    TOP TIER CONTRACTOR. Leonard answered my call around 9:00pm on Wednesday and took time out of his evening to get me on his schedule. Leonard knew the urgency as I have a newborn home and showed up the next morning and got me on the schedule… his crew was exceptional. Very well spoken and hardworking.     I just wanted to say that this company is amazing. My AC stopped working a day and a half ago and my husband was able to get in touch with him yesterday and he came out today to fix it.     I want everyone to know that this is a great company to do business with. The owners have personally responded to our needs and showed integrity every step of the way. We were prepared to replace our entire system, based on the recommendation of another company. However, I challenged that company findings and called Home Total Comfort Solutions. Leonard came out and showed us that our issues were minor and only required a simple repair and light maintenance to resolve the problem. Our air conditioner was back up and running in less than an hour, at a fraction of what a new system was going to cost us. Thanks Leonard for your professionalism and honesty. I will recommend this company to anybody in need of repair services!!!

    Lenard was recommended by my town’s local Facebook page with high praise. I needed someone to come out late in the evening same day (about 8pm-8:30pm). Lenard answered right away and came quickly in a clearly marked truck and a company shirt. He looked at our AC, found the issue quickly, and got our parts ordered the next day after searching local stock. Lenard was VERY responsive the entire process and got our part as quickly as he could. The day it arrived he texted me as soon as he was able to let me know that the delivery notification came through. He was here ASAP and got everything fixed quickly and professionally! Lenard is a kind hearted person with an abundance of patience and is easy to talk to. I highly recommend giving him a shot for your needs. He even went as far to personally warranty our part as the company that we had to order direct from typically has a 60 day evaluation for warranty approval. Now that’s a great man!

    This was a major renovation to a 35 year old house. Leonard came out on short notice; evaluated our system; worked up a proposal with options & a schedule, all in two days. I selected an option and signed an agreement on a Thursday. On Tuesday they were on the job as promised and finished the work including duct work modifications in one long day. Total time from first phone call to finished - 8 days. I won’t use anyone else. They are the real deal.

    Called Monday morning they answered the phone. Made it to my home that afternoon. Diagnosed the problem immediately that everyone said replace the whole split unit. Came back next afternoon.     Something in my outside unit exploded. It literally sounded like a car backfiring. I was talking with my neighbour when it happened. I called and someone answered right away. I got lucky and he was able to come over the same day. He replaced the part and was on his way. I was elated. I thought for sure that I would be fussing with this for a good two weeks. Very happy.
