After ordering and installing my first Senville SENA 24000 BTU single head system for a customer a little over a year ago. I discovered that the quality matched and probably exceeded what I have seen with other systems built by larger names. I have been recommending and selling and installing Senville mini-split units exclusively ever since and my customers have been extremely happy with their purchases thus far.Here in upstate NY our winters get brutally cold and Senville has proven to my self and my customers that it can take on the cold. I like to tell my customers that heat needs to come first with the ability to cool as being a bonus feature.I recently finished installing 4 - SENA-36000 BTU quads 1 SENA- 18000 BTU double and 1 LETO-9000 BTU single head for a local church covering 10,000 square feet. 19 - 9000 BTU heads in all capable of putting out 171,000 BTUs + of heating and cooling.The congregation was so thrilled with the comfort that these Senville units are providing. I purchased the Senville unit for my new 20FT. container office I built. (I purchased the 9000 BTU Mini Split Air Conditioner - Heat Pump - SENL/09CD/110V)This was my very first purchase from Senville! Everything from the purchasing, shipping, installation and customer was fantastic! In terms of customer service, I was having some mechanical issues on getting the unit to power. It was a simple fix when I called for technical support and they directed me to Sam (lead technician).I must say Sam was absolutely amazing, he knew exactly what I needed to do and sure enough I had power to test the unit! This system is great, we’ve had it running for 3 months now and it has not given us any trouble whatsoever. The installation is fairly easy and very straightforward. I had a problem with what I thought was the fitment of the air handlers outer case but one phone call to Senvilles tech desk walking me through it and no, there was nothing wrong with it at all.I have four Mitsubishi units installed in condos we own that I love but the price of these Senville’s are half of what’s they add and there’s not much of a warranty difference.

Ordered a 18k Aura floor unit directly off their website. Shipping was very fast, shipped via Fedex Freight, and everything arrived intact with no damage from shipping. The floor cassette did have some type of manufacturers defect in the felt lining around the air outlet, but Senville did credit me for that and even offered to return the unit and replace it. It seems they take 2-3 days to respond when opening a ticket or inquiry. I havent tried contacting them by phone so I cannot comment on that aspect of their service. The unit itself operates great. Very quiet and has cooled my 600 sq ft room quickly. The outside unit is very quiet too. Overall a good purchase and hoping for a long service life from the unit.

I installed 3 outdoor units and 4 ductless and 1 concealed ducted indoor unit in 2021. They have worked so much better than I expected. My house is much more comfortable than with my central air unit. No more worrying about adjusting the thermostat to save on electric bill I set it to whats comfortable and still saving $50 to $100 on my electric bill. As for the customer service they are also awesome. When one of the units arrived I noticed some oil around the pipes, contacted them and they sent a new unit no hassle. Definitely a great company. Will highly recommend.

What stands out to me about Senville is the combination of good pricing, good products and excellent technical customer service. I called Senville ahead of ordering with questions about the system, and the technical customer service rep I spoke to offered me a ton of great information and was able to answer all my questions (shoutout to Sam). The unit arrived nicely wrapped on its own pallet, and the installation manual was simply and easy to follow. After completing the installation and turning on the system for the first time, I was further surprised to discover just how whisper quiet both the indoor and outdoor units are. I am very impressed and will definitely be ordering Senville again to provide A/C to our main living space next!

My Senville Aura mini split arrived super fast thru FedEx. The system was easy to install. I hired an A/C guy to fill the Freon and solder the copper pipes to make it a shorter line. The instructions were simple to mount the bracket, but it felt the bracket as light and to cheaply made, looks like it can handle the weight so it should be fine. It was Poweder coated good. The copper lines i wish they were more thicker with thicker insulation wrapped, but then again Its why the unit was under $2k on Amazon. I registered it and the warranty dept accepted it. So far it’s works fast, cool, heat , eco fresh etc…the remote and it connected to Amazon Alexa super easy. So far a month into it worth it !!! #thankssenville

I love my SenVille Aura. I was able to install it myself and had success with it. The only problem I had was my flares started to leak so I had to have a HVAC tech come to reflare and recharge the unit. Other than that, it has worked well. I purchased a 18,000 BTU unit with the ceiling register two years ago. I like to wait a bit before writing a review in order to see how things go longer term with a purchase like this.I LOVE this unit!The physical unit was super simple to install. I was still under construction on my cabin when I ordered and installed the unit. I put the outdoor compressor out on a deck underneath an outdoor staircase going up to a deck. it gets plenty of air circulation and it is conveniently tucked out of the way.The indoor ceiling register sits at a critical intersection of my house. Air spills out of the unit in four different directions, into a bathroom, master bed room, living room, and onto a computer rack in the hall. Having the ability to directly send cool air down the front of my tech rack was a key factor in selecting the ceiling register instead of a typical wall mount unit. I have not been disappointed in my choice. My high performance computers love the cool air and the rest of my house doesnt suffer.Thanks to the folks at Seville for making a high quality unit that just keeps working!

