We had an issue when our heater stopped working late one afternoon. We left them a message because it was after hours and they came out the next morning and checked heater out and made sure it was working correctly. Great tech let us know everything he did and was very friendly and courteous.

Chris is very awesome, was very understanding and was very explanatory and caring, he went above and beyond to do what he could to help me and my family. Being a single mother pregnant and taking care of a mother who just suffered a stroke not too long ago I started crying after finding out how much it was going to cost to have the whole unit replace. Chris did everything he could to help. It was how much he cared. But once I am able to come up with the money to pay for a brand new HVAC unit I will definitely be coming back for their service and will be requesting Chris.

He was very professional walking me through every step he took and walked me through the process of getting a new unit and they will be installing it tomorrow. Cody and another tech(didn’t catch his name) installed our new unit today. There professionalism and craftsmanship were impeccable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a new unit installed.

Service tech came out and tried to get mini split system diagnosed and he did his best and called the manufacture to get assistance but was a language barrier on the other end.On the Double was prompt and very thorough with what the technician could do with very little help from the manufacturer. Braden was very punctual and the receptionist that took my call was very nice and helpful on getting me on a very quick schedule.

Not only did C_Rusty take care of the issue, he also proposed a solution we were never offered before. We had always been told it was bc we needed to change our filters more often. It ends up that it is the way the piping has so many 90 degree angles that it gets clogged every year. I highly recommend On THE Double Cooling and Heating! Such a great company. Over the phone I informed them that my AC wasn’t cooling off like it usually did. They got me scheduled the early part the following week. Josh gave me a rough estimate on the service but also told me about their membership to getting two cleanings and preparation done a year. The tech came out and took care of minor issues without a charge and then ran the numbers on the cost of my actual repair. My AC is running perfect now. I will continue to use this company for all of my AC issues. I highly recommend them.

The fan in my AC unit stopped spinning last night so the house wasn’t cooling very well. I called On The Double at 8AM this morning after looking at reviews did different places. Eric was scheduled to for 11AM and was on time. I wasn’t expecting to be able to get serviced so quickly! Some parts needed to be replaced and Eric was super informative and able to answer all my questions. (I had A LOT!) He was so patient and professional. We found the right package for my budget and he got my parts replaced. I’m set up with the rewards program now so I can keep up with maintenance. These guys are the best. A/C stopped cooling morning of 6/20. I texted Josh at 8:00AM, and got a reply within 20 minutes. With temps in the 100s, companies are very busy, but he got me on the schedule for 3 oclock the next day(6/21). About 8:00AM on 6/21, I got a call from Ashley asking if they could move the appt up to 1:00(absolutely). Cody & Israel met me and checked the whole system (units, ductwork, and insulation). They confirmed my suspicion of faulty compressor capacitor. And helped figure out why Ive replaced several capacitors over the years. They replaced bad capacitor and fixed up some more to prevent failure in the future. They were really friendly and gave options to keep my 16 year old units working. I was really worried they would recommend just replacing everything. But they affordibly repaired it and gave me options to keep it going. These guys are looking out for their customers, and customers pocketbooks. I look forward to them taking care of my heating/air for years to come. Cannot say enough good about Cody and Israel, very professional, hard working, and friendly guys.
