I cannot tell you how excited I am to find a local shop in Fort Worth to work on my Cadillac XT5. I have always taken my car to be serviced at a Cadillac dealership, however my check engine light came on and the dealership quoted me a crazy amount of money to fix it. I googled shops in the area that specialized in Cadillacs and called around. I was fortunate enough to speak to the owner, Randy, and he was so kind and genuine. He said he could get my car in the next day and have it fixed for a much more reasonable amount and thats exactly what happened. When I picked my car up, I was able to have great conversation with Randy and now I have a local repair shop that I will always go to and recommend to my friends.

My experience was awesome! I towed my car to Masters Touch due to engine issues. I drive a Hyundai and they are having problems with the motor seizing up. It ended up being a manufacturers warranty and I had to take it to a Hyundai dealership. Randy really helped me out!! He was so pleasant and professional! He provided assistance getting my car transferred and worked with my warranty company to ensure a seamless process! I recently broke down in Fort Worth on my home to Houston. I had my car towed to a dealership, in the end the estimate was outrageous and I contacted The Masters touch, spoke to Chris he was amazing in helping to get my car towed and diagnosed quickly. I will highly recommend you all that if you want to get your vehicle serviced here Do it Randy is honest he does not cut corners or fix something that you really dont need. I took my vehicle in for a vacuum leak his mechanic found it and Randy escorted me to the bay where my vehicle was and showed me the problem and told me how much it would cost to fix it which was a really good price. I say this at last this will be my shop from now on.

I can’t say enough good things about The Master’s Touch. I have used them for everything from an oil change to replacing a transmission. They were referred to me about 12 years ago and I have been using them ever since. From a 2006 Nissan Quest that they kept running longer than it should have to resurrecting a 1988 Jeep Wrangler that sat for a few years, Randy (owner) and Matthew (mechanic extraordinaire) have been wonderful to me and my vehicles. Randy tells you up front that he only uses quality parts which might increase the cost a bit but his honesty and integrity and quality of their work are always worth it. I won’t go anywhere else. Also, Chris, the guy who answers the phone - love him too!!!! (The attached photo was from a new car that I bought - they didn’t need to service it but I still wanted their approval🤗)

Its so hard to find an honest and competent mechanic. We tried many different mechanics for a long time. When we took one of our cars to Masters Touch a few years ago, we were delighted and we havent gone anywhere else since then. I like that they provide experienced advice about replacement parts that might be worth upgrading for longevity / performance reasons. But they also advised and provided me less expensive options when the parts are unnecessarily over-priced. I am very happy with the service I get from them.

My truck has 219,000 miles. It needed some work. Engine light was on. Have been looking for a place I could maybe get the engine changed when it failed. I thought the time may have come. I called the Masters Touch and they actually answered the telephone. Hardly anyone answers a phone these days. We had a great conversation and stopped by that afternoon. I asked them go over the truck completely while they had it. I just needed a few things done to bring my truck to get it back to normal. Did not need an engine. They found things that I had forgot and repaired those items as well. I could go on about the masters touch but I have not received this kind of service for a long time. You need talk them about your car or truck. They will take care of you. They were able to get my repairs done within a couple of days. There were a few repairs that were needed. Which they had my truck for a week only to tell me they could not detect what was wrong with my truck. I was told about Masters Touch. I called and talked to Chris. He told me to bring it in and they would check it out and let me know what the problems were. Within a day Chris called and had both of my problems diagnosed and with my approval fixed and ready to go before the end of the workday. Let me start by saying I don’t trust mechanic shops easily. My dad has been a mechanic for over 40 years, so I’ve picked up some knowledge over the years of holding the flashlight lol. Unfortunately he lives 2 hours away, so when my Toyota Camry was vibrating at low speeds he recommended I bring it here. Chris was so helpful and knowledgeable. Didn’t try to upsell me, and it was very reasonably priced. Most of all, gave me peace of mind and that is priceless!

My friends recommended Randy’s shop to me. I am so glad they did! The Master’s Touch was the first shop to listen to my concerns and directly address them. Repairs had been recommended at another shop, but when Randy checked the car for me, they were not needed at all. He saved me $400 by doing that. The repairs that were needed were completed, and he spotted another issue we will address later. He even offered to check over the car for anything else it might need (it’s a 2003) free of charge. The dealer and another shop charge for diagnostics unless you use them for repairs. Thank you for being honest and ethical, Randy. Much appreciated!