Ive now purchased and had installed both a 9000 BTU and 12000 BTU single-zone multi-split Leto units from Senville. Im very happy with each! Very quiet, almost no vibration, and both cool their rooms quickly. Seems very efficient as far as I can tell. I was amazed with the amount of condensation it drew from the air! I went with Senville units given their good reviews and expected reliability. Seem to have some issues with Alexa-based control then interfering with control from the remote, but I hope Senville figures that out. Regardless, I plan to go with a 24k BTU Senville Aura unit once I confirm the line set routing length.

I purchased the 28000 BTU dual zone mini split with the indoor combination 9000/18000 BTU units. I installed the system by myself and everything went perfectly. I followed the directions to the letter. The unit is so quiet we can hardly tell it is running. In the auto mode, it maintains the room temperature at 75 degrees where we have it set without a problem no matter whether it is hot or cold outside. I replaced an aging/dying 15 year old heat pump with four 9K units and one 30K dual unit and could not be happier. The Senville units are very competitively priced, and support is top notch. The units are very quiet, energy efficient and capable. I have not gone through a hot phase yet but did get down into the teens and they had no problem generating the heat I needed for the whole house. I would highly recommend these units if you are in the market for mini-splits. Oh, customer service is great too, I was able to customize my Amazon order very easily to get exactly what fit my needs. I only have two nit pick issues, one is the 9K units do not come with a template so you have to measure where to cut the hole, it was way easier on the 30K indoor units that had the cardboard template, and the second is the Alexa integration is not all its cracked up to be, I found it kind of unstable and ended up doing away with the Alexa dongles and put some ESP board based ones in to integrate with my Home Assistant software.

Outstanding MINI-SPLIT, Wonderful company and GREAT service!What more could you ask for! I have now installed THREE units at my place and another FOUR at a friends cabin. And now a third friend just bought one! The directions are great, easy to follow and if you get stuck, guess what???? You can call their support line and talk to a... REAL. LIVE. HUMAN. EXPERT! And they are wonderful at helping with the install. Unbelievable, in 2023 that a company is still doing this. Its commendable. Thats why I felt compelled to write this review. Not only is the product great, but the support is tip-top!Now as for the mini-split systems. Ive used several other brands over the years, but these babies are my favorite! Very easy to work with, the Alexa integration is the best (who wants yet ANOTHER app to control their systems) and they are quiet... Like whisper quiet inside and especially outside. My neighbors are shocked at the low noise level. Well, actually more like a NO noise level. Its barely above a whisper. Additionally the max power draw has been 30% less than stated as the max in the manual. Im saving so much money on electricity just by using them that I think they should ROI in about three years compared to my inefficient central air system!In summary, the performance, price and above-and-beyond support that Senville provides will get my business every single time. Just be sure to read the manual, ask questions, and get a licensed contractor (EPA 608 certified) to handle the refrigerant/vacuuming and you will be a happy customer like me.Cheers!

After researching the best mini-split for DIY, we decided to go Senville. Installation was pretty straightforward. The only thing we had to do was have our HVAC guy double check our work. We forgot to release the freon line. After he did that we were in business. It works great! Its quiet and efficient. We bought it for a garage apartment. We will definitely be purchasing more in the very near future for our other rental units! I highly recommend this brand.

I have used Senville mini splits in my vacation home in NC. I installed two outdoor units that drive 4 indoor zones. The installation went without problems and I am very pleased with the units since the early 2021 installation date.One of the outdoor units had a problem with the main board and Senville tech support was quite good. Was able to speak to the same technician on multiple occasions and they remedied the problem under warranty. That’s super important as anyone can sell an item cheap but not everyone can support their products well.So all in all I’m pleased with the hardware and it has been hassle free for 2+ years. Energy bills nice and manageable :).I can remote control my units via the internet which is ideal for vacay home use.

Great customer service when I ordered my unit Senville. The first order was damaged during delivery and Senville quickly replaced it with a new unit and sent it out in quick fashion.Had it delivered to Island City Air in Cedar Key Florida and they did the install for me. Great company to deal with. Clayton, owner of Island City Air, had his company take care of all the installation and removed the old wall mounted hotel style unit.I look forward to the savings I should get with this split air style unit compared to the old wall unit. I must admit I have not been to my condo yet, which is at Park Place Motel in Cedar Key Florida, but will return with a much more detailed experience after my wife and I get our chance to enjoy the new Senville split air experience.

