    We LOVED our experience with Payne. They installed our new ac system. Their technicians were on time, very respectful and worked quickly. The Payne company made purchasing our new unit easy and stress-free. The financing application was done over the phone and we received the results within thirty minutes. The office workers also treated me great on the phone. We are very happy with our decision to use the Payne company.

    Technician arrived at the scheduled time. Reviewed and checked out the roof top unit quickly and efficiently. Determined what the issue was and presented the issue and the proposed solution clearly so that we understood what is happening. He informed us he would be going to the supply house and would return as soon as possible to make the repair. He returned within the hour and was able to make the repair the same day. He then checked with us to make sure everything was ok before he left. We appreciated his professional attitude, presentation, and appearance.

    Excellent service. I had plumbing problems that needed to be fixed quickly. I called Payne mechanical and they had someone out the next morning. They worked out my issues in a speedy manor and were very polite and professional the whole time at my home.

    Our service technicians were on time, super courteous, and extremely efficient. They completely replaced our furnace in our attic with the temps above 122 degrees in under 8 hours (and even with a lunch break). Thank you, Payne! Yall are amazing!

    Absolutely amazing company! We had our AC system break in the middle of summer, they were here within a day of calling for an estimate. There was no pitch to sell us something we didn’t need, just facts. We couldn’t be happier with our new AC system and how it was installed. Also any plumbing issues we call and someone is at our house ASAP and the issue fixed immediately. We do not go to anyone else but Payne!

    Excellent customer service! Pleasant to work with and very professional. I would recommend to anyone that needs reasonably priced and very responsive air conditioning and plumbing service. I plan to call them when I am ready to upgrade my 10 yr old A/C unit.

    We have used Payne Mechanical for many years including installation of two central units. We have always been extremely satisfied with their prompt response and thorough job. This time, however, my wife noticed after the technician has left that he had tracked mud into the house and left several parts which obviously were no longer being used inside the closet where the unit is. I deducted one star for this although I would normally take off more for tracking mud in but the company has done such a stellar job in the past I only felt that the deduction of 1-star was appropriate. We will continue to use Payne for all our heating and air conditioning needs.

    Wendy in Shreveport office is awesome. Very professional and knew exactly what her job was, to make the customer happy. A plumbing issue occurred at my house and she was both friendly and courteous regarding my upcoming repair by them!! A highly recommend Payne !!!!!

Quick quality service. Installed my new gas hot water heater this morning. Cleaned out roots. Came in at 8am and done by 10:30am. Great job.

    Service tech arrived on time, clean clothes & vehicle. Proceeded to work immediately and determined cause of failure & initiated repair after brief consultation. Damage from ants in circuitry, not a warranty failure, but sought warranty coverage anyway. Approved by vendor for coverage as a courtesy.Began & finished repairs in a rapid yet professional manner, minimum chit-chat. Tested repairs, cleaned area of debris & left.Could not have asked for better service!

    First Brenda and Wendy are so kind...they get service to you as quickly as possible...they call to tell you the service man is on his way and I have always had the best service men ....very kind and professional....today. Mark was my service man and I don’t recall having him before and he was super ....replaced toilet tank “”guts “” (lol) on both toilets and asked was there anything else he could help me with and his last words were to “”””call us if we can help you in any way””””....Payne has always been good to me and I thank God for their help!!!     I HAD A NEW A/C & FURNACE INSTALLED AT MY HOME BY PAYNE MECHANICAL SERVICES OCTOBER 2015. IT WAS DONE IN ONE DAY AND THE WORK WAS GREAT. SIX MONTHS LATER I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE A/C. CALLED PAYNE AND THEY SENT TECH OUT SAME DAY. IT WAS A FAULTY FACTORY PART AND IT WAS REPLACED SAME DAY @ NO CHARGE. THE RESIDENTIAL MANAGER CALLED ME A COUPLE DAYS LATER TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS WELL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE COMPANY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PAYNE.