When I needed a mechanic back in 1992, my brother told me about Masters Touch. I wont go anywhere else! Theyve always fixed our cars and trucks well, done it quickly and for a very reasonable price. If I take my car in for an oil change theyll look it over and let me know if everything looks good. Randy is great about telling me what Ill need to eventually have fixed and why (and gives me a quote so I know what Im looking at). I have over 200K miles on my Honda Pilot and recently went ahead and had them fix all the parts that were wearing out. I fully expect to get another 100K or more miles from it. It rides great!Its so hard to find honest mechanics with integrity. Thats who youll find at Masters Touch. Thanks for all the great work through the years, Randy and crew!

Customer service is everything. I just moved to Fort Worth and needed work done to my wifes car. I was concerned about finding a trustworthy mechanic. Randy was great. I have used this business two times the 1st time they replaced the engine timing belt and saved me considerable money after another place said I would have to replace the entire engine. Now I came back to have them replace my shocks and struts as well as one of my tire rods. They are very honest and don’t suggest any work that is not really needed. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and it’s ready to go that evening. I plan to use them for every service they have available from now on. Great place to bring your vehicle! I would highly recommend this shop. They are very professional, understanding and efficient. My check engine light went on the other morning and my car was stalling. I am new to Texas and did not know of any good car shops to go to. I read the reviews online and decided to give them a call. Randy was very pleasant to speak too and told me to bring my car in right away and he would look at it. I only have 1 means of transportation and not knowing many people in the area makes it hard but Randy was able to get the car in, diagnose the issue and have my car back to me by the end of the day. They made me aware of any problems my car was having but did not try to pressure me to anything. Took my Chevy Colorado for a diagnostic check. I was very satisfied with Chris the receptionist. He insured me that my truck would get a diagnostic done that day and they did. I thought it would take a few days to get the repairs done on my truck nope. It was diagnosed that day and repaired that same day. I can see why they have such great ratings. Theyre very straightforward, priced competitively, they dont rush explanations, and they dont push anything without giving a thorough explanation. (2013) Just picked up my car from The Masters Touch. Another great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Randy and his team. They do great work and they have the single most important quality in an auto repair shop: HONESTY. Those of you with newer cars that youre trying to keep in warranty, take note that they do scheduled maintenance as well. You dont have to take your car to the dealer in order to stay in warranty.UPDATE (5/7/2016): Picked up our car again a few days ago. Randy and his team are still doing a great job from start to finish. They always get our vehicles back to us in a timely manner with a job well done. Something I really appreciate about them is that they give you a detailed invoice, go over it with you, and are patient with any questions you may have.

We recently purchased a 2003 Saturn Vue with low mileage. It came with several problems, but the biggest ones were it wouldnt stay running and all parts are obsolete.After trying to get the vehicle running ourselves, I researched Saturn repair shops online and found The Masters Touch Professional Auto Repair in Fort Worth.Randy Wood, the manager, and his office assistant, Chris, helped us out with getting our vehicle finally operating correctly.The shop found a rebuilt BCM unit (body control module) that it needed (and we couldnt find the unit online ourselves) - which is also an obsolete part, and they installed it and reprogrammed it to work in our vehicle.However, it was a rebuilt / used item, and it failed within about two weeks.No problem, we had it towed back in to the shop by our insurance company, and Randy got right on it diagnosing the problem. He found the BCM unit was not working. He contacted the company who he bought it from originally, and they refunded the purchase. Then he contacted another rebuilder and bought another BCM rebuilt unit. The second unit was installed and reprogrammed to work in our vehicle. All the work was done under warranty.Mr. Wood even had to pay a programmer 3x to reprogram the two BCM modules he had purchased for our vehicle, but we were only charged 1x for it - the first time it was done.We also had him do a general inspection of this vehicle after we mentioned the brakes squealed and so did the power steering when turning the steering wheel. He said we had brakes, but they were cheap, and the power steering unit was leaking oil. We had his shop replace the brakes and again he had to find a good used power steering unit since like we said - all parts are obsolete.His shop was professional and informative. Mr. Wood called us personally and kept us up-to-date on all repairs and new issues. We own Ramseys Rods and Restoration for the last 31 years in Fort Worth, and we usually handle our own personal vehicles in our shop. However, this vehicle was too new to be in our shop, and with obsolete parts I need to find another good automotive repair shop.All I can say at this point in my review is that I told Randy Wood when I walked out his door, now I know a reputable, ethical and professional auto repair shop for all my other current model needs.

