Maintenance guys are fast and get to your work orders quickly and are very friendly. My water heater was going out and they got it working within 3 days due to having to order a part but I didn’t go without hot water for those days. Even with the cold weather they still make it their priority to get to every work order. Thank you guys!!!!

I just want to thank all the maintenance team here at The Landings At Brook City Base the names are Luis, Mark, Jessie And David the guys are amazing and when it comes to there job they are awesome and fast they are dedicated they never miss a beat when I put in a work order they are here same day or the next day it never goes past that they all deserve a raise in my book and eyes we need more maintenance like these guys on top of that they are always willing to help and always speaking when they see you makes me feel like home they take care of there residents and they always make us feel welcome and the office is the same way BETH my leasing agent anyone looking to move here I recommend her most definitely so great and sweet to everyone and I can vouch for that, she deserves a raise as well. My shower knob broke and the water wouldn’t stop running. I placed a maintenance request and not even 5 minutes later, the maintenance guy was walking up the stairs to head up to my unit. He was super quick and efficient! :)Update: maintenance is still great. Now the office staff? Can’t say the same thing. When I toured the complex and they showed me the model, my daughter left her blanket in there. I came back on my move in day to ask to view the model again as my daughter left her blanket in there and the lady instead responded with, “‘nobody turned a blanket in, it’s not in there” instead of letting me check but I guess because it’s hot outside she maybe didn’t want to walk all the way to the model to check. Whatever. I left it alone. I walked in to my unit and it smelled like dog piss and was extremely dirty with dead roaches in the fridge, cabinets, wasp nests on my patio and the toilet with piss. Whatever again right? Also no trash bin whatsoever, the trash bin I found out in the hallway amongst the bird sh** was filled with trash and no unit number so i’m paying for valet, without receiving the valet. Now, I placed an amazon order and can’t even access my package outside of business hours because the pick up area is inside the community center which is never freaking open 😀 worst community i’ve lived in

I submitted a request a few days ago, I believe as not as severe, because I know there are people who really need it. Anyway, my tub was clogged and Luis fixed it in a timely manner. Luis is my dude, I know there are a few maintenance workers but preferably I prefer Luis! This is the second time he helps me and just so patient and straight. Luis is the dude to ask for when you need help, maintenance wise.

Landings is a wonderful place to live. As with any apartment some things go wrong turning tenant turnover, but the leasing office is wonderful. They handle all issues promptly and kindly. The apartments have wonderful views, a great parking lot and are VERY quiet.

I’m a resident and have been extremely happy with both front office, manager and maintenance staff. It has easy accessibility to HEB, target and all the essential stores you need. Pool is beautiful and clean. Grounds are well kept. Maintenance is efficient, polite and work with a quality standard and not a quantity standard. I can say you take notice that they care and treat you like family. Ms. Yvonne who is the manager is helpful, polite and makes you feel you have known her for years. I am going to love living here! Thank you guys for making life simple and easy for me.

I have lived at the landings for a year now, I just resigned my lease. I have lived in many apartments in San Antonio so I acknowledge the struggles that apartment management have and the needs of residents, especially post pandemic. While yes all apartments aren’t going to be perfect, the current management is thoughtful and they really want to create a great living experience for its residence. When it comes to emergency maintenance requests, they will help as soon as possible. I appreciate the events staff puts on and the great communication regarding apartment safety and standards. Just wanted to share my experience!

I enjoy living here! Access to a great HEB, Target, and a lot of good restaurants. The Pool is nice, the front office is always helpful but maintenance is ready to save the day! My wife and i lived here for 2 years and loved it!the staff is so nice, the maintenance people were always friendly and very quick to take care of any issues that happened in our unit.the only reason why we moved out is because we bought a house.we recommend these apartments to everyone!my favorite thing was the amount of windows we had in our unit.so much natural light ✨🌿oh and i can’t forget the convenience of living right by the beautiful green line!we got our entire deposit back by making sure our apartment was spotless when we moved out and that maintenance fixed anything that needed to be fixed.

