    Finally an HONEST A/C company to work with!! Most other companies didnt want to fix the issues. Instead of sending out a repairman, they were more of sales person wanting me to spend 10-20k!!! Us seniors are being taken advantage of,, sad but Not with Pilot-Thank goodness!!!

    I had a wonderful experience with Pilot Heating and Cooling. Had to get my old HVAC system replaced. The owner, Mr Doug, offered me a very competitive price and guaranteed his work with no hassle. He stayed in contact with me thoughout the entire process and even did a follow up call days after the installation to make sure no issues. His crew was honest and also pointed out a potential electrical fire hazard with my house. Their family-oriented company values won me over. I recommend these guys if you are new to the area.

    Pilot Heating and Cooling is a top notch company. The owner is very honest and trustworthy. No hidden sales pitches. He will tell you exactly what you need for absolutely the lowest price. Expert technicians that are very knowledgeable and friendly and courteous. Also very thorough and all work is guaranteed. I wouldnt recomend anyone else.

    I’ve had multiple companies come out to try and fix an ongoing issue with my AC including Champion AC and Jon Wayne and both companies only temporarily fixed the issue, Pilot came out with an AWESOME price and PERMANENTLY fixed my issue, not sure what they did right but I’ve had hard blowing air conditioning and money in my wallet ever since! Would highly recommend to anyone!

    Had a tech come to my new house after the AC went out in august. They were very fast, professional, super polite, and weve been living cool ever since. We have a pretty old system and yet pilot still was able to get us taken care of.