Installed a floor mount unit in a 4-season room and it has been working great! It is whisper quiet and has no problem heating or cooling the space. The efficiency is also a plus, as there hasnt been a difference in the energy bills. Senville has great customer service as well, luckily nothing needed at this time, but with the outstanding warranty, I have peace of mind for the years to come.

I have now purchased and installed 4 Senville mini splits over the past 4 years. Large, small, single and multi. All are silently and efficiently providing year round comfort. Mini splits are wonderful and Senville offers a good product range at a reasonable price. I hope to eventually install them in every room of my house and save thousands each year on electricity compared to my old noisy central air systems, while improving comfort.I would give 5 stars but for the fact that I have not been able to order ceiling cassette splits for the last several months. Also would like to see Senville offer full warranty on DIY installations, they effectively dodge warranty coverage by requiring contractor sign off which nowadays can cost thousands.Senville, How about offering a certification process such as a workshop followed by an inspection for the serious Handyman?

I purchased a three zone mini split. I DIYd the install and had an AC company come to do start up. So far we have been really impressed with the units. With the humidity in Texas, the dry mode has been extremely helpful. Our house is staying completely comfortable. The outside unit is very quiet. I’m also really impressed with all of the different settings and the simplicity of the remote. I recommend senville to all of my fellow tiny housers.

I have purchased and installed 4 separate Senville mini splits on homes I have owned and have had positive experiences with all of them. They look nice, have lots of features, are Wi-Fi capable (which is great if you want to cool/warm your home while you’re out), and are easy to install (lots of good YouTube videos and also support from Senville. I tell people what I paid for the units and it’s often less than half of what the “higher end” units cost, not to mention installation costs. Highly recommend these units.

I installed the 18000 btu unit that could be used either as a cabinet unit or a ceiling unit. I chose to install it on the wall as a cabinet unit. Overall the units seemed well built. The flared tubing ends were done well and needed nothing for the install. The install was straight forward with no hitches. I was pleased running it the winter of 22-23 how quiet the fan motor was and how evenly the heat distribution was. My only flaw I could see (or hear) was that the outside unit was a bit loud. I dont know if that was because of its placement on a pad that magnified the sound or what. It is in my workshop so its not a major issue. All in all, a good purchase

As of May 2023 we have purchased two 12K BTU 120V wall mini-splits, one 16K 220V wall unit and one 24K concealed ducted unit for our main house, rental unit and my parents house. I have installed them all myself (after watching a few Youtube videos for best practice tips) and they have worked perfectly over the last two+ years. These units are of very high quality, SUPER quiet and were the best value on the market I could find. These have been the best purchases we have made improving our homes and quality of life. Bought and installed a Senville Aura mini spilt. Have had it a year now and super happy with the unit, very quiet and powerful. This past winter we had some -20c days and the unit still put out amazing heat. I own 2 mini spilts, one Senville and the other was a high end installed unit from one the Top brands. The Senville unit so far is as good and maybe better and yet cost way less. I am considering buying one more Senville right now! Thanks for a great product!

Very happy with the system from Senville (3600btu with 2 inside units) I have been running it now for a full winter season and in to the beginning of the summer and it works great. It has capacity for cold Canadian winters as well as the hot days we are seeing now.Installation was very easy with the pre- charged system, no problem to start it up. I had an issue with a remote controller but this was solved by Senville service team in a few days and a new remote controller was sent to me.I can fully recommend the system and company.

I am a senior citizen. After reading a lot about mini split air conditioners, I decided to install one myself. I chose Senville, a company that provides systems that can be installed by the homeowner.After talking with Senville customer service about my needs, I purchased a dual 18,000 BTU condenser unit, and two indoor control units.I was able to install basically everything myself because I did a lot of research beforehand on the installation process (youtube etc.), and studied the instructions in the Owner’s Manual. During that process, I made numerous calls to the Senville technical support team, to get guidance on a number of issues; I was met every time with courtesy and professional advice and support.Toward the end of the process, I did get a professional HVAC technician to evacuate the lines and release the refrigerant, but I was able to do everything else.We are very happy with the Senville system; it performs admirably, for both heat and cold, and looks quite attractive. Highly recommended.