I must say.. WE ALL know that a good mechanic is HARD to find!! BUT I am sooo VERY glad I found this place!!! They have worked on my high mileage vehicle a FEW times now and ALWAYS are great on price compared to others, they make the repairs quickly & WELL and NOT once have EVER tried to add anything on to what I needed done or tried to talk me into ANY repairs that might be costly or might not be needed…like we all worry about! Took my Truck to these guys with an oil leak.. another shop said it was the rear main seal.. these guys had the best price in town. But on further inspection I was miss diagnosed at the other shop and these guys found the actual problem and fixed it in a timely manner and I have not a drop of oil coming out of my truck now!! I couldnt be happier haha... These guys are honest mechanics and they do an amazing job and I will definitely be making this shop my new go to place for my vehicles! As a single female, it’s very nerve racking to try and figure out where to go when you’re needing auto repairs. My internet search led me to Masters Touch. Starting with my initial call, I found Mr. Randy the owner to be very pleasant, but it was his willingness to educate me on the problem that I had described and our discussions on repair options that made me feel at ease. We started with a diagnosis and a follow up call with his findings. I trusted his findings and gave him the go ahead to repair. The cost was fair for the amount of labor that was involved. I had just bought an used car and it immediately started giving me problems. After a week the check engine light came on, other places told me oh you just need a tune up so I started searching on google and after seeing the awesome reviews for Randy & his shop I decided to give him a call. When I called Randy explained to me what a tune up meant and that it probably wouldnt fix my problem, he told me to bring it in and drop it off and he would find the problem & by the end of the day I had my car back! Randy explained to me what had gone wrong and how they fixed and another problem that might arise. About a week later that problem arised, I gave him a call and he had my car back me that same day! I was super sketchy about finding a mechanic because Im not from here but Im very thankful I found this place! Randy and his team are awesome to work with. They all possess integrity in their work ethics when it comes to pricing and the quality of the work completed. They serviced my 2005 Chrsyler 300C SRT8. Because this particular year and model of the 300C was very rare the suspension parts were hard to find. Chrysler was back-ordered for months and months. Randy WORKED FEVERISHLY to find these parts for me and get my car back up to standard again. It was my first time here and I highly recommend this place to get your car fixed. I have an old 99 le sabre buick that needed a lot of work done with the front breaks and tie rod ends. Its been a few months now and it still feels brand new with no problems. They are very good with communication and quick with their work. I have been a customer here for several years now. I had been treated to the stereotypical attitude of auto mechanics to women for years, I had even gone so far as to ask for help from male friends to deal with my previous auto shop mechanics for simple issues.A coworker of mine recommended these guys to troubleshoot an issue that had previously been termed ‘a figment of my imagination’. Not only were they able to diagnose the issue, they looked into if there was a recall in the works yet (which they confirmed to me that it was still under investigation), and told me what needed to happen to stopgap the issue until the recall came through (still waiting on this part unfortunately).Randy and all of his guys are super respectful, communicative, helpful, and willing to explain what is actually wrong with the car. I now take my car exclusively to them and when they work on it they look it over to make sure there aren’t any other issues that I haven’t asked about. This isn’t just about finding other simple things to make an extra buck. If I say no, they explain what could happen and why it should actually happen instead of giving me a sales pitch. Basically they treat me as another capable human being, instead of a ‘dumb female‘.Overall, Master’s Touch and their crew are amazing. Not only had the previous mechanics misdiagnosed the problem, they actually damaged a part behind the dash.Randy found the problem and diagnosed it correctly. 2004 Escalade Motor replacement. It is very difficult to find an honest repair shop these days, and normally I steer clear of any business that references in any way to Christianity, but after speaking to Randy I decided to use this shop. It has been a year long struggle dealing with other shops in fort worth that simply failed in the ability to fix my truck. they placed the new motor back in May 2016 and it has to date had only 1 issue which was immediately handled by the shop. I just placed the vehicle in again for the follow up 1st oil change and they also replaced a a/c hose at the same time. Randy made it a great experience and I personally look forward to getting any repairs I have in the future from them. My only issue is that I wish they worked on weekends... BUT I WOULD RECCOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!!

He told me that he had worked at a dealership for over twenty years.But when I arrived at this location I told the gentleman what was happening. He told me to leave it with him so that he could check it out. He called the next day and told me some things that was wrong that I didn’t tell him about. These things I had already known, but I wanted to see if he would find them. Well he did as well as some other things that I didn’t know. He was able to get my problems solved. and he was able to repair some things that normally I would have to take it to the dealership to get it repaired. The other places that I had taken my vehicle to before didn’t have the technology to program certain things afterwards. This place does good repair work as well as a lot of the repairs that you would normally have to go to the dealership for. I plan on taking my other vehicle to get repairs done as well.
