Highly recommend C&M for your HVAC needs. My condenser coil froze a couple times on my 21 year old system. Being a DIYer I did some troubleshooting and figured I was low on refrigerant. I did extensive research on local companies and decided on C&M to have come out and look at my unit. Cory came out and confirmed it was very low on refrigerant. Cory gave me the option to top it off and keep it running. I decided to have him give me a quote on a complete system change out since my unit was so old. He got back to me in 30 minutes with the quote and it was a deal I couldn’t pass on. Cory and his partner came out the next day and had my unit swapped out in less than 5 hours. They did a super clean install. So glad I found Cory at C&M to get us set up with a new unit. If you want an honest, efficient company, I highly recommend contacting Cory.

Outstanding service!!! My system went down at 8pm. I called C& M and spoke with Cory. He arrived by 9pm and had my ac system up and running by 10pm. Cory is an excellent communicator. Yesterday Saturday morning, we woke up to our a.c. not working. Not the way we wanted to start our weekend. We call several a.c repair, and nobody could come until Monday. Luckily, our good friend recommended me C&M Repairs and gave his phone number. I called around 6 pm. I knew it was late evening and probably wouldnt come out here until the next day. The gentleman answered and asked a few basic questions and let us know he was on his way shortly. O.M.G. that made my family so happy. The gentleman got her within an hour and fixed my a.c right away. And gave us a fair price. Thankfully, we did not have to sleep in the hot house or a hotel.I will definitely use his service again if needed. I do recommend his services to families and friends.

Cory with C&M Repairs was fantastic! He came out on a Saturday late afternoon when no other AC business would. Everyone was either booked for the day or didn’t reply to calls/texts. Thankfully he did. Fixed our ac issue and had our system running within the hour. Very reasonable pricing considering it was on a late Saturday afternoon. Humble honest man. Repair took a few days because the part wasn’t readily available, but I was thankful they knocked it out. 10/10 recommend.

So l was recommended to Corey & C&M by a middle school friend, whose advice I trust. First my grandmas house had an issue, I dialed the number, and within less than two hours, Matt was there. He found her system was low on freon, saw how the previous company didnt wrap a line properly, thus causing condensation water everywhere, he fixed it all, and that seemed to do the trick. Its been about 2 years and its been running great.Then my best friend needed them, they went and addressed his needs, then my cousin needed them, she said they fixed everything in about an hour, and its been running fine. I recommended them to someone else, and as recent as last night, I recommended them to someone else. They were at the house within 2 hours of the initial contact. He really went out of his way to get to them let me tell you. Ive never heard one complaint about them. I have a primary and a rental, and I will only use C&M.In this time, every contractor and home visit is designed to rip you off. Corey is a damn standup guy. I dont even sweat ( pun intended) having an AC problem because I know these guys will solve it fairly and reasonably.

Cory and Matt are making HVAC reputations great again. After calling multiple companies to give quotes on replacing a one stage and extremely loud system, Cory came by and provided common sense and reasoning to my loud system issue. He was real and did not provide the typical sales pitch. Cory suggested a relocation of the condenser and upgrading to the 5 stage carrier infinity, which has made my life quiet. So quiet you can hear a squirrel fart in the woods. Attention to detail is key with both these owners. Thank you both, customer for life.

This company, especially Cory Wade, deserves a 5 and more. Our A/C went out this past weekend; based on a friends recommendation we called Cory. Though it was around 7 pm, he came over, checked the unit, added refrigerant to keep the system relatively cool until Monday, and came over on that day to install a new system, same brand and greater tonnage at least $4000 less than what the company we had was pushing hard to sell. We were out of the area and our son was at the house; Cory installed the system and gave us the flexibility of paying by check once we returned. We called other companies that advertise in the San Antonio area and they were not available, so they lost business and we gained a stellar A/C service provider.To have a company that provides great customer service, keeps their word, is on time and goes out of their way to solve your A/C emergency and issues merits the best rating. Very satisfied customers. Its great that there are still companies and individuals who are honest, reliable and trustworthy.

So much so that when I called him out to take a look and it started to randomly work again he didnt charge anything for the tripout, even after I offered to pay something for the time. I contacted Corey Sunday morning; he responded promptly! Within 2 hours I had someone at my house, had the issue identified, and had the repair completed. This matters because my 6 year old told me, Daddy, its too hot to sleep or do anything. They were able to help put a smile on my daughters face and get us back to our normal Sunday routine. The technician was polite, friendly, helped explain the issue, and demonstrated the malfunction with the part. In this economy you need someone trustworthy and wont charge over you for it: you need C&M Repairs Heating and Cooling!

It’s practically impossible to live in San Antonio and not find yourself at least one summer in a panic over a broken AC unit. I asked around for recommendations, and a friend connected me to C&M. The experience could not have been better. The service provided was personal, punctual, and proficient. And even more, it was affordable too. If I had known about C&M before my old unit went out, I wouldn’t have gotten so worried about getting set. So I’m writing this review for if/when the South Texas monster hits your old unit. Cory, Matt and Gilbert worked well together - one in backyard, one in house and one in attic. Very respectful of my property. Answered all of my questions. Hauled away all old equipment and air ducts. Helped me set up operation of my new thermostat.Quality work all the way around. I now have proper air flow into ALL of my rooms. This was my first time using C and M. My AC went out overnight and I went through the usual, change the filters, check the drain. After that failed I went to the Next Door App. I had heard really good reports about Cory, the C in the C and M. I called the number and spoke with Cory. He said he would be over in an hour. He was right on time and diagnosed the problem quickly, called for a part gave me the estimate and Matt, the M in C and M showed up installed the part and left. My AC still wasn’t working so I called them back. They came right back and spent several hours getting my AC working at their own expense. The integrity they showed me by working till the job was done even though they had already been paid was worth more to me than anything else. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Amazing company! Great customer service! My AC unit gave out on a Sunday, I sent them a text and that same day they came out to look at it and tell me what needed to be fixed. Always explain what they are doing, the problem at hand and how to repair the issue. I had water leaking from the ceiling under the AC unit in the attic. Matt responded within an hour and a half. Was able to contain the water damage and had the AC back up and running that night. So glad I didnt have to go a night without AC in this Texas heat!

I called Cory and he was able to make it out a few hours later (the same day) and maintenance our 30 year old system to get us through a couple days until he was able to replace the outside unit and completely moved the unit in the attic to make it more accessible. He was to my house in less than 15min for what anywhere else would consider and “after hours call” I was freaking out since there was water leaking through my ceiling from the A/C…. Just wanted to provide another excellent reference for Cory (to add to his collection of glowing reviews). I called him because the AC was blowing lukewarm air, he was here within 15 minutes. He also performed a basic service, while he was here. We’ll be using Cory for our AC services (and any issues that crop up) from now on. I can’t recommend him more highly, and I’d encourage anyone who’s considering calling a larger company in our area, to save yourself the hassle, and consider calling Cory first.(For comparison, I called the AC company that installed the unit, prior to calling Cory, and they advised me that I needed to wait 3 and a half hours for the system to catch up, because I’d replaced the AC filter and batteries in the thermostat. If it still wasn’t cool around 4:30p, to call back and they’d send someone out, despite my mentioning that the issue had started prior to me doing some minor troubleshooting.
