    Super fast & friendly. Called in the morning because our heater in our office was out. By 12:30 the same day we had someone come out and diagnose our heater & by 3PM everything was fixed. Definitely recommend doing work with The Right Way!

    We have lived in our house for a few years now, and we knew that we had flow problems with our HVAC inside unit. We just dealt with the issue though, because our house was brand new and our builder wasnt very cooperative. Recent circumstances, however, made it necessary to get the repairs. We had called another well-known company that we had used before for outside unit HVAC repairs, but they seem to no longer have their customers best interest in mind. So we found The Right Way Heating and AC on the internet, and were very impressed with the reviews. Mr. Toby came out the day after I called to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and was able to point out all of the issues with the builders HVAC job in our attic, and explain why we were not getting good airflow throughtout our house. The next day he sent us a very honest quote, and we were easily able to set up an appointment for the repairs to be made. The day of the appointment, Mr. Toby and his team arrived on time, and were able to complete all the repairs in a very timely and thorough manner. It has been a few weeks now since the repairs were made, and we are extremely impressed with how well our HVAC system is working now. I highly recommend The Right Way Heating and AC, and think youd be wasting your time and money with anyone else!! Thank you Mr. Toby for taking great care of us!

    Everyone i spoke with was friendly and helpful. My heater lost power when the temp dropped into the teens and they got out same day and fixed it, and it didnt break the bank. I will definitely be a return customer should I need ac/heater help in the future.

    We have had issues for years with our a/c freezing. We have called multiple companies to try and find the issue. Each time they could never find out what was wrong and gave us different answers every time. Finally we called The Right Way and found out yesterday we had a leak. Jason was very knowledgeable and professional. He pinpointed the problem within just a couple minutes. Today he installed the new coils and our a/c is running better than it ever has before! If we ever have any issues in the future we will definitely be calling The Right Way.

    I had them put in a new AC for me about two years ago. They were really quick coming out to the house and with their quote. It took about a week. To get the parts and a day to install it. All the men that worked on it that day were respectful and helpful.Fast-forward to this year and there was an issue with it. I messaged them after hours on a Monday, they scheduled me that night, and they were at my house the next morning to look at the problem. Which turns out wasnt related to their install.Every person Ive dealt over the phone or at my house has been amazing. Really cant say enough good things about my experience with this company.

    Wow!! Have you ever caught yourself accidentally using a slogan/motto unintentionally? I did..Jimmy arrived on time and was super quick in his thorough troubleshooting skills. He navigated his way through his checks quickly diagnosing and providing me with my best options. I had many questions regarding repairs fixes and what I could do as the homeowner. Jimmy explained to my why some of those “other solutions” weren’t the right ones, and how his 19 years of experience has taught him to do things “the right way”.     The guys at Right Way are amazing. After getting 6 bids, they not only had the best price, they had both systems installed Wednesday after ordering on Monday. They got two complete systems installed in one day. They also stayed behind to get thermostats hooked up to the alarm system and explained all the difference and cost savings of going to heat pumps.     I highly recommend Right Way. I called them around 2 in the afternoon, and they had someone out by 5:45. (The receptionist was very polite.) Toby, the President, made the service call. He quickly assessed the issue, explained what was causing the problem, and approved the cost of the replacement part with me before continuing. I believe the pricing was industry standard, and he carried a tablet that allowed me to conveniently pay by card. Total service time took about 15 to 20 minutes, which I was very happy with. As a female that lives alone, having a stranger in your home for necessary repairs causes a good bit of anxiety.     I called them to fix my AC blowing warm air. Jimmy called back within 30 min . When he arrived he inspected the basic stuff like cleanliness of air filter.     I contacted this company via text around 7:30 in the morning and by 8:00a, I had an appointment set between 11 and 12 the same day. Jimmy, the service manager, and his assistant that came out were very kind and professional. This was strictly an issue with the thermostat, inside unit and outside unit not communicating. Not only did the techs fix it, they troubleshooted systems to try and make sure it wouldnt happen again. They then even went a step further and cleaned the areas of the unit that they thought might have been the issue. I could not recommend this company more.

    Our vents were blowing out warm air so I called this company and they were able to get a technician out the same day. So very thankful for Toby coming out.     Toby is a true veteran AC professional. Something you don’t get these days when you call for emergency service, especially in Midland. Toby got us up and running within an hour after our AC went out on a Saturday in 100+ degree weather. Arrived when he said would. It is evident he takes pride in his work and cares more about doing the job right rather than grudgingly churning through customers like the big name companies do.My AC system put off a mildew smell, particularly the return-air vents. My wife called Bosworth, and after a couple weeks their office sent an inexperienced technician without even informing him why he was servicing the address. Within 30 minutes he checked the drain and outside unit and told me our AC system was working just fine with a $100 service call invoice waiting for payment... I asked if he knew why he was at my house (he didnt) and then had to insist on him checking/smelling the return air vents to provide an opinion/solution. He merely suggested making another service call to set up a camera run. It was also quite apparent he was pressured by his company to get out the door and perform some other $100 service call somewhere else.Instead, I called The Right Way HVAC and immediately was provided with multiple cost effective solutions to replace the in-slab return air ductwork. Instead of two weeks waiting for check up I had my problem fixed within two days. I will surely use Toby instead of the big name companies for all my future needs with my HVAC system.
