Lived here for a year and it’s amazing! Only reason I left was because we bought a new home. Otherwise, I’d still be at TreeHaus. Definitely a vibe and wonderful place to be. The natural light from the big windows alone will make you want to live here.

Living at Treehaus has been a great experience. I moved to the property after living in Dallas for about 2 years. The staff and management have been very attentive and always help out when something comes up. On top of that, the actual living spaces are great... lots of windows, clean, updated appliances, etc... Also, the location is great. It is a little away from the bustle of everything, so it makes it nice to come home. Id recommend living here to anyone.

I needed to revise this review. It took time but the prop mgmt has improved 200%. New gates were installed, they follow up on maintenance tickets, and the landscape is taken care of. There are resident events often and they even dropped off a gift for my birthday and last week a Valentine note :)This building and neighborhood are a special place and it’s amazing to see that reflected in the care of the management team*edited*Poor management - no regard for keeping up the property, especially the security. Gates do not operate properly for more than a week at a time, and management does not respond to requests for repairs. There are ongoing car break ins and trespassers loitering.

Love living here! The location is excellent. Management and maintenance are so kind and responsive. The interiors are stunning! It’s by far my favorite place I’ve ever lived.

I absolutely Love my apartment and community!!It’s a small complex but quite. I so enjoy an evening in the courtyard drinking wine and having great conversation with my new neighbors and friends. If you are artistic and you want a different vibe I would definitely, recommend you come and check it out!!!

I have lived at TreeHaus for roughly 6 months now and I love it here. The apartment’s speak for themselves as soon as you walk into the front door. I’ve never seen an apartment that’s as unique as these are. It’s a completely new experience, the people who live here are friendly and fun to talk to because of the chill vibe you get in the common area’s that just bring people together. If you have lived in a couple different apartments you will see quickly how well the management team is. If you have an issue it’s easy to speak with them and get it fixed or changed. They are always planning different types of events for the residents that have been fun to attend. I like how TreeHaus is well within walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and other stores that are Bishop arts.I only have two things I wish TreeHaus had, one is a grill and the other is designated area for dogs.

The most unique lofts in Dallas. This place makes you feel like you live somewhere else outside of Texas. The all black matte kitchen I can’t get enough of. I love my loft so much. I plan on staying for a long time.

Every time someone comes to visit they fall in love with the place and tell me they want to move here. It’s like no apartment complex I’ve ever seen.

I absolutely love living here at Treehaus! The layout and finishes in my apt were exactly what I was looking for. The staff and community are great and has made living here fun, safe, and clean.