My son and I watched the videos, measured out the 3 distances we had for the rooms we were to install the remote air handler. Order a vacuum pump & fittings for the install. Ordered the AC split system and the correct length of extension copper hose with wiring. Laid system out, drilled and installed wiring, pipping / everything. Vacuumed out lines to to air handlers. Opened up charging ports & turned on each unit. Mounted remote controls. Everything works and has been working since last years install. We have been very pleased. This was an easy pezzy install with perfect success 😁

I installed the 4-head Senville SENA/36HF/Q (heats down to -22 Fahrenheit) in November of 2022. I did the majority of the installation myself, and had an HVAC technician make the final connections, nitrogen testing and vacuuming, and releasing the refrigerant. My house is a 2 story home with 2,800 sq feet above grade, with a finished basement of 1,400 feet. Our current gas furnace is 14 years old, as well as our Central air conditioner. Neither of those units were replaced. Instead, because we are empty nesters, much of our house goes unused and we decided we would heat and cool our main used spaces with the mini splits. It has worked remarkably well, and our utility bills have been the lowest they have ever been. During the winter months, our bills were cut roughly 33%. We heat/cool our main floor living area (open kitchen and living room) with a 12k unit. We do the same in the basement with a 12k unit. We placed a split in our bedroom, and we have one unit in an upstairs bedroom that has always gotten really hot during the summer. The units are very quiet, and are easy to control. Quiet, powerful and effective. Our power bill is now almost nothing, and we are able to adjust for the high humidity of Southern United States. The remote is easy to understand and adjust without your glasses on, unlike several other brands we used. Senville is easier to adjust the vent than Fujitsu. Also, the fan turning on and off during the night does not wake us up, and we are light sleepers.

Went with Senville because they were the best price for the features that I wanted: Ceiling cassette inverter mini split. The ceiling cassette line is compatible with Midea accessories - so look there if youre looking for different style wired thermostats or wifi-based controller for the cassette model. Delivery for me was done via freight carrier on pallet. So far Ive installed 2x12.000BTU units with plans to install many more. No real cons so far - just note that if you want warranty, they require install to be done by a licensed HVAC contractor. Remotes and indoor/outdoor units designs are modern. Overall, recommend the cassette style mini splits from Senville.

I purchased the 24000 btu model and am using it to heat/cool about 1200 sq. Ft. It works well for this size space. I have been very satisfied with the Senville line of mini-split heat pump ac/heat units.On my house, I have two 24,000 Leto units, one for the main living room, kitchen and dining area and the other for the master suite, and secondary bedrooms. The air in the bedrooms is circulated with thru-wall vents to keep the conditioned air moving. The house is 1,800 sq. ft. total.I have a 24,000 Leto in my shop that is 32 x 40 with a 9 ceiling and it cools/heats the space even in the most extreme temperatures. The shop has a 12 x 32 living quarters above which I heat/cool with a 12,000 LetoI have a 12,000 Leto in a guest cottage that is 16 x 24 with a vaulted ceiling.The units are very efficient and extremely quiet. You can barely tell they are running most of the time.Ive had all of the units installed and in constant use since March of 2017, so they are 6 years old and still going strong.In 2015, before I discovered the Senville units, I bought three units from another manufacturer and they only lasted for two years before they all quit working one by one.Ive recommended these units to friends when I get asked how I keep my shop so cool when its 110 degrees outside in Texas in July and theyre sold on them when they see and feel how great they work and how efficient they run.I will be building an addition on my house in the next couple of months and will be purchasing another 24,000 system for that space and another 12,000 for a 4-season sunroom as well.With the efficiency of the units, theyve literally paid for themselves 10 times over and if they ever go out, I will replace them with the same brand. Theyve already far exceeded my expectations for as hard as they work.

Price, performance, and Customer support cannot be beat. I ordered a 18k/9k combo with lineset covers. Shipping took about a week. Packaging was excellent and there was no damage from shipping. All required fittings, gaskets, and wiring came with the combo. The only thing I needed to provide was a wiring drop to the outside unit. The instruction manual was geared towards a pro and I was able to fill in the knowledge gaps with Youtube and reviewing similar systems installation manuals from MR cool and Pioneer. The flares on the linesets were not as good as I can make them, so I reflared all of the tubing. If you are considering this as a DIY, there are several special tools that are needed and you could be looking at an additional $1K or so for everything needed to flare, pressure test, evacuate and measure microns. The system started right up and is working wonderfully. this job is a 8/10 for a home handyman but is not too overly difficult. I did reach out to customer support and got a reply back very quickly for both questions. Overall I would give this item 4.5 stars with room for manual improvement.

