Wow, I cant believe how great the experience was. I had tried a few other HVAC installation guys but no one would take the time to sit down and go over what my options were. Stop looking at all others and do your self a favor and call Big Texas Comfort. I’ve used them 3 times in the past four years. First was to replace aged upstairs AC, then my moms AC at her house and this last time my downstairs AC. My experience every time has been excellent. Ana is wonderful with getting me rapid quote and multiple choices. She comes out with the crew and makes sure everything is done perfectly. The technicians are very courteous and highly respectful of our home. They ensure floors and carpets are covered completely before walking on them. The installation of new condenser coil and compressor was very professional. Awesome service, wonderful people and great products! I seldom take the time to write a review for any company. The overall service was great... Called for a maintenance check as one of the units was not cooling... Came out the next day on a Saturday and added Freon. Had to call back as it didn’t fix it and with further checking found a leak in the evaporator coil in the attic (should had been found on first visit). They located a new coil and came back earlier than expected and had it changed out and back online in less than 2 hours. The replacement crew did an excellent job... Would recommend their service...
