    I highly recommend this company. When my A/C went out, I called several places and didn’t get a response, but this company arrived within two hours and got it fixed. Dayton, the technician, was professional, efficient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Great service!

    Had different company charge us tons of money to not fix the problem. Dayton came out and within five minutes knew the problem and an thirty minutes later it was fixed. Works great now. This guy wont rook you and is super knowledgeable.

    Dayton is phenomenal to work with. From booking the appointment with Katherine over the phone, to Daytons timely and efficient service, the entire appointment was flawless. Dayton was upfront and transparent with pricing and was able to answer every question we had. He even did what most business owners wont do, but I thoroughly appreciated, and gave his honest opinion of what he would do if it were his home. As opposed to simply recommending what wouldve made his company the most money.     After having a different company come out 3 times and charge us an arm and a leg in repairs, our AC still wasnt working properly. We called Diamond Y to get some help and they came through! He identified the problem in minutes and fixed it in the same visit. Now our AC is running wonderfully. They have our business permanently!

    I called on a Friday evening. Dayton was professional and courteous from start to finish. He came on Saturday and promptly repaired my unit. He explained everything thoroughly before any repairs were made. His prices were very reasonable, especially for coming out on a Saturday.     Highly recommend Diamond Y as it will be the only company I go with from now on. Very professional and helpful. They got the job done fast and were able to explain what the problem was and what they did to fix it. They make sure to take care of their customers. Pricing was better than other companies and came out same day. Arrived on time without giving a ridiculous arrival time window. By far the best experience I have had as I have confidence they can get the job done right the first time.

    Dayton was fantastic. I had another company try and up sell me an entire new AC unit and it just didnt feel right. I had diamond y come and look at it and it was a small and inexpensive part and my unit was working like a charm. Would highly recommend.     Dayton has been awesome! Hes helped us with several issues on our house. We had a busted water heater. Dayton came and replaced our water heater replaced some of the pipes. He also cleaned out our A/C and got it running cool air again and he always checks in on us to make sure everything is still working correctly. I 100% recommend these guys!

    I called for after hours service on a Sunday night. The technician sent a text to let me know he was in route and arrived in 45 minutes. He diagnosed and repaired my a/c unit within 90 minutes (even after making a trip to Duncan for a part). The technician was clear about the cost of the repairs and service call and the service call was discounted 50% (total $55) because I chose to have him complete the repairs.In addition to fixing my a/c, this technician SMILED and was highly professional. He wasn’t angry or resentful about making a service call at 9 pm on a Sunday.I highly recommend this business and will use them in the future!

    Highly highly recommend this company! Called for help for my ac not blowing cold air and asked for a few tips or suggestions to help get me by until the company that its under warranty comes out. They eventually came by the house to physically help me and got the ac working until the other company comes and fixes it! Note that my system is not the normal system most houses have either. They proved they can tackle any challenges! Will definitely be using them in the future!

    My HVAC leaked while I was out of town and flooded my living room they came out within 2 hrs and unclogged my condensate line. The system was still leaking the next morning so they came out immediately and cleared it 3 times to ensure the line was clear and are having a new tray built to prevent this from happening in the future. Reasonable prices and very quick to respond.

    It may be a small business, but it comes with incredible results. I was getting my new house ready and prepared for this summer and this man did excellent work.