Ive been searching for a multi zone mini split unit for some time now. I have looked at the popular branded products and they left me feeling a certain kinda way because in order to get a unit you can actually afford you have to sacrifice energy efficiency and that defeats the whole point in looking for a system to begin with. Your average Joe usually dont have the spare cash to fork out for the better quality of the branded systems. After countless hours and days of searching in Google, I stumbled upon a system that not only was within the max range of what I could afford, it had great energy efficiency ratings of 23.8 which far surpassed the majority of the big brands on the market and had extra features the other companies just dont have such as antimicrobial filters. So, I had found the one and was super excited to add it to my cart, check out and wait anxiously for the package to arrive as if I were a child waiting for Christmas. Then my enthusiasm was quickly shot down. They have no 9,000 btu air handlers and I need one of the handlers in my package to be just that. I actually need a 3 zone with a 9,000/12,000 and one smaller wich they do not make however with all of the great things they offer I was fine with making adjustments to get 9,000 and 18,000 bui air handlers with a 28,000 btu unit. It has now been three weeks and I am still patiently waiting for their inventory to be replenished so I can order. I spoke with a nice American sells rep on the phone yesterday and he informed me they would be back in stock within the week. As frustrated and hot as I am the fact that they are having issues meeting demand only means that others too have stumbled across Senville and decided, just as I did, that they have the unit for them. That only validates my choice. Maybe its time for Senville to expand its made in USA operation! Shop wise and buy American!!! I will update after I can finally get my hands on a unit and see how well it works, I have seen nothing but good things so far

I have put three units in within a 1 year period, the big plus with using Senville is the customer service. You can always get help during hours when needed and do not have to wait very long for assistance. I have only had trouble with one unit and it was my fault what happened but the service tech was quick to help and figure the problem. My three units are running with no problem and work very well. I have installed 2 ea. 18000 btu and one 9000 btu in. My home uses 5 ton outside central air with ducting under the house and uses butane to heat. I usually use 250 gallons of butane a month during a 4month period. The cost is around $700 a month. This past winter I used 65 gallons during the winter. The savings have almost paid for the 2 ea. 18000 btu units. And my electricity bill which is on an average is getting lower every month. I have received a 12000 unit for my shop I will be installing.

I had 3 09HF Senville heat pumps installed in October 2022. Two with the normal air handler and one ducted unit split between 3 small spaces. These are in addition to an existing 18000btu unit I had for my primary living space. My house is 2000sqft in total. Upgrading to heat pumps completely freed me from being dependent on oil for heat. Not once did I turn on my oil heat this winter (thermostat set to 5c) and that included a weekend of -20c with high winds. During the exceptional cold period my house remained at an average of 19c. The 3 additional heat pumps raised my electric bill by about $100 or so a month but reduced my oil heat bill by about $900 a month during the coldest months. Theyll pay for themselves in less than 2 years.

It has saved us at least half the expense of the oil furnace we used before, that is still used a very little amount of time when it is to cold outside. I have now installed Senville units at 2 different homes. First I did the 9000btu / 110 volt. Then at my new house a 12000btu unit / 220 volt. I installed the indoor unit, wiring to the outside, outdoor unit, stand and electric. Then hired a HVAC tech to evac and pressurize the lines. For the price and ability to work in cold climate they work well. The 12k btu heats and cools a small addition. Once a year I clean the outdoor fins with the foam cleaner and wash out the filter in the sink on the inside unit. I plan on installing a second 12k unit in the main house to stop buying so much oil. I live in Massachusetts. The pic is how it was set before the HVAC tech arrived for final hook up.

My rating possibly could be 3 stars, or maybe even 5. See below for the reason why. We have a two-zone mini split system. One zone is 12,000 BTUs and the other is 18,000 BTUs. The system seems to work fine. No major problems. The only issue we have had is that when the AC is in what I call maintain mode and isnt blowing out super cold air, it has a bit of a funny smell. It almost smells musty. I know its not mold, because we just installed these and barely started using the AC. Ive called Senville and they contacted a technician to come look at it, but that was about a month ago and I never heard back. BUT, when the system is actively cooling the house, there is no smell. All and all, we enjoy our system. It keeps our house comfortable, both heating and cooling.

I still dont have this installed because I didnt order the right length of lineset, however Ive dealt with the customer service department twice because of it and so far they have been very helpful and quick to respond. They are currently out of stock on the longer lineset that I need so I am waiting for it to come in so I can install it. Will update review after its installed. I will mention that the equipment looks well built and came well packaged on a pallet. Hope to give it 5 stars after installation and make sure it all works as it should.