I have been living at the Landings at Brooks city base for over 3 years now. I love the community. Now, with the new management, we get maintenance requests solved within hours. We have an excellent location. We have a wide variety of restaurants at a walking distance. We have Target, HEB, and Walmart within a 3 min drive. I love the gym and it is opened 24/7!!!!! We also have a big pool and a very nice community area. On top of everything, the Landings community sits on the GreenLine. Therefore, we even have a park, resaca and running/walking track included around the apartments property. I just LOVE this apartments.

I have just moved after living in this community for 3 years. I loved my apartment. My maintenance Requests where always answered quickly. The hallways always clean and power washing of the outside the apartment done regularly. I always felt management answered the phone and responded to questions nicely. Even after three years my apartment held together, nothing was falling or out of place other than from just normal ware from use. There is a great view onto a small pond and it is just a hop to shopping for places to eat plus a really beautiful walking trail that gets decorated with Christmas lights. I would have been happy to stay a 4th year if i didn’t need more space. The move out process was as smooth as my move In process. The apartment is quiet and any noise issues I had with neighbors always handled for a very peaceful home. I always felt very safe day or night.

Easy access to I-37, Target, HEB, & other major stores is a plus! Maintenance comes through and fills requests rather quickly. There are a few negatives;however. Our gates are either broken or left open. Think safety first! Also, too many residents allow for their pets to defecate and not pick up after them. Also, our breezeways need to be power washed and cleaned more often.

I lived at this apartment complex about over a year ago for one year and loved every moment of it! My floor plan was beautiful and upon move in only one minor thing wasnt working but maintenance fixed it that same day. I had quiet neighbors and used the pool every day that summer! I also loved that it was extremely close to downtown so Ubering was always cheap. I only ended my lease because I bought a house. Brooks is a growing area so this apartment is in the perfect location with plenty to do! Will always have great memories living there.

Ive been here three years!Absolutely love it, and up for renewal, which I will be doing. The location is perfect, easy access to everything, from food, retail, fun and the city. Its got everything in the area. Its always been peaceful, Ive never ran into any problems with neighbors, the staff or a mess. Very well kept, the maintenance team is seriously the best they change anything from filters to bulbs. I even lost my keys one night and they came out at 2am to let me in! So, If youre looking for a place to live, this is where I would highly recommend. -Santos (also, I have gotten at least three cups of coffee a day , for three years.... for free... and its Starbucks.)

Just signed my third lease and absolutely love living here. I moved from out of state and have found the entire staff so welcoming and helpful. Melissa, Erica and Richard have always gone above and beyond to make me feel like I had ready made friends at the complex. James and the whole maintenance crew are thorough and friendly, also going beyond the call of duty (who offers to help carry groceries these days?!) I saw a review claiming that any of the positive reviews on here are fake and I can assure you I am not fake. Sure, the hallways get dirty and yes, there are birds nests, but Im a pretty firm believer that you get out of things what you put in. When we as neighbors leave our trash out longer than we should, all dripping and spilling over, we live in messy hallways. And I dont know about anyone else, but I wouldnt want the karma of killing off baby birds nests on me. Overall, obviously re-signing so many times speaks for itself, my husband and I have always had a positive experience here.

I’ve been living at The Landings for over a year now and just renewed my lease. It’s everything that I needed and more. The management is very friendly and heavily involved in the community. You’re not just a number here. The staff knows you by name and takes the time to get to know you. It’s a very quiet community. Very first responder and military friendly, which is a big plus. The gym is usually empty and also fully equipped with cardio machines, dumbbells and resistant machines. It’s right in the middle of all a beautiful park, which excellent for a good run in morning. And plenty of restaurants/bars in walking distance. I would highly recommend these apartments to those seeking luxury style living for a good price.These negative comments you’re reading are most likely from disgruntled residents that didn’t get their way. We’re all adults; grow up, be kind and pay your rent on time.

