    Excellent service and response time. My realtor highly recommended contacting Robert at Lone Star Heat and AC for seasonal tune-ups and/or service. I did not heed his advice and thought I would save money going through my Home Warranty service, but ended up spending more because of a fee for each service request, wasting a month of back and forth, and getting a high quote for furnace repair. I finally called Robert and he met me at the house within a couple of hours and provided a good quote within 10 mins (less than 20mins total incl. inspection and checking on availability of parts). He scheduled repair of my blower motor first thing in the morning the next day. Got my heater back to working and installed a surge protector in about 1.5hrs. Not a lot of HVAC companies out there you can trust and rely on. Thank you!

    Would use again in a heart beat for any HVAC issues. Lone Star was very quick (same day house visit and next day repair) and fair on pricing for a frozen coil replacement. They weren’t pushy on additional repairs, just fixed the issue at hand and got our AC back on within 24 hours.A refreshing contrast to other HVAC companies like the one we initially reached out to who recommended a $40k complete rebuild for an issue Lone Star fixed for less than 10% of that.

    Excellent. They replaced my 30+ year-old system last summer (which has made all the difference in these summers!) I called because of a reoccurring issue and they had a tech out here the next day. They were efficient in diagnosing the issue and presenting me with a solution that worked!11/10 I recommend this company to anyone with AC/heating problems or who are in the market to replace their system.

    AC gave out during the hottest day of summer. Called Robert and he came out to inspect not once but twice, because he wanted to make sure our rooftop unit is installed correctly.     Our AC went out at 9PM on a Friday, and we called Lone Star immediately and set up an appointment for 8AM the next day. The repairman was right on time and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again in the future for all of our repairs!

    The Lone Star Heat & AC company is the BEST, and is highly recommended for any and/or all of your heating and cooling needs. The installation work was reasonably priced and done exceptionally well. Owner Robert was very responsive to my questions related to the unit installation. The crew arrived on-time, continuously worked hard until the installation was complete (in the hot attic), was professional and courteous, and was very experienced/ knowledgeable. Additionally, they were clean/tidy inside of and outside of the work area, and were very honest throughout the process.I particularly appreciated how the lead installer showed me how the unit works and how to maintain it.I could use more positive adjectives to describe this exceptional Lone Star team, but suffice it to say that they should be the first company you call when you need AC/heating service.Thank you very much, Lone Star- I appreciate the crew’s hard, hard work immensely.

    My AC stopped working late in the evening. I had a friend that recommended lone star so I gave them a call. Lone star actually came out that same night. It was late around 9 pm and he still showed up. He checked to see if there was anything he could do to get our house cool since we have a 2 year old. Unfortunately our AC was completely fried and it was late so out of the kindness of his heart he gave me a portable AC unit that he had in his van at no extra charge. I thought the service here was amazing. We had to replace our whole unit and he gave us a really good price. I was very please with the service when they came to replace everything. They were fast and efficient. I would recommend this company to everyone.

    My ac went out at the worst time. These folks showed up quickly and right on time. Charged me a fair price for repair. Even though my system is older he did not pressure me to replace the whole thing like most companies do. When I am ready for a new system it will definitely be from lone star.     This is an AMAZING business. Best HVAC company in Houston...I did alot of research. They came to check my store hvac system and told me what was wrong for FREE!. I called 2 other companies and both companies charged me $70 and $90 just to come check. One of the other companies lied and said the motor was broken,just to RIP me off for $800. The other companies were also going to charge me more than $7000 to replace my hvac. Lone Star charged $5000 for the same hvac replacement. I LOVE their service,their price, always on time and most importantly, they were honest and straightforward the entire time. I would recommend to everyone.

    Was a sunday night when my ac went out and of 3 companies they wasted no time getting me taken care of. One company wouldnt give me a time and the other was changing an arm and a leg. Nancy was great and the tech was very helpful! My ac hasnt ran this good even when I bought the house you wont be disappointed
