Good morning I Danielle Johnson I been staying at these apartments for alittle over a year now. Mrs.Sharmila is doing a dam good job she is on point. Anything I need taking care she is on point. To be honest all the employees are on point never had a problem with none of them. Keep up the good work.

I use to drive by this property everyday after work and the long windows always caught my attention. Of course I went on Google to look at the reviews about the property and some were good and others were pretty bad. Like granny always told me dont judge a book by its cover so I went to check the property out and the site of the pool closed the deal. Ive now been leaving In Vanderbilt Court for 3 months and Ive had a roach or 2 but no infestation. The property is pretty chill and the office ladys are some funny people. The new girl is pretty cute too.

I am a current resident here . I have been living here for 2 years weve had 3 managers in the pass year and the only one that I have seen making a difference is our current one. The new staff is really nice I personally have not had any issues with them, when I have a question or need help from maintenance theyve helped me. Keep up the good work guys.

Just wanted to let the the office staff know you are doing a great job. I have lived here for several years and was frustrated with nothing ever getting done. Yall came in and have made a big difference. Thank you Patricia and Victor for getting all my concerns taking care of. Both of you make this property feel like home instead of just an apartment. Foe anyone wanting to lease here I would totally recommend it. The office staff treats you like a person. You get the feeling that they enjoy there job and not just here to collect a paycheck. I would like to also thank yall for getting the pool up and running. Since we have not had the front pool open in over a year. I really have enjoyed my swim at night. Keep up the good work. Im only rating a 4 because the parking is not any good.

I would like to say that Mrs. Sharmila has done an awesome job helping me on getting a bigger apartment. She’s been so nice and understanding with all the process. I would like to mention that management has been trying to keep property clean but if rules are not followed how can that happen.? Thank you 😊

I live here for over 7 Yrs and we have had 5 property manager but this property manager Patricia and her staff are so nice, kind and awesome. They always help me out in so many ways. Anytime I need something to be fixed, maint. Are pretty much always on time to help. Kudos to Patricia, thanks for making this Apt a place to live and Lupe, OMG so funny. Keep on with the great job. This Apt its a wonderful place to live!!

I cant believe how amazing this property management group is. I was down to the wire in needing to find a new place as my condo was being sold. These ladies did everything in their power to help me get into my new home. This is exactly the style of home that I was wanting. They worked with me and we moved in in March. I am very pleased with the help and attention they paid to me and my situation. We love our Home. Thank you so much Lupe, Myrna and Tricia.

I want to share with the world about how awesome my Apts and my apt manager is.. I have been here at the Vanderbilt court Apts for 8 years, never have I been this happy,honored and pleased to be a part of this apt community! Oldham Goodwin bought this apt complex and brought with them the best apt manager that weve had the whole 8 years that Ive been a tenant here. She is very caring and open minded to the residents requests and concerns, shes always open and upfront about any and everything,shes always in the office and available when you have any needs to be addressed! Thats what I call awesome customer service. She lived on the property and would walk the property days and nights and address anything that she sees going on thats not appropriate. In my opinion that says a lot because none of the other managers would do that. Who wants to be somewhere that the manager is uncomfortable about living there themselves. If the tenants kids are doing anything out of character Trish will immediately notify the parents! She had pet waste cans put up to eliminate pet waste from laying on the side walks and added nice bushes and rocks to beautify the community. Oldham communities, Trish, Lupe and Mirna are the best ever! We should all come together and do something really nice for them just for making our living a better, safer, and more comfortable place to be!! LOVE YOU GUYS AND KUDOS TO YOU!!!!!

The new lead manager Teo for the maintenance team of La Cordoba apartments was fast and efficient and on point. My moms toilet was broken he came back with a brand new toilet in two days and put it together fast. Never worked better!!! Thank you Mr. Teo!!!!

Just moved here a year ago very quiet and peaceful friendly neighbors Been here a year and half now still the same quite peaceful friendly neighbors plus The Houston Food Bank truck comes once a week with snacks and produce for the kids and The Texas Childrens mobile comes also upon appointment for vaccines shots awesome
