    I used John exclusively now for about 8 years through three houses.I felt that his prices are fair, his service is outstanding and he usually can come out if you have a problem right away. He doesnt charge an extra fee, he only charges you for what he does. For instance, I had water leaking from my overflow pan and he came out and fixed that and then notice my yearly filter hadnt been changed in a while. He told me that I needed to get that done so he went and bought me a new filter and brought it over to me, so outstanding service. outstanding care. I really like John

    We have used John Neek since we moved into our first home in Flower Mound in 1997. I think we were one of his earliest customers and have used him until this day. There’s not a nicer man in this, or any, industry that I have come across. I’m pretty picky and hard to please and John has never disappointed us. Always fast, courteous and knows what he’s doing. He has an Engineering degree and is incredibly knowledgeable. Prices have skyrocketed, as we all know, but John will give you the best price out there no doubt. Thank you John for the great service for the last 27 years!

    John was very professional and efficient. We called in the morning for a service on our unit that was not blowing cold air in this texas heat. He was able to come in the same day and fixed our issue in less than 30 minutes. He did not try to up-sell us on anything and gave us incredible pricing.     Please don’t waste your money by going with a bigger company. John is one honest dude. I misunderstood him and thought the job was more expensive than it actually was. When I told him to go ahead with the work and confirmed with him the cost, he corrected me and told me it was a lot cheaper. He could have taken the money and I wouldn’t have known. I appreciated his honesty. But on top of that, he worked quickly, efficiently, and even gave me the whole run down of why I was having these issues and how to avoid these issues in the future.     We have used John with Air Control several times over the past five years. He has installed a couple heating and AC units as well as has made some repairs to existing units. He has been great to work with at all times and has gone above and beyond to do work to fix the issue while maintaining charges to very modest levels. We highly recommend John.

    I cannot recommend John enough if you are having AC problems. Earlier this summer we returned home from a trip to find our AC broken. John came out in a timely manner and fixed it. He was kind, professional and fixed it at a fair price. You don’t have to worry about any up charges or small fees being tacked on. He also spent time walking me through some things I can do to service my AC unit to make it last longer. He’s a good, honest man that will do a great job.

    The one thing we all want in service professionals who come into our home is honesty and transparency, which John is! He will diagnose the issue and never even consider adding unnecessary repairs/charges. Before a friend introduced me to John, I had called a “major brand” company (BB). They tried to add unneeded repairs that would have been well over DOUBLE what John charged and the units are now cooling perfectly. I can not recommend Air Control any higher!

    Another great experience with John Neek and Air Control Air Conditioning! I called him on Saturday morning because our downstairs A/C stopped working. He was at my house in less than 15 minutes!!! I assume he was nearby but still- completely unexpected! Diagnosed the problem and returned the next day (less than 24 hours later!) and installed a new motor and capacitor and we were back to cool air! He replaced our upstairs A/C unit about 5 years prior. Highly recommend. Honest and kind gentleman!

I had had bad luck with some other HVAC places in town so I went to Nextdoor to ask for recommendations. I am so glad that my neighbors sent me to John Neek!
