We just had our A/C replaced this week. After much calling and questions, we settled on them. They were professional, responsive and did an amazing job. They followed all Covid protocols and we felt at ease knowing we made a good decision. They did not try to upsell us on more than we needed. We paid $6,800 for a new A/C and furnace for a 2400 sq. ft. home. HIRE them, you wont regret it.

My Team and Home Commercial Services worked very hard to fit us in for a water heater installation. We had to leave town in two days so they were able to provide a next day service. Brad did an excellent job in installing the new water heater in spite of some complicated repiping work. The price is very reasonable. I found this company at Yelp for five star reviews and they truly delivered a Five Star job! I highly recommend it.

My Team came out Sunday morning after my 21 year old a/c quit working. Brad arrived at my house an hour after I called. He had my air running in a few minutes and with a quick diagnosis recommended replacing. Brad gave me a general quote and e-mailed a detailed quote for a complete 5 ton system replacement that could be done as soon as Tuesday. They came out as scheduled and now I have an amazing system. The brand I was quoted was not available. They upgraded me to a better system for the same price. This is a fantastic company that I will recommend and use in the future. These guys are ready to take care of their customers, professional, detailed work with great prices.I am very happy I called My Team

We had to replace our water heater and My Team was able to come out same day! Farris (I hope I’m spelling that right) came and uninstalled our water heater, swapped it out for us at the store because it was still under warranty, and reinstalled a new one. Farris was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He did efficient, good work and even cleaned up after! I was so impressed that I asked him for his managers info so I could brag on him! We have also had our HVAC repaired/cleaned/installed and maintained by My Team and everything has always been done well with a fair price. I highly recommend this awesome company.

The work itself was good and very fairly priced. My Team seems to be transparent with their costs and I greatly appreciate that.However, I was informed by my tenant that while working on a plumbing issue, My Team used one of his brand new towels to clean up a toilet leak. I wouldnt expect this to be what normally happens, but I think this happening even on occasion is unreasonable. Even still, it was bad that I had to hear about it from my tenant instead of from the My Team member responsible.Edit: My Team took ownership of the incident and my initial review was based off of my tenant’s perspective. Overall my experience with him personally was very good and I will be using them in the future

We had MY TEAM install our new air conditioner and coils today. Very excellent service........I will definitely use them again. They went well beyond what one would expect. We had to deal with the home warranty company and they jumped right in to keep in touch with them and prod them along. The units were delivered to them on Thursday and Friday they were here to install and get our house back to the cool zone once again. They also respected my desire to keep adequate distance And wore face coverings. Thanx guys!!

The first repair was on our AC. Stephen was so knowledgeable and quickly fixed our AC. What I really appreciated was he was empathetic to our situation, and I felt went above and beyond to make the repair happen quickly. I was working that day, and he pulled the job off on my lunch hour. Most importantly, he fixed it and the AC has never cooled like this. Very impressed with his knowledge base, and his attention to detail. I missed giving feedback for him, so I did want to say he was awesome! That experience led me to call back for help with our heater. I immediately got a call back and service was set for the next day.Today, the second repair, was on our heater. It would turn on but was not heating at all. Ryan did an excellent job. He was actually early to the appointment, and asked prior if he might could come earlier, which I thought was awesome because it was really cold in our home. It’s a cold day, and the fact that he did the repair as fast as possible was a plus. The service he provided was professional and courteous, and he was also empathetic to our situation. Now it’s nice and warm in our home, and given that we are about to have super cold temps this week, I am so grateful. Very affordable service. I really like that the estimate fee is only $35 and then that fee applies toward the service done. That meant even if we could not afford the repair, we could at least know what we were looking at for a super affordable rate; which was an added bonus. The circuit thing in our HVAC outdoor fan had gotten stuck on, and I was worried about the wear of it being on all all weekend. Then the indoor unit started popping because of some freezing or leaking issues, so I called around to multiple places. It was early Sunday morning, and a few places said a technician would call me later, but as I kept calling around, no one contacted me. After calling MYTeam, it was less than a minute until I got a call from a technician. Then the guy finished up the job he was on and was at my place less than an hour later. He knew just the problem, had the part to fix it, and provided excellent service for a great price. Now we dont have to worry about our AC breaking when it is still hot outside. So easy! We are new homeowners, and I am a little out of my depth with a lot of this stuff, but now at least I know who to call if something breaks down.

Andrew who assisted us with a botched handyman job fix our issue after hours without hesitation. Really dig the text message updates to know when theyre arriving and what the expected time window is, only an hour not like other businesses that give you a big window. Highly recommend going with them for any of their services, theyll definitely be my go to for future work.

