    I was having an issue with my AC Unit the Technician that was dispatched wasMr. Kalin. He was very Professional, Knowledgeable and Courteous. He explained to me what the issue was and said he needed to order a part. He came back the next morning promptly with the New part to repair the issue with the AC.Kalin provided Excellent Service.     Words cant express how grateful I am to AIRE SERV of SUGAR LAND, KALIN & AMERICAN HOME SHIELD! On Christmas Eve our A/C went out & it was extremely hot! We couldnt open the windows due to the rain and the humidity was just unbearable! Our technician KALIN came out 1st thing 12/26/2024 & quickly figured out the issue. However, he said the part could take up to 2 weeks to arrive!I explained my very serious respiratory condition & how the humidity is terrible for it. Kalin cared so much & said he would be back. This incredible man came back within 1 hour & replaced the part! How? Im not sure, but I truly am grateful!!Thank you again AIRE SERV of SUGAR LAND, KALIN & AMERICAN HOME SHIELD!     My AC Unit would not push cold air and Aire Serv of Sugar Land was dispatched by my warranty company. You just never know who you’ll get or what kind of service you’ll receive when you don’t make the selection yourself, but if anything ever goes wrong with my unit again, this is who I’m calling. They arrived within the window that was promised, they got to work right away, the problem was diagnosed and fixed all under an hour. I know this may not be the case for most service calls but I’m just going to count my blessings that Kaylin and Richard took care of my issue and took the culprit away. What I appreciate most is that when they came inside to check the thermostat afterwards, they wore foot covers without me requesting it. I highly recommend them for their timeliness, professionalism and overall kindness to a lady freaking out over the cause of the caput capacitor. I’d also like to thank the young lady that scheduled me. She noticed an error by another team member and she promptly corrected it and fit me into their schedule last minute. It’s not about the mistakes, we all make them, it’s how you recover.I highly recommend the Sugar Land location for any AC issues.
