    Abdiel Barrera is a blessing, hardworking, down to earth, and a professional! I called him after 8pm after I got home from work to find my AC not working. He came over within 15 minutes and fixed the problem. Advice and Tips given on how to prevent future problems at no cost. His Boss is wonderful. The BEST company to use in the DFW area.I needed a new AC unit for the house, my Mom contacted a different company, their estimate was two times more than the estimate given by this company ( Around the clock ).     Abdiel was a godsend, AC had been out for 3 days and the original appointment the insurance company set was going to be five more days but he fit me into his schedule the very next day.     In all honesty, I didn’t want to leave a review. But this company’s service was so good that it wouldn’t be right if I didn’t leave the review. Abdiel serviced my home and it was an easy, streamlined process. He took the time to talk with me through the inner workings of the ac unit, and gave me a lot of good knowledge outside of fixing the original ac issue. He kept things professional and still had a kind, personable mannerism. I would give 6 stars if I could. Made my ac problem easy!

    Sat at 2:30 after calling 7 companies, I spoke to this company and they told me they can come out at 3-4 PM. My husband installed a new thermostat and we have a mobile home so we had no clue as to why it was not working. Abdiel came out he was super helpful explained the issue and got us going again all during 105 heat wave. Super nice guy and they did not overcharge us like most AC places. I will call them again if I need a reliable AC company.

    Our AC went out over a weekend during a stretch of 100+ degree days. Around the Clock came to our rescue the same day I called them, on a Sunday. They diagnosed our problem and even verified that the part was under manufacturer warranty. Even though it wasn’t a brand that they install, they worked with the manufacturer to get our replacement part covered and installed the next morning. Their service is incredibly professional, but also caring. All communications and interactions were on time or even before we expected - which is extra awesome when we are sweating inside our house. Our repair was voluntarily completed on our installer’s day off. That’s service! Grateful to have found our go-to HVAC company. Highly recommend if you was above and beyond service at a fair price.

I called him and he immediately was willing to come out same day, after my home warranty company told me it would be Monday before I could be seen. I also had a larger return duct and central air filtering system installed in my attic to ensure the air flowed through my house properly. The entire installation process was finished less than a day and within the promised timeframe.     Weve using their service since last year, one time was for the air condition during the very hot Dallas summer heat wave, and recently is the regular maintenance of the heater. And we have two heats and two ACs in the house, one heater cannot turn on when the freezing days are here. The technician was very polite and worked very diligently, answered our concerns and questions, provided very honest suggestions and repaired the broken parts without a ridiculous bill. Also, he gave recommendations for the parts that are getting old and keep in mind for future replacement. Overall, we are very happy with the service we received and would recommend them to others.
