I don’t know where to start this is amazing ppl here my car almost got on fire if these guys didn’t come almost lost my car and maybe something could happen if the manager nour didn’t come and helped me him and his co workers came and pushed it to his shop and they called an Uber to take me back home safe after 4 days Nour called me said my car is fixed!!!!!!!!!!!! It was the battery wires he changed the battery and re wired and got me lunch thank you I will definitely be back me and my whole family 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Im not even from Fort Worth and was treated so kindly and generously. Visiting a friend I had a small part from under my vehicle come loose. Lifetime Automotive was nearby and I stopped to see if they were able to help. I requested help looking under the car to see what might be loose. They examined under the car and discovered the part needed specialty nuts that they didnt have so took off the part because it is a part that isnt absolutely necessary to have to drive home to Dallas. They did this at no charge. I wish that I lived closer. Wed definitely patron this business. 5 stars.

These guys are great! (worked with Ogi and Robert) They were busy but not busy enough to help me out. My issue was not easily diagnose-able but they said theyd drive it around and find out exactly what it was. I was expecting it to be super pricey but way lower than I expected and they called me before they did anything with an exact quote and told me exactly what was going on. Smooth and easy drive now! New to town and they are my now go to shop!

I live nearby and recently had some work done on a truck I inherited when my parents passed away. While the repair did take a day longer than he originally estimated, it wasnt a problem for me and he did keep me informed on the progress. The work was fairly priced and I will certainly use their services in the future. Its really handy having a GOOD mechanic right in the neighborhood!!

Lifetime came highly recommended from family and friends who have used them for years, and as such I took a used car in for their evaluation of any needed repairs or service before purchase. The guys did a very thorough evaluation of the vehicle and gave me their recommendations for repairs and cost estimate. I took this vehicle in for a relative who lived out of town and whom had fallen on hard times financially due to a medical issue causing him to lose his job. While waiting for the estimate to print out I was talking to the guys about my relative and issues he was having. The owner then said “You know what, your nephew has had enough problems, he doesn’t owe us anything.” This was an evaluation that would cost $100 anywhere and they were good hearted enough to waive their fee for him.Needless to say, they have now won my business on all four cars I own.

This is something that is very rare when in comes to customer service these days. Thank you for your time on getting my car in and inspected even though you were closed. Honest and very knowledgeable!!! I was told by my dealer after taking it in for a check engine light that my timing chain needed replacing and it would cost $2,200!! I brought it to Lifetime Automotive and they gave it a look and found that all I needed was a full engine flush and some new oil and the problem may resolve itself. Only $150 later the problem was solved. They could have easily gotten me to replace the chain but they did the honest thing for much less $$ and got themselves a very loyal customer!!

Could not ask for better service! Had an issue with my engine overheating in a 2000 Jeep Cherokee but Robert fixed it up quickly and for an unbelievable price. Car runs just like new now. Lifetime Automotive is the the only place in DFW I will ever consider taking my cars to!

There was a crazy flapping sound coming from the drivers side, turned out to be a contractors bag wrapped around the axel! Removed the bag & flapping sound was gone! I have confidence they can fix any problem there may be with my vehicle. There was some work I had done and as the vehicle was exiting the bay, one of the other mechanics noticed an major problem (unrelated to the initial work). The cost would be significant, but he warned me that the problem would wear my tires in less than a couple of months and didnt recommend highway driving. Now aware, I had a time frame to come up with the money for repairs.
