We were in major need of fixing our AC/Heat unit system that was failing us. Eddie and his son, Eddie Jr and Jamar came in and looked the system over in detail and came up with a great solution that fit our budget and needs! I was very impressed with how they figured it all out right in time before this crazy cold weather hit! I would highly recommended over and over again Eddie Urdiales and his team! They do amazing work and truly cares about his customers and their well being! They were at our house quick and was very efficient and put a lot of pride in the work they do! If there was a scale of 1 through 10, I would give a 10! Thank you so much for being there for us at a major time of need!

I can not recommend Eddie and his team enough! They were referred to me and I’m very thankful they were. His employees are personable and very pleasant to have in your home. He offers excellent service at a reasonable price. Don’t let the name fool you, he will come south to San Antonio! He also fixes other systems beside just HVAC, so give him a shout for plumbing and other items. You won’t regret calling Eddie!

Eddie and his team are absolutely fantastic—kind, honest, thorough, and fair! He quickly diagnosed my issue and had the repair done in no time. I ran into a problem in the middle of the night and noticed his company was open 24/7. At first, I was skeptical since many companies advertise 24/7 service but just have you leave a voicemail and wait for a call back.I was ready to schedule service for the next day, but to my surprise, Eddie answered the phone and offered to come out the same day!Eddie’s service went above and beyond my expectations. His team shares his commitment to excellent service, and it really shows. If you run into AC trouble, definitely give these guys a call!

Excellent service! When our AC went out Eddie was quick to respond and came out that same day. The issue was diagnosed and repaired quickly. We appreciated his timeliness and each of his employees knowledge, customer service and professionalism. Very informative, honest and very competitive! So thankful for this business! Our AC broke last night, it’s mid summer and inside got hot fast! With a baby and another small child we wanted to have it fixed asap.We called everywhere, all the big names thinking they’d answer fast and come out ASAP, they did not.However, we called New Braunfels Heating and Cooling, left a message and immediately got a call back. They were super helpful and informative, went over all of what it could be based on what we told them and went over possibilities and cost.The technician was very polite, he came out and verified the issue, got the part and had it fixed in less than an hour! All before the big name companies even called back to set an appointment!My house is cooling and my kids are no longer sweating and uncomfortable!! So thankful for them!!

The technician was very professional, explained everything he was doing and had us back up and running in no time. Eddie then called us back on Monday to check everything out, with a follow up visit on Tuesday to make sure everything was still functioning properly! Eddie Urdiales with New Braunfels Heating and Cooling did an amazing job installing the new HVAC systems at my rental property. He came down from New Braunfels during a storm to help me out without any expectations. After it was determined the system had to be replaced, he moved around his schedule to get everything installed as soon as possible without impacting my tenants too much. Eddie is a super nice guy and communicated thoroughly with me and my tenants to get everything done. Even with me being deployed at the moment, he kept me informed all the way. I would 1000% work with him again in the future.

One of the best service Ive ever had! 10 out of 10! They were able to fulfill my AC needs just in time for the heat! Its not too hot out yet but it is one less thing that I have to worry about now. My central air went out around 11:30 pm - 12:00 am. eddie and his helper arrived around 1:00 am. i needed a new air conditioning system. eddie found one that did not cost an arm and a leg. he installed it two days later, as it was raining the next day. he put in a window unit in my bedroom so my house would be cool that night and the next day. i highly recommend New Braunfels Heating and Cooling. they were kind and courteous and did a great job.

I needed someone to come out to check my sister in law HVAC equipment. When I called they were ready to come out same day and checked out the system. They were very professional and explained everything they were doing. They cleaned the unit, installed Freon and cleaned the drain lines. They got my business and I would recommend them to everyone.
