as always. Kelley showed me the place and will answer any needed questions, very professional! Leydie was out a week and something was missing because shes so kind. JaZmine is super cool and likes Aquaman. Eneida always brings a beautiful smile. Theyre all so beautiful inside and out. Love this place. ❤❤❤❤❤.

    I recently stopped by Hanover Parkview and even thought it was late, they were able to give my wife and I, a tour of the property. Regina was so helpful and so knowledgeable about the property. She definitely went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and show us everything the property had to offer. I still have a few months left on my current lease so as soon as it is up, I am certain I will be a new tenant at Hanover Parkview. This community had some really great amenities that I don’t currently have where I’m leaving at.     We moved into the Hanover Parkview this month and we could not have better things to say about the complex! The front office staff have gone above and beyond to help us settle into our new apartment. They are friendly, communicative and helpful every time we approach them! I especially want to highlight Joe at the front office, he has seen me struggle with new boxes/furniture several times and without asking has offered to help me. Hanover Parkview has given a great first impression and we are excited to be living here!!

    Idk where to begin! I moved to Hanover Parkview a few weeks ago and now I can say I am ready to give my honest review. I am so thankful I chose this COMMUNITY. I moved half way across the country and chose this apartment without viewing it. That was a risk I was willing to take after my virtual experience. I was a bit confused while leasing and didn’t understand the rates ( please call before picking an apartment) but Gerard explained everything and helped me pick the unit that suited my needs. The week of my move, I found out that my furniture was going to possibly deliver before their office hours. Mitch and Tiffany went out their way to come in the office early to make sure my movers had access, on a Monday. I know property managers have a lot of reporting to do on those days so the fact Tiffany made time personally, spoke volumes. I have lived in many apartments and never had such white glove service. A week after my move, BERYL arrived. We were without power a day and a half and both days, the office stayed open. They supplied water and let us charge our phones and answered the same questions all day. I was very impressed by the dedication. Every encounter I have had with the Hanover staff has been extremely professional and you can tell they truly care about the residents. Just now Gerard helped me with a 7ft mirror to my apartment. All the agents are super knowledgeable and polite and I was not paid or told to do this review. I am taking out the time to write this because I am truly impressed. My apartment is beautiful. I have a pool view and I don’t hear the noise. Even july 4th it wasn’t too loud. The amenities are beautiful and the residents care about the community. Even our trash chute room is always clean. The gym equipment is new and always clean. The theatre and work spaces are extremely nice. And autry park, chefs kiss! I would recommend highly recommend hanover parkview!

    Let me tell you, I recently had the pleasure of working with Gerard and Tiffany, Leasing Agents at the Hanover, and I must say that the experience was absolutely outstanding. Right from the start, Gerards exceptional customer service skills were evident. Despite being out of state and unable to view the property in person, Gerard provided me with a virtual tour that completely sold me on the property. During the apartment showing, he was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address all my questions and concerns.Moreover, when it came to the housing application process, Gerard was prompt, efficient, and ensured that everything was in order. However, I noticed an error in my income while submitting the application, which could have jeopardized my chances of securing the apartment. Tiffany stepped in and helped me resolve the issue.     I’ve lived at Parkview for three months and so far the experience has been great. The property is well-maintained, has excellent amenities and all the other residents I’ve met have been friendly and welcoming. I looked at a LOT of rentals when I moved to the Houston and this was by far the best balance between quality of the property, location and reasonable rent.The team have been really great, consistently friendly, professional and very responsive.     I toured Hanover Parkview a few times with Kelley. Unlike their neighbors, the staff here is on point and without the attitude. This mid-rise is a concrete build so should be super quiet and energy efficient. I decided to move elsewhere because of the lack of balconies in most units and construction being an issue for at least the next year or so. That said, it was definitely at the top of the list. Being so close to Houstons best park, trails, downtown, etc... makes this area very desirable. In a year or so, this place will be great. Removed one star for construction and lack of balconies in most one bedrooms. Pricing is on the higher end but thats what is expected considering the area and quality.

    My partner and I moved in just over a month ago and we are so blown away by this place. I’ve lived several places over the years that claimed to be luxury living, but this is the first time I’ve ever felt like I was getting the luxury I was paying for. The property itself is certainly beautiful with its luxe finishes, high design quality, and attention to detail, but the front office staff are what make the difference and push this into a real luxury experience.With Hanover Parkview’s walkable neighborhood and proximity to Buffalo Bayou, we knew we’d found our new home pretty much immediately during our tour with Joseph, but it was on moving day that I knew we’d made the right choice. My partner was working late, so it was just me, my dog, and the movers; I was stressed about the logistics, but as soon as I got to Hanover, they made everything easy. The movers were right behind me, so Joseph went to meet them in the loading dock and show them to my unit so they could get started. Meanwhile, Tiffany and I could take our time as she went over the paperwork, explained the parking stickers, and answered all my questions before leading the way to my unit.Since then, I’ve continued to have consistently positive experiences with the front office. When my package got lost a few weeks ago, Joseph asked me for the tracking number and contacted the shipping firm to arrange for its recovery. Nowhere I have lived has the front desk gone to such lengths to find a lost package. And then this week, Joseph insisted on helping me wheel some large boxes upstairs and then carried them into my apartment for me! Lifting those heavy boxes (in a suit, by the way) was way above the call of duty, but he didn’t even think twice. Everyone in the office goes the extra mile like that and is helpful and friendly. The other thing that makes this place worth the price for me is the low noise transfer between units. I’ve never heard my neighbors except for some muffled footsteps overhead now and then. Joseph said on our tour that the whole place is framed with concrete like a high-rise, and I believe it. The construction site across the street is a different story, but they do seem to stop noisy activities at a reasonable hour. I work from home during the day, and for me, the noise isn’t too distracting unless I’m right next to the window. There’s been a surprising frequency of community events with free donuts, cute shopping booths in the park, and mimosas. The cherry on top is that there are excellent restaurants and shops right downstairs with more to come—we’re really excited for the sushi restaurant to open up. Overall, I highly recommend Hanover Parkview. The excellent front office staff, nice neighborhood, and beautiful property make it well worth the price for us.

