Awesome company that I have used on several occasions. I normally have the pleasure of the owner servicing my home but today I had the pleasure of the owners son, AJ. I must say that the apple does not fall far from the tree! AJ was very knowledgeable, humble and very manurable. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what he would be doing to fix it. He also gave suggestions on maintenance with no pressure to purchase. I cant say enough about this company! Awesome! I will continue to use them!

The service that was provided to me from Loving Care was exemplary. Mr. A. Loving is a knowledgeable A/C and heating professional. He made sure that I understood everything that he was doing. Mr. Loving also showed me all that he was doing. He even took the time to explain to me what type of test he was running that will show the defining factor of the problem. I was told what repair option was my best choice. The option of repair choice was solely left up to me. I love the fact that I wasn’t being forced into a repair option that did not fit my budget. The best part of the entire experience was that Mr. A. Loving was an HONEST person. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the service of his company to my family, friends, people of my community and people that are looking for a REPUTABLE company to service their homes and or businesses. I cant say enough about this company! Same day service and it was excellent. He provided step by step repair options and I was not pressured or tricked into any additional work. He did recommend future service as a preventative maintenance. Problem with AC was located and fixed within 2 hours! I highly recommend this company and will I use for all future services. You have a forever client!
