I’m amazed about the service, quality of work, time for response and prices. When my A/C stop working I was happy to find this company, they were able to come and check it right away, set fair prices and give me options and expectations of what can be done, I had to go through my insurance for a replacement and they made the process easy and fast, they got everything done and set in a couple of days. And the team that came to install the new A/C was responsible, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and fast. I’m so happy with the service, the quality of work and the communication, so open and honest, I will recommend this company 100%, great service and prices without any surprises.

I have used these guys twice now, and they are absolutely amazing. Im in a 2 story, steep roof, and it can be a challenge to get someone who can and is willing to go up there. Both times Ive needed them, they were able to send someone out within a few hours, super helpful, showed me what was wrong witht he unit and repaired it on the spot. I know that cant always happen when waiting for parts and such, but I firmly believe that even if they had to wait for parts they would put the customer first and get them back into a comfortable situation as quickly as possible. They definately will keep my business!

My a/c unit is pretty old, and while other company’s wanted to replace with new, there were things preventing me from spending that kinda money. I called these people and they were pretty much right over. Did all the same stuff the other company’s did except gave me a couple more options. Which turned out great, was happy to pay there price. I don’t do reviews as this is my first, but it is DEFINITELY deserving! El Indio Heating and Cooling is AWESOME and a BLESSING to me!! I was referred to El Indio by a friend after telling them of my prior experience with AC companies and lack of confidence in not being swindled. I contacted them and they were out the next day and on time as scheduled. I explained my issue and concerns of what I was experiencing and prepared myself for the worse. WOW was I totally wrong as after diagnosing my unit confirming the internal drain pan was cracked, he provided four options of repair explaining them fully in detail, answered all my questions and agreed to send estimates which I received them as promised. My CONFIDENCE was RESTORED for I’ve finally found an a/c company that was truly there for the consumer. I had decided on one option that included more than the repair of the drain pan and was scheduled to have the work performed at a convenient time for me although they had offered earlier repair times and day. In the meantime, of waiting my a/c encountered another problem. I made contact that evening and as before first thing in the morning he was there to diagnose the system and determined it was the a/c compressor. As I had previously considered to replace the entire system on the previous visit, I decided to do it this time although he offered less expensive options. And although he said he could have a new system installed the next day first thing in the morning I elected to wait another day due to my schedule. As agreed, his crew and him were there first thing in the morning and within hours had me relaxing in cool air. THANK YOU, El Indio!!! El Indio entire team are true PROFESSIONALS which is a definite reflection of the owner and very responsive to emails, text and phone calls. I’m can’t THANK them enough and is truly grateful to have found my GO TO A/C Company!!! THANK YOU!!!

El Indio helped us out a few times with our old unit and I remember their persistence in solving the problem. Weve had a Trane unit for 11 years and thought it was about time for a checkup. Our technician explained how he would work on the attic split system. He wasnt in a hurry and left the utility room clean like he found it. He spent an equal amount of time on the outside unit and explained what he found ( that the unit was in good shape ). Hopefully it will keep running like a Trane this summer.

This happened about 7 years ago and forgot to put a review. I had them come out check my unit. Turns out, I had Frankenstein Unit, Air handler one brand and the compressor another. I also needed more air flow in the Master and they were able to take care of it. No mess, no stress. They came back to check on it a few months later. Great crew.