The move in process, even though I had to sign my lease from out of state, was easy and smooth. The community is meticulously kept up and maintained with nice amenities and grounds.     Update: We just resigned for another year.Still really love it. My only complaints are that they are super delayed on the other shops opening up around us (very minor complaint all said and done) and there was a period of time where the fire alarms were going crazy ever other day due to construction for one of the restaurants right under the residential area. That restaurant now opened and since then we have not had any issues at all. I havent had any issues with my specific apartment or neighbors. Its really nice and the staff up front is still very attentive even all this time later.Still consider this a 10/10+++++++++++++Weve been living here for a few months and its absolute heaven. Im not even joking. Literally perfect. Beautiful building and incredibly attentive staff. Furthermore, the maintenance team is ridiculously efficient.     Nothing beats a warm and kind reception from the management team. I had to move my appointment three times and Nate was accommodating. He greeted us as soon as we walked in, reviewed my preferred floor plans and gave us the tour. He was upbeat, present and every engaging. By far, after 8 tours over the span of 3 days, he’s been the best thus far. While I’d prefer to stay closer to the heart of ROD, my experience with him is making me reconsider. The area is also a major selling point as many developments are coming which will add to the resident experience.

    Had a wonderful tour with Steph Deng on 2/7 - my friend and I were looking for a nice 2 bedroom apartment near the park. He is well prepared, friendly, and was quick to answer all of our questions. For the size of the building, I found the amenities pretty sparse compared to other properties, but they are opening retail and restaurants on the first floor and around the property.

    The most beautiful and tasteful building Ive visited in Houston. It will be even better when the shops and restaurants open. Other than the price, are there any drawbacks?! The communal spaces are stunning, the sky lounge has a beautiful view of downtown Houston, and I would hang out in the gym even if I didnt want to work out (its that pretty). I guess the pool is a little small, but I actually like that the building isnt massive -- it doesnt feel soulless, as so many luxury apartment complexes do. It manages to be warm and inviting as well as upscale. Had a really positive experience here -- Nate showed me around, and he was professional, knowledgeable and easy-going. Absolutely 5/5 stars.

    I recently had the pleasure of living at this Hanover location with my girlfriend. I have to say, my experience there was excellent, and we would love to move back if we ever return to Houston Texas.First of all, the complex itself was fantastic. The grounds were well-maintained and always looked beautiful. The units were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Any time there was an issue or maintenance request, the staff responded quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem.But what really set this apartment complex apart was the level of customer service provided by Eneida and the other staff members. From the moment I first toured the complex to the day I moved out, Eneida was always friendly, approachable, and eager to help. She was always available to answer any questions I had, and she went out of her way to make sure that I felt comfortable and at home.One thing that really impressed me about Eneida was her attention to detail. She always made sure that everything was in order and that the complex ran smoothly. She was highly organized and always had a positive attitude, even when dealing with challenging situations.Overall, I would highly recommend Hanover Parkview to anyone looking for a great place to live, and I have to give a special shout-out to Eneida for being such an outstanding employee. Her dedication to providing excellent customer service truly made a difference in my experience as a resident.

I have lived here for just over 5 months, and I must say that Hanover Parkview is amazing!I had checked out several other buildings inside the inner-loop, in Montrose, the Galeria, the Heights - and as soon as I stepped into Parkview, I knew here was where I wanted to be!It’s not just the exquisite modern finishings, or the homely feel, or the great location, it’s not just the exceptional service, it’s all of these things! The staff here has been super friendly and awesome from day 1, and 5 months in, they’re still the same exactly super friendly, super helpful awesome people that I met from day 1!     Hanover parkview is a great place to live! The staff is always very helpful and welcoming. The people are so nice around here and I love the amenities, especially the swimming pool! It’s also great to have the Buffalo Bayou Park so close by!

    One word “Tiffany”My wife and I are relocating from Austin and recently toured the property and received the best service from Tiffany Lam. She really took her time showing the property and apartment to us and even recommended some local hot spots for us to enjoy while we were in town.     Hanover Parkview is really nice! The appliances are really nice and the place feels very clean. Everyone who works here is very friendly and remembered me by name.     What isn’t there to say about Hanover parkview. The staff here is extremely exceptional and always greet you with a warm smile and hello every single morning! The dog friendly environment makes you feel like you are more than at home. I seriously love it.     I came in yesterday to tour and I had an appointment with Jeremy, He was a leasing agent at the place I live now and his caring personality and attention to details makes me want to go where he is.     So much better than my previous experiences in Houston with other management companies. Hanover meets and exceeds expectations; they treated us nicely when we moved in, and, when we moved out.     This used to be a 5 star building but unfortunately I could not recommend this building in good conscience to anyone who plans on having a guest. All guests must pay for parking now and it is horribly unacceptable. Other than that the building is beautiful, however I believe it is overpriced compared to other buildings in the area.
