ABC Home is fantastic!! We use their HVAC service and Pest service in both of our homes in College Station. Their customer service department is so helpful, polite and friendly. We purchased a new HVAC system and everything was handled so smoothly. For repairs, they usually send someone the day I call.The gentlemen who have worked with us over the years are excellent at what they do. I highly recommend calling ABC Home! -

He is genuine, compassionate, empathetic, and truly cares, which our conversations show. He is a forward thinker regarding maintenance suggestions that keep the units longevity. Absolutely amazing! We have gotten the same tech Eric out to the house now each time and he is amazing! He is always to the point and gets what needs to be done taken care of and now that it’s been the same tech he knows what he did last time to address the new issue :) cuts down diagnostic time and quickens the resolution. They are always great on the phone when I need to call them and I actually signed up for their yearly program so my system stays working. Absolutely 10/10 recommend! -

My AC broke down, called ABC and they came out within the hour. Damon was our tech, he is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He explained what the problem was, and what he needed to fix it. Because ABC has a warehouse here in Bryan with parts, we didn’t have to wait days or weeks for the part. Damon was there and back in about 30 minutes, part installed soon after that. All for a very competitive price! Thank you Damon and ABC. -

Its rare to have such honest service people in your home. The technician, Damon, did a full evaluation of one of two units in our home. The pricey things that I thought I needed, he explained in detail as to why I did not. He showed up on time and his evaluation was thorough and complete. Couldnt be happier with Damon and ABC. -

I dont normally write online reviews, but ABC did such a great job that I have to share it with other potential customers. My AC developed a blockage in the coil. The place I usually call was too busy to come out to look at it. Second place I called came right away and diagnosed it properly, but provided a very high estimate to replace the coil, and pushed me to purchase an entirely new AC unit for a whooping $13k, without even offering options on a unit. I called ABC and they came out promptly, diagnosed the same issue, and provided an estimate for repair (and for HEPA filter replacement) far below the second company, and provided a timeline. They also confirmed I do not need a new unit. And Cody Smith took the time to carefully explain everything to me. Very grateful for the fast response time, technical expertise, customer education, and savings offered! I have told my friends and family about this wonderful experience. ABC truly saved the day! -

This was the 2nd time dealing with ABC. First was to check and remove a couple trees, and this time to fix my air conditioner. The price was fair for the service I received and my a/c is working great now. I was worried that there would be attempts to get me to pay for things I dont need, but that did not happen.Im very pleased with the technician and the company and will call them the next time for sure. -

Outstanding! Their service technician called ahead, arrived early, conducted testing and serviced our unit. The technician quickly and accurately identified the problem and implemented corrective action requiring only the requisite parts necessary. They offered an annual service contract for our units which I highly recommended. Includes bi-annual services, cleanings, and is fully transferrable. Really pleased with this company branch here in town! -

Cody did an excellent job of explaining our options and helping us pick what service we wanted. We had already priced with other companies and ABC was about in the middle. Cody went above and beyond by coming out to refresh our coolant each day till they could install a new unit. The crew arrived on time and completed the work earlier than quoted. Our new system is much quieter and more efficient. We chose a two stage system and have noticed a considerable drop in inside humidity levels. This means we are able to keep the temperature higher in summer and still feel comfortable. Highly recommend this business. -

A tenant called me on Saturday night and said the condos AC didnt work, so I tried to contact a company I used before on Sunday morning. I dialed the number but was sent to the voice box (because of the weekend, I think) ... Then I searched the internet and found that ABC company provides service during the weekend! I contacted ABC. A lady answered my call immediately! Soon after that, Cody came for help. He is knowledgeable and preferential and quickly identified where the problem was. He also inspected both interior and exterior systems to make sure all parts work well. I am very satisfied with todays service in three parts: 1. ABC provides 7/24 emergency service, 2. in time and on schedule, 3. Both the lady on the phone and Cody are friendly and patient. -

High end furnace had a fault that only affects certain configurations (not mine). A faulty temp sensor prevented the furnace from lighting (indicated a high temp). This sensor only needed when using multiple thermostats (zoned system) or when using multiple furnaces (VERY large house). Tech was knowledgeable and tested sensor for resistance. Found fault. Determined the sensor was unnecessary and bypassed in the intelligent thermostat. Furnace fires correctly now. -