Beautiful place to live, the apartments are beautiful with stainless steel appliances, wood floors. Place is well kept, management and maintenance personnel are very nice people and treat you like family and answer all questions right away. We absolutely love this place. Even the pool looks beautiful at night, and the gym is well equipped. Give it a chance, you will also love it. We just moved in this past November 2017.

We have loved our time at The Landings. The property and amenities are beautiful and our kids have had a blast at the pool. The last couple of months have been our best here because of the new management. Cliff has especially been helpful. He has been friendly, enthusiastic, funny and always more than willing to find a solution for us when weve had an issue. Its been nice to see him around the property and not just sitting behind a desk in the office. Each time we go by, my daughter has to give him a big hug!We finally bought a house and although we are thrilled to take this step, we will greatly miss The Landings, Cliff, the staff and the pool!! You will love this property!

I have lived here for over year and just renewed for another. Growing up on the Southside its exciting to see all these amazing things pop up. With that being said expect to have these great communities be comparable with the changes, if you wish to low ball this is probably not the area for you. Crime is everywhere so be realistic. I pay for my own parking so if you want reserved parkingAll the staff in the office is very attentive and always with a smiling face. They are human beings and are doing their jobs that is coming down from a corporation, meaning they are being told what to do. So if you dont get catered to or get what you want, that shouldnt be a matter to say bad things.Overall my bf and I love this place and will be here until we are ready to buy a house!

Lots of new Restaurants like BJs ,Cheddars, Outback ,Black Bear Dinner, are coming near to this Apt. HEB, Sams Club, Walmart also near to this apt.

Management has been great but the apartments themselves are just okay. The walls are thinner than expected. I can hear entire conversations my neighbors have if theyre speaking up. The people above us sound like theyre practising for a steel toed boot dance off every night the way they stomp around, and literally rattle everything in the kitchen. We can even hear the people below us through the floor. You can hear every car that parks. Every car door open and shut. Every conversation people have in the parking lot because its literally feet away from your window.Good management, poorly designed apartment layout.

I lived there sinced 2015 and loved it. The staff our nice and helpful , specially Desirea- the assistant Manager. This apartment complex is great! Everything you need is close by, the beautiful park is within walking distance, very friendly staff and residents, and an affordable price for a great quality apartment! Also if you have the chance to explore this apartment ask for Kelsey de Jongh in the office she is the best, so helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make your experience as good as possible! The apartment was beautiful but Kelsey’s great energy, friendliness and honesty is what really sold it for me!

Since living here at The Landings I have enjoyed every moment. The apts are beautiful and spacious enough, there are choices to add on storage units, car ports & garages for fair prices. Dont feel like taking your trash across the lot to the dumpster...dont worry about it because when you lease an apt at The Landings Valet Trash is just one of the services that comes with. If ever you have issues or any questions the staff in the front office is always professional and willing to do whatever it takes to make your issue better. the have on site maintenance if anything messes up in your apt and from experience i put in a work order for my fridge and same day the maintenance worker was there and the fridge was fixed. I guess what Im saying is you get what you pay for when you move into The Landings. And one last thing, the security is out of this world. I sleep easy ever night knowing that im not only in a gated community but also because SAPD, Brooks CIty Base Security and other tenants look out for one another. Please do yourself a favor and walk into that office. I promise you wont want to leave!!

Management staff here are really polite and look out for their tenants. Had just moved into a new apartment here and wasnt satisfied by the unit. Cassie went out of her way to find me another apartment that would fit my needs. No hassle about it.

The place is pretty decent, never had a bug problem except them ladybugs seem to always find a way in. The ac went out on me one night but management got to it and fixed it the next day. My only complaint is that people here dont seem to care or take the time to pick up after there dogs crap.

Wanna know why 5 stars?! Because our old ass dryer blew out the electricity in our apartment at 1 am and a maintenance man named Sal came out and fixed it. AT 1 AM!!! That was awesome, I was going to go to sleep angry that I would have to spend the night in the Middle Ages with no a/c, but no. As I’m dosing off to the sound of cars racing down Military road I hear a faint knock on the door. That was Sal the savior of my life to come and fix the electricity. Amazing, I am greatful.