The folks at My TEAM were great. The A/C at my business was not performing well and I called to get someone to look at asap. They came out within hours and did a bit of PM on the roof-top unit. This got it functional but they also noticed that I had weak fans and other potential failures and ask if it was okay to come back and do a detailed inspection. We scheduled the visit for a Monday and wouldnt you know it, the unit failed on Sunday Night. On Monday, the technician arrived I told him it was out. He did his inspection and found the problem (a bad motor, killed the capacitor, and it was not coming on). I have him the okay to repair, he was back in 2.5 hours with the motor and had us back and operational within 1.5 hours of arrival. I cant discuss or compare pricing but it did not matter, I was in a critical need, they came out, was very professional, and prompt. I highly recommend them

This is our second time using my Team Service. Both time we had an emergency first with my water heather next day pretty early they were here to replace it. Next time the outside valve water connection began leaking after the storm and next day they were here. 6/6/2021I’ve used these folks 3 times so far, once for a new AC, once for a water softener install, and once for a mini-split repair. Solid professionals, excellent work - it is as if they were working on their own home. You simply cannot go wrong!5/20/2020My compressor sprung a leak over the weekend, and as a next level DIY’er, I thought about welding a repair myself. My better judgement (and roommates) got the better of me, and I called these guys.Andrew came out and agreed with my assessment, and initially suggested that I only replace the condenser, offering some less expensive options - he didn’t try to “upsell” me into a full replacement, or push any fiscal agenda.Anticipating longevity of the unit, I opted on my own to replace everything. Andrew and 1 other guy from the team we’re able to do the job in less than a full day.Everything I’d been told to check for In an install, they did - solid complete welds, soft bends in copper tubing, and a couple of hours on a 2 stage pump. Though they probably could have gotten away with not doing it (and I wouldn’t have known to ask), they added freon to optimum level, and load balanced the system. The completed job was clean, mastic where it was needed, sealed tight and the work area cleaned.What a difference in professionalism from any contractor I’ve ever used!

A good all-around experience, would use them again. The only quibble is the four guys that came to do the install of my A/C unit in the attic. No personality, none of them. I tried to engage with them, chatting (not a lot, just initially when they showed up and occasionally when checking in - they were there for about eight hours) and they just didnt engage with me. I recommend they go on customer service training so that they know its important to convey a positive and happy demeanor when in someones house and the owner asks you a question. These things are expensive and so I think its worth the time spent to make the customer feel like they are getting something worth while. Agreed: Theyre there to install an A/C unit and the important thing is that they do that properly and well (which Im sure they did), Im just saying, look more happy about doing it, and be more personable, can you?

Our A/C was on its last leg and we decided on a Friday to just go ahead and replace the unit before it broke (it was over 20 years old). Then our A/C helped our process along by breaking just 2 days later.I got quotes for a unit replacement from 5 companies. From what I found, the bigger companies cost thousands of dollars more. But if you are someone who really likes the peace of mind of a bigger company handling the job, then you may want to do that. The companies who were a little smaller offered more reasonable prices for the same types of units and labor, My Team being one of them. By no means does this mean My Team was inexperienced.JD was my main contact during the process. He was new to the company at the time, but had over 5 years of experience. He came to my house to give me a quote after looking at my unit. I am someone who does my research, so I knew some different types of questions to ask and knew what might be offered. He legitimately listened to my familys needs and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. He gave me multiple options to choose from and explained how different types of set ups could work. He was understanding that I was looking for other options and was patent with me while I made a decision.After finally deciding to go with My Team (I should have made the decision sooner), they were very realistic with when they would be able to arrive to work on my replacement and were on time when they finished up their other job and could start on mine.They did a great job with the replacement, but as too many home improvement projects go, there was a problem. I had a faulty wire going from my unit to my downstairs thermostat. JD worked on trying to bypass the inoperable wire for an hour or two in order to save me money and more work. I really appreciated him for this! Unfortunately the wire was too fried. So I asked them to go ahead and rerun the wire from the unit in the attic to the first floor of my two story home. They did a great job by not cutting more drywall than was necessary, and successfully ran the wire to get my downstairs thermostat working.I was also able to chat with one of the owners Andrew during the replacement process. He was also very professional and polite. My Team respected my time, my family, and my property as the worked. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home feeling nice and cool. I didnt know an A/C could actually cool a house so fast!JD is the man! Before leaving, he showed me some easy things I could do to help maintain my unit throughout the years and gave me a quick rundown of what was installed and what I was looking at. One las thing to mention would be that they have financing options if that is something you need. I would highly recommend My Team if you need an A/C replacement!

This is my second time calling out to this company for hvac services and once again all is great. I didn’t decide to have the regular maintenance performed on first visit so I scheduled a time when I could be home so that I was able to get an in person report. My service guy was extremely professional and answered all my questions. I feel very comfortable in knowing my hvac is on its way to many years of service and if I need assistance with anything further I’d definitely call My Team Services again.
