    I was told by a previous repair man that my fridge needed a new compressor. We got one ordered then he never showed up to complete the job. Talked to Charles, he came out right away, diagnosed that we in fact did NOT need a new compressor, just needed to replace a small part and refill the refrigerant. He came the first day and we thought it was fixed, the next day it still wasn’t cooling properly. He came out expediently to correct the issue. He was kind, knowledgeable, fast, and honest. I would recommend him and use him again.

    I am so glad I made the decision to contact Charles about repairing our LG side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. He was professional from the time I contacted him until the problem was fixed. He explained every aspect of the repair and costs beforehand and we really appreciated that. He came back twice just to make sure our freezer was completely repaired. He also called twice to ensure it was working properly. The best customer service! I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again and highly recommend this business.

    Y’all Charles is a life saver. We had issues with our fridge and needed someone out ASAP. I called a few other places before I knew about him and either no answer or couldn’t come out. He answered and told me he’d be there within a couple hours. He showed up EARLY and new immediately what my problem was. Even kept in contact to make sure everything was still running smooth. Good repair guy and good people. Can’t really ask for more than that.

    Very professional and great customer service! I called this morning to set up an appointment and was expecting it would be a few days but was able to schedule one for just a few hours later. The price quoted for the repair was such a good deal and the repair was completed very quickly (in less than an hour!). He explained everything that was broken before completing the repair and went over it again once my freezer was fixed. I will definitely contact them for any future repairs needed.
