    From the initial application process to now, my experience at The Oaks has gone above and beyond what I expected. Finding a place to live in Austin that matches the quality and size of these apartments is impossible. The service has been great, from my first conversation with Dennise I felt like she genuinely wanted what was best for me. The community has been safe for me so far, I have not encountered any individual that has made me feel unsafe either. If you are seeking a spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and affordable place The Oaks at Ben White is the obvious choice.

    I would like to give a huge shoutout to Dennise, the property manager, for making this whole apartment process so easy. She took the time to sit with me and hear me out on what I want and my price range. She quickly knew exactly which apartments to show me and after 30 minutes, I was ready to sign the lease. The apartment is perfect for my wife and I and after living here for month, I can confidently say I made the right choice!

    My boyfriend and I moved into our apartment in early June. So far the place is a dream! The Oaks team, specifically Vangie, were very communicative, friendly, and reliable. You feel instantly welcomed in by the front staff. The apartments are super nice, new, clean, and quiet. We haven’t had any issues since moving in and are truly in love with the place. Definitely the best apartment we have had! Highly recommend!!

    Highly recommend! This place is amazing! Our apartment is beautiful, clean, and modern. We love it! The Oaks team made our transition smooth. The property manger Arleen is very professional and communicative, and helpful. Vangie was excellent! She answered all of our questions and made us feel at home. First impressions are everything! The apartments and Team blew me away! I’m very satisfied with choosing The Oaks at Ben White as Our Home!

    Moved to Austin for work earlier this year and living here has been pretty good so far. Good location with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown. Love that I’m only 5 minutes away from 2 golf courses. Would recommend

    Coming from a REAL RESIDENT, If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The units are a modern industrial design. Fully updated appliances and lots of storage space. Maintenance comes every week, so the halls, lawns, pool, and parking lot are always clean. But, the part that takes the cake is the quality of management. Mrs. Pat and Vangie worked day and night to expedite my application and get me in ASAP. I was anxious to find new home before school started and they made it happen a whole month before my first day of class. I visit the office occasionally and each time, I am welcomed with open arms and food to grab from the lounge area. They are also very good with the spanish speaking residents regardless of any language barriers. 10/10, highly recommend.

    When I was looking to move from San Antonio to Austin I toured about a dozen complexes before stumbling upon this place. After touring them I knew this community was the place for me. The ladies in the leasing office did an outstanding job walking me through the process. While there were a couple construction delays back in December it was worth the wait. Throughout the entire process the front office was totally transparent and on top of communication regarding move in days and when amenities would be available. I would give this place 10 stars for both the facilities and the helpful staff if I could. I would definitely recommend this complex to people looking for a new home.P.S. The parking spaces are very wide so you do not have to worry about door dings from other residents.

    The best moving in apartment experience I’ve ever had! Normally I’ve dealt with broken AC, no hot water, fridge or dishwasher not working. Nope! They are winning me back into the apartment community again after 4 years of leasing a house. Vangie is amazing! Who doesn’t love someone named Vangie!! She was on top of everything and super sweet.

    Staff is great they are all super helpful with anything you need. It’s a new complex so still a few things that are being worked on such as the pool. No complaints thus far. Community is very quite and friendly.

    I moved in June and it has been one of the best experience I’ve had so far. It’s a small and quiet community. The neighbors are really nice. Ms.Vangie and Ms.Arleen are always there to answer questions.
