Honestly don’t know what else to say to convince you to go with Sons of Air Cooling and Heating. Jon is trustworthy, fast, efficient, and exceptional with communication. Jon really makes it feel like he will stop on a dime for his customers, finding anyway to make sure that they’re not only getting great customer service but a phenomenal product at a great price. I don’t normally leave reviews but this brother and his company are definitely worth your money and time! Shout out Jacob, one of his installers, great personality and communication, fast and efficient worker. If I had questions walked me through the process to where I could comprehend what was happening. 12/10 don’t choose anybody else and I mean that on God!For reference, we chose to get a Daikin, 18,000btu.

I was in a real bind, had freshly been ghosted by a previous a/c repairman that I paid $500 to fix the problem and never responded when I called back with further issues......but when I called Jon, he not only fixed the issue and worked with me on the price, but followed up and made sure I was taken care of. Our experience with Sons of Air was beyond our expectations. My in-laws AC stopped working (June heat in San Antonio) and they had over 5 fans trying to keep a two story home as cool as possible. It was over 80 degrees inside the home. My in-laws called a couple of companies which had quoted them thousands of dollars with insurance and required a new AC unit claiming theirs no longer functioned and had to be completely replaced. We were referred by a friend to Sons of Air. Jon responded to our call literally within a minute. He was very professional and understanding on the phone. He scheduled my in-laws early the next morning at 9am (we called close to 11pm) and was able to arrive earlier. While interacting with Jon he was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He let us know exactly what the problem was and informed us on what was wrong and how it was being fixed. Jon had the AC working in less than an hour at a very affordable rate and did not try to push any sales or strong arm my in-laws. For those of us that read reviews I strongly recommend using this company and experiencing an honest knowledgeable company. Thank you Jon for your help and wonderful customer service skills and honesty that helped our family save thousands of dollars.

Jon was incredibly fast, professional, and thorough. He made time in his schedule the same day I called and was here fast to take care of my AC unit when it went out. I knew a capacitor was dying, but he also went the extra mile by cleaning the outside equipment and checking the whole system. He found that I was low on refrigerant, probably from it being undercharged when the unit was first installed. You cannot go wrong hiring him!

My hvac condenser stopped working early Friday morning and I called Sons of Air Cooling and Heating for repair. Jon, the company’s owner returned my call and booked me the same day within a couple of hours from my call. Once Sons of Air Cooling and Heating came by, the inspection and repair was quick. Our capacitor was changed out and the cooling in the house immediately got better than it was before. I highly recommend Sons of Air Cooling and Heating for their fast and friendly service.

Very big thank you to Sons of Air Cooling and Heating. Air compressor stopped working in the middle of the night and was already getting hot inside house by morning. I called John who did a temporary fix just to get cold air for my family until he could get the correct part. Within a few hours not only did he repair my A/C but did a maintenance and educated me on some pointers for my unit. I really appreciate the quick response on these extremely hot days. Would definitely not consider Airtron do to other unprofessional reasons but would highly recommended Sons of Air Cooling and Heating.

This company has been a Godsend. Theyve assisted us with issues in the past, and this year they replaced (& moved) our entire system when it finally kicked the bucket. They are super responsive, always come when they say they will, and we only had to wait 2 days from estimate to installation for our new system. They are professional, efficient, and guarantee their work. Theyre also priced extremely fairly, which was really a relief after seeing some of the other quotes we received (& for lesser quality systems). They will not nickle and dime you. We wont be using anyone else while theyre in business.

Quick and easy experience with Sons of Air Cooling and Heating. I had a clogged drain pipe for my AC unit and the backup drainage covered my porch with water. Sons of Air came out same day i called within a couple of hours and cleared the drainage pipe and also gave me tips for up-keeping my unit myself.
